Asking for more price than MRP
I recently visited this house of spirit and had a very disappointing experience. The bartender was selling beer at prices higher than the MRP, which is not acceptable. On top of that, they were extremely rude and even used bad language. Such behavior is unprofessional and made the whole experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this bar to anyone looking for a respectful and fair establishment.

Today march 20, i bought black dog from this shop. The cashier didnt give receipt and charged extra 30 rupees. I dont know from when this kind of attitude started. They simply say if you want to buy, you buy otherwise leave. Never coming to this liquor shop again and i dont recommend others also. This is not a MRP shop, they do scams, so be careful
I have visited them on behalf of my friends atleast 5 times in the last few months. I have encountered the staff to be cordial. They have always given me the invoice and have never miscalculated the total amount.

I'm Mr Ujjwal I vist your store every month at least 4 times, the last time I visited, I asked the cashier for bill but the person supplying the liquor accused me in bad language because I asked for the bill. Humbly I request the owner of the store to train your boys not to use bad language to the customers or hire educated people. Thank you.

The staff are friendly and respond respectfully to the customers unlike other stores. The collection is great, you can definitely visit and I am confident you will get whatever you are looking for

One of the worst shop to buy liquor it’s 30 percent when compared to madhuloka or tonique day light robbery I had bought for 6500 worth of liquors which would ve costed me 5000 outside the cost of old monk legend is 1800 here where as outside is 1500 , think before you step into this place

Staff is stealing from the owner (maybe from the customers too who knows). Be careful and check your bills.
Restaurant is quite costly. The people who are liquor section are very rude in behavior and asking more money than MRP.

Not a good experience. Bad behavior from the security staff. If you come out of the store, they won't allow your vehicle to be parked even for 5 mins if you want to visit the adjacent store. I will never go there.

1. The employees can't understand English or Hindi it's quite a pain to communicate in sign language, if your Kannada is rusty
2. The minute the employees see you moving to the good quality stuff they trail you like mosquitoes, trying to hard sell you something you don't want.
3. Price lables need to be placed on the shelf, you shouldn't have to pick up every item and squint to see the amount.
4. As of Aug 2023 New prices (mark up) are not mentioned
This is old stock at older prices they are selling you at the marked up price for a supernormal profit.

Hi Owner, I was just reading your replies to all the low rating reviews. It was really amazing. You can trend on internet for this meme material of yours. 5 Stars from my end, even though I am yet to purchase anything from here.
Charges more than MRP. Like10% more. Shabby also. Very rude sales man. The owner is too rude.
Good Ambience, Good staff and Value for money food. Food has a typical Andhra taste although not very spicy. Parking is limited. Nearby spirit shop sometimes are a bit of a nuisance.
Really good in-store experience, the store has a wide range of all kind of liquors even the ones which I couldn’t find in other nearby liquor stores. Mr. Vinod was very helpful in creating a hassle free in-store experience. Definitely recommend!
Update on home delivery - it's good. Timely delivery if they happen to pickup your call.

One old man who seemed like a day wager, was very politely asking for something, but got yelled at so loudly by this guy at the counter. If someone is paying money & not behaving badly, you owe them good service, simple!

I don't know why many reviewers are complaining about the price being more than MRP. Unless it is an exclusive MRP outlet such as Madhuloka or House of Spirits, you will always have to shell out more than MRP unless you are buying a full bottle (750 ml). That is how it works across the city, and it's because you get the facility to drink there itself. If you want to buy at MRP, drive down a couple of kilometers further to A1 Fresh World Seegehalli, there is a House of Spirits outlet right there.
Amazing variety of liquors available at wide range of prices. Opened till 10pm and have good options of namkeens to use as sides while drinking with alcohol.
Cold drinks are also available. Can't comment much on prices as it will be definitely high in general due to taxes liable by state.

Budget friendly theater compared to multiplex cost. Theatre is good, but there is no much ventilation or proper fan for the balcony seats. Do not book the last 3 rows nor book towards the middle.. you will feel the heat.

Very dishonest cheater and bad staff service , not at all ethical. They charged 20% more for a bottle of wine and don't provide any receipt or bill. Don't buy wine from here . They are very immoral and dishonest. For a bottle of wine of mrp as 757 rupees they charging 900 that too without any bills. They are not paying taxes to the government and saving on gst as well. And charging exorbitantly higher from the customers that too much more than the maximum retail price. Better buy from some good wine shop which charges genuine rate but never buy from here cheater wine shop

Local Small Wineshop which has a small private place to drink if anybody wants but doesn't seem much safe for women as total drunkards sit there with red eyes with weird look and all.

you can get beer, wines, local and national and international brands. whisky, vodka etc is available as well. they accepts visa card. no amex. charge for carry bags. so carry your own. no discounts. usually no fishy products. have to park outside on road. no parking space.
Very bad experience. They write MRP outside on the board and charge extra. Took 220 INR for a 180 INR bottle. Avoid this shop. Cheats.
Small shop. Staff don't harass you or loot you.. just right.. go in buy and get out.. no window shopping but why do they charge 2% on cards I am unaware of even though that regulation of RBI has been long lifted

Amount was deducted 450 rs on On 12th Oct 2019 Saturday but billing person at counter was told that it not succesful and ask me to pay again .

The guy who is delivering the liquor is very aggressive... he is simply getting angry with people who comes there.. mainly to people from other states.....
