Don't miss this place for things to do when in Vancouver. Not as large as The Granville Island Market, but still lots to see and do in the area. Easily accessible by taking The Seabus.
I enjoy going to Lonsdale Quay in North Vancouver for a long walk. The views in the waterfront are breathtaking!
Take in the view at the Quay. A windy gorgeous, gray, Spring day! In the Quay, I head straight to "Cilantro & Jalapeno", the best homemade Mexican food😋 Eat at the Quay or take away their homemade Everything! Try the "Heurvos Rancheros"
"El Dorado Pies and Treats". Traditional "Empanadas... awesome variety... a must, is their homemade sauce😋 They home bake, sweet and savoury pies, the best seasonal, colourful, themed cookies. Halloween, Smiley Faces, Easter Eggs...great value!

On a radiant sunny day, my family and I visited Cypress Place Drive, enjoying a delightful stroll amidst stunning scenery. The walk was pet-friendly, adding to the joy of the experience. We discovered a charming seating area featuring benches and blankets, perfect for lounging and immersing ourselves in nature's beauty. The food market offered a variety of delicious options, adding to the overall enjoyment of our outing.
Awesome place to visit during the holidays. The market is beautiful. The walks outside in the evening with all of the Christmas lights were wonderful.
Good place for taking grocery stuff, but some products have no price on the shelf and, at the time, nobody to help you.
I love Persia market just because of new brand of your pita bread (Wheat Cluster Pita ) thats tasted amazing, always is fresh . My kids now eats all kind of food with this pita . Thanks for new product

Also in this super market I got a nice pita bread , it goes well with the Mediterranean culture food recipes, my kids they love it , each time I defrosted and worm it in the oven, it test like fresh bread, even check the bread recipe which is on top of bread, it was organic

Great place to buy persian groceries. This branch is very clean and organized. But the management need to keep his eyes of expired products. Not all fruit and vegetables are great.
Good prices, respectful and helpful staff, good location with ample parking space. Fully recommended 👌
A lady who was working at the cashier position with short blond hair did not even know how to work or even how to scan simple products. Unfortunately, I had many missed items and other items on my receipt, but I didn’t take them from the beginning. If she could not do her simple and easy job, it’s better to leave. Scanning is the simple things in the world that she could not handle.
Such a love place to relax.

You can find many different food vendors and shops to wander and explore the area. There are many different things to see inside and outside you get a great view of downtown Vancouver.

Such a vibrant place this is! Although there is a lot of renovations going on…you can still enjoy the vibe here. The quay market has a vast variety of vendors selling fresh flowers, fruits, food, wines etc. The market has 2 floors and it is accessible by stairs and the elevator.
The seabus terminal is right next to the quay. We enjoyed the live music and the beautiful view of Vancouver downtown. I would be visiting this place again very soon during the evening/ night to see the night view of the downtown and the quay.

It had been a decade or so since my last visit. It is still a lovely, busy destination. A great way to check out the changes to Vancouver City waterfront as well. Take the Seabus over for an inexpensive adventure 👍
Persia food store buys leftover fruits from stores at a very cheap price and sells them at the same price as fresh fruits. In my own experience, I bought grapes from them and threw them all in trash, they all had mold. I talked to the manager of the store and and ask him, not to sell these fruits to people,but I saw they didn’t care

Caught the Seabus and visited the Lonsdale Quay Market. A lot of it is under renovation, so not many food options compared to Granville Island Markets. There are food and souvenir shops, as well as fresh fruit grocers. Not much shade or seated areas outside. Nice view across the Harbour towards Vancouver skyline
A great place for locals and tourists alike. The Quay is the heart of Lower Lonsdale, and has been a personal favorite for many years.
It has gotten its' groove back after some lean years during Covid.
All the food court kiosks are bustling again, fruit and veggies on offer at the market stands, and 🍷 if anyone is in the mood.
There are two levels in the market - with the second floor accessible by elevator or stairs.

It's right next to the seabus (i.e. ferry) station of north Vancouver. There is a variety of little stores which sell sovenaires, ice cream, tea leaves, pastries, small eateries, flowers etc. You can have light lunch next to the sea and have a good view. It's quite relaxing!
Still better food than local supermarkets. Also prices are more competitive. However, nothing beats the shops on Fraser Street, which unfortunately that is a bit far for us for the daily shopping.
There are many shops in the market that offer delicious food. The place is not busy in the weekdays at noon. You can find many tables and seats to take a rest and enjoy the food you buy.
