Quiet during the day and sin city at night! How else to describe the infamous Pattaya walking street except to say that it's quite the experience. And it isn't just seedy strip bars either, there are quite a few large clubs too. There are also massage parlours (both legitimate and not) and some good restaurants like King seafood. Worth a visit even if you're just sightseeing. Best not to bring the kids though.

Walking Street, a popular street situated in Pattaya, Thailand. Various types of peoples stay/ visit the place. Police guard the place always. There are many restaurants as well to eat halal foods, but you have to search for that. And the nature of people in that place may vary, you have to be careful. Overall, a diversified place!
Just walking on the street was not my vibe at all because I didn’t feel comfortable and safe there due to too many people showing your all those dirty pictures and guys asking you to come to their bar or club! It was too much!
The all famous walking st, don't know why some tourists think this is the best area to be in....I think there's many better places in this city to be. Large selection of night clubs / bars / restaurants & guaranteed all will be overpriced to capitalize on short sighted tourists = enjoy it. We came to visit during day to miss the bustle of night where 1,000's walk here to find their spot. Follow people like me who make the effort to show amazing places around the world so others can evaluate them
A must get experience in the life very beautiful and exciting place in the world. Bars, strip clubs, dance clubs street foods are there. Great place to be when it comes to night life. This street comes to live after sunset, with neon lights, music and lovely atmosphere. Amazing experience for mostly bachelors.

Great fresh seafood herbs spices and veggies all in one piece. They will steam or grill items for you. Also if you are traveling you can purchase a foam cooler and they will pack and ice everything for you.
Early morning seafood "market". The local fishermen/women motor in and park up their skifs on the beach. Then start pulling all the fish, crabs, prawns, etc out of the nets, and display them for sale in buckets on tables on the beach.

Good place to bar hop. Not as crowded as Pattaya bar complexes. If you want a little more chill and less people trying to drag you (literally) into bars this might be for you. Don't bother in the daytime though.
Wonderful early morning market. I went to Food Mart to pick up some essentials and went to explore the Rompho market. Great little place to meander around. I got some fresh corn on the Cobb and fried chicken for breakfast. It was all absolutely delicious. I will be exploring more of this market.

I like this market. Early morning u can find various of fresh food, fruits n vegetables, but it's only for takeaway. It has the clothes too and so many ingredients if u wanna cook by urself. During the night, it's so many streets food too n it's possible to eat there.

Quite a lot has changed here since my last visit. Car parking is almost impossible. And the way they have it set up, it becomes gridlocked and nobody can move. They were still a lot of wet seafood and a lot of dry seafood. I think next time, I will go to Makro and avoid the hustle and bustle.
Everything here is FRESH!!! If you love seafood this is the place. Oysters are to die for. There are some stalls that will steam or cook your items for you here. If you are traveling there is also a stall that sells foam coolers and ice they will pack your purchase for you. There are other stalls selling fruit and vegetables. Many restaurants here.

This small market offers fresh and clean meats and vegetables. Go early if you want fish as they sell out quickly.
In the parking lot, after around 3 p.m., there are food vendors. I enjoyed a great 1/2 chicken barbecue with sticky rice. It was super tasty with the dipping sauce.

Absolutely a fantastic experience ;) If you want every kind of sea food then this for sure is the best the freshest the cheapest and the most colourful fish market i have ever seen ;)
If in this area of Naglua ,then you must at least visit it as i never knew there were so many differrent Fish , shell fish and such a large assortment of Prawns and Lobsters ...

Best seafood market in Pattaya located north. Prices are reasonable and all the seafood was very fresh. They will even cook it for you for a minimal additional cost.
Great selection of seafood, we bought some different things and went over to some place near by and they cooked the food for us very cheap and all of it taste really good.

Good place to buy fresh seafood and food as a local. Lots of people and lots of shops around the market. However, the indoor area isn’t as used and the place is not the most hygienic. However on vicinity of the market there is shop that sells really delicious food and snacks i.e fried chicken, grilled pork on stick and etc. really delicious.

Amazing seafood market. I’ve seen these kinds of markets in China, Japan, and America. All those are smaller less variety and these vendors change their food products daily. They will package for you, cook if you’d like and greet you with a smile and very thankful for your business. Parking can be a challenge however the women who control the parking are quite efficient getting you in and out quickly to make room for the next vehicle.
They’ve expanded the beach here and it’s a further for the fishermen and women to get down to the water, a fine array of different seafood on sale early morning and there’s always a fresh catch coming in at all times of the day

I'm enjoy shopping here with fresh food and dried food. As much as you go deep and amount that you buy you can bargain and get more discounts. The fresh food area kinda wet so if you wear long pants, yours can get dirty and smell of fish.

After 15 years of visiting Jomtien I went there first time but it looks quite nice very clean well-organized place to have Street food dinner, place its opening I believe after 5 p.m. prices are little bit higher than usual
Very small with limited freshly catch. However, what you find is worth it in terms of cost and quality. Suitable for small purchases.

Rom Pho market is very diverse. There are two main markets: one with fresh foods and one with household supplies. In the morning and the evening there are many street food carts selling great, inexpensive fresh foods. At night there are many different bars. Also, there are some beauty salons serving men and women's hair and nail care needs.
Good place for lovers of fresh sea food.

Famous seafood market at pattaya, straight from the port and no doubt on the freshness. Many options to choose from, as I'm traveling alone. I manage to pick up 1 big lobster and a seabass, head straight to the nearby restaurant that provide cooking service at a reasonable fee. Of course you decide how you want it to be cook. You will never regret coming by having a nice and cheap seafood meal. On the down side, wear a cover shoe and light clothing. Cause you are walking down the hot and wet wet market. 😁😁😁

I've always used markets, over the last 6 years mostly khaotalo and Rompho market. This one every time has tried to rip me off by over charging. Since I buy almost everything from markets I don't use it anymore F..k Em!

You can also visit the market during the days to buy some local tropical fruits or ingredients to cook at home! Another, local taste for you to experience. Next to the food marked a lot of beer bars for you to enjoy and spend the evening.

Opens up early..Maybe 7 am with thai breakfast oriented carts, and starts shutting down around 7 pm... Completely closed by 8 pm. Market bar is right next door though for happy hour 8AM to 6pm.
As with most fresh markets, this one has different vendors that peddle their wares at different times of the day. It is worth visiting at or around all meal times as you can certainly see and buy different things. Fresh fruit and vegetables are sold throughout the day
