The service is very poor. There make you wait for too long for your order. It no more like before

Worst service ever, the cashier had to use a ladies room and no one replaced her, we waited for over 30 minutes for her to come back and service us. Her supervisors refused to step in.

There was no early warning of closing the till before.

I always find what I'm looking for there. This place is always clean and fresh. The atmosphere is vibrant. I remember during my first visits here I always had my headset on because I just wanted to get in and out quick because I didn't like being in there. That was before the purge.

Something changed in this place after the resurrection. It's like a new life begun. A good one. From the setting, the staff, the people, the atmosphere in general. It became more friendly. Swift. Moving. Easy going. I liked that a lot. And the prices, very competitive. Thank you.

Question:

Why do you have the security guards scribbling our receipts though? I still don't understand the reasoning behind this. Is it so that people don't come back and take the same stuff twice? But don't you have the time stamp on the receipts for that?

And please, this is not a mockery or anything like that. I love knowing things. And so I just want to know. Other shops don't do this. So why does spar do it, I don't understand.
