I will definitely only shop in my neighborhood based off my experience customer service in the deli really is bad nobody will ask you if you need any help it's not a good look and I love publix John Young Pkwy I never experience racism but different strokes for different folks it was horrible I will NEVERRRRRR go back to that location period

Jessica is The worst manager in the history of managers she should not be in the front of the house to represent a big company like this!!! Very poor communication and bad attitude !! The meat I bought from there a day back smells bad and I wanted to change it and she wouldn’t change it. Because She wanted to touch my ID instead of seeing the same numbers on my phone … she claimed is “the policy of Publix” knowing that Publix only required to see ID and it does not state physical ID or picture of Id .. it’s doesn’t seem she welcome people of color!!

Stood in line for almost 20 minutes waiting to order a sub. There was no sense of urgency on her part. The person in deli was busy cleaning equipment the entire time instead of helping the only person making sandwiches. Cleaning at 5:30 in the afternoon when they close at 10. Witnessed another customer ask the person in the self checkout if he could have a straw because there was none in the back and she told him to go to the back and ask for one, you know go ask the same people who were too busy cleaning and had a long line of sandwiches to make. He said “please no” and left.

This Publix has been open for decades and needs a fresh remodel. It is just old including the food. Got fried chicken there. It's been the worst I have evergotten I do not shop at this location unless I absolutely have to I will drive miles down the road to go to a different location to avoid this.

But today I was at the self checkout and the attendant did even smile to me. Maybe you need to take care of your service.

I am a loyal fan of Publix. However, I do have to say that the employees at this Publix have even overstepped the bar. They are always pleasant and treat me as if I am a regular customer of their particular store. The location isn't the best in the area because of the plaza upkeep and general overwhelming traffic but they make up for it with interior cleanliness and customer service.

Great service with a smile. Refreshing store items are always stocked. Customers will always be a blessing to have.

Deli lady seems to be confused,lost, or no idea how to make subs Or where to find ingredients. Asked the same question 3 times. After 10 minutes my sub was no closer to be made then when I walked up practically. Second sub who knows what was happening. I'm so sorry to say the time plus whatever stressed me. So embarrassed I just left. Starved and went home to cook myself. Much faster than waiting. I probably finished cooking before she could finish 1 of my 2 subs. Next time I will just go to Jersey Mike's if I need a sub. Sorry Publix your service is like Wal Marts. Lacking training and management supervision.

One of THE WORST run Publix stores in Florida! One of the managers in this store (whose name I won't mention) is rude and does not have the right attitude! He is condescending and interrupts and talks over you. And then he has an attitude when people won't accept this horrible treatment & get upset. Prices continue to rise, and yet understaffing is habitual like the majority of the mega large retailers!

I found a box of protein bars that I wanted it was out of date by a month I asked the Maria if she could discount it because I know working for United against poverty you can sell the bar after the date she went up and asked the service clerk instead of asking the grocery manager are the manager if it could be marked down because I was wanting the dark chocolate bar that I guess Publix is now gone like Walmart it's the almighty dollar instead of the customer it'll be the last time I ever shop at the Publix at Lake Frederica just because of the nasty little attitude that they show it was on the show Mark is clearance and I pointed out that it was 30 days is there another discount I could get which all stores can discount by the way but not this one. So I see what the new manager being that there's no longer ran by the Jenkins family it's the almighty dollar and forget the customer well this customer has many other stores they can shop at too bad lick Frederica cuz I'm over in this area a lot but there's many different Publix's in this area

Who would have known that getting chicken tenders from from Publix would be a bad experience. Two visits two weeks apart. I have the same experience with the same person/man. Seems to me the fix is to not have the customer pay for the chicken tenders, when you ask to speak to a manager. Elijah I believe is his name he’s got a really bad attitude and also treats women differently then with men. I don’t treat anybody differently whether they’re sex or their gender identification. This person should not be working with customers with an attitude like that fix the problem I drive out of my way to go to your store, and it’s not my first time complaining about him and obviously I am not the only one. Thank you Eddie I believe the managers name and Lily. Fix this please

Got a hot honey chicken tenders sub at the Deli. Hadia was amazing!! She was attentive, quick and efficient!!! Five stars!!!

Victoria in the deli made the best sandwich ever. It was a baked chicken tender sandwich and she took her time and put so much love into it. The wait for the sandwich was absolutely worth it. I would rather have someone work hard and make it perfect than someone that slaps it together. Of all the restaurants in Orlando, I’m headed back to the grocery store deli just to get a sandwich from Victoria. Highly recommended!

Publix is always great! But what's not great is getting a pub sub made by the same novest sandwich artist. You would think they know better,since their are there every day.

Please stop putting workers who can't make a decent sandwich on the line.

I spend $10 sub every time. I want it made with love.

The fried ice cream was not prepared correctly, only half the ice cream was covered in coating. We prefer the Chickasaw Location for a better experience and food quality.

Cool locations. Needs upgrade but place is clean and stocked well .
Not happy with 2 lanes only open.
Whats next? We make our own subs and fry chicken?
