Our stay at Avari Towers has been great. Housekeeping has been amazing. Anything we needed, they would bring promptly. Abdul Rehman was one of the workers who would come everyday to clean our rooms and he did an amazing
Job. Very happy with the service, especially housekeeping. Thank you.

Came to Dynasty Karachi after a couple of years and had a great experience. Tried their ten treasure soup for starters along with non stop supply of crackers 🤩. Followed up with tempura prawns. Both items were on spot!
Chef Danish then wowed us with the house favourite sweet and sour prawns and Chinese beef steak. We ordered yang chow and garlic rice on the side. Everything was perfect, my favourite item were the lychees with the prawns.

Yousha served us extremely nicely and very excellent services from the entire staff. Enjoyed it incredibly truly different experiences from other hotels. breakfast buffet was what we had and it was delicious food as it had many varieties

One of the better hotels in Karachi. Rooms and interior in need of some uplift now although hotel seems to be doing its best to maintain quality. Staff is generally amazing. Specially Ms. Falah in laundry department. I had an emergency situation and needed urgent ironing services which she got fixed in record time. Extremely impressed!

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Avari Hotel during my recent visit to Karachi, Pakistan. Despite a busy day at the reception with many check-ins and check-outs, I received a warm welcome. The manager on duty personally assisted with my check-in and even upgraded me to a business suite at no extra cost, which left me thrilled.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 6-day stay at the hotel, where the staff exhibited impeccable manners, cooperation, and courtesy. The well-maintained and clean rooms ensured a pleasant experience, free from any safety or security concerns. The highlight was the delightful breakfast, though a suggestion would be to vary the menu more frequently, as having the same items daily can become a tad monotonous. Overall, a wonderful experience marked by excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

I was upgraded to the executive suite. The room was still being made when I entered. Not an issue though, they had almost finished. What I don't like about hotels in Pakistan is how the staff always waits and wants a tip! Room can be more clean and I expect such a room to have an iron placed for guests. TV two small. Definitely needs an upgrade. Food quality and options good but can be improved. Hall where breakfast is served has very poor acoustics with children shouting and running around so not a pleasant experience on every occasion. Overall the value for money can be improved

The room was impeccably clean and tidy, though there was room for improvement in terms of the room fragrance. I also noticed some construction noise in the building or the neighborhood, but it was bearable.

The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional staff. They were always welcoming with big smiles and undivided attention. I want to extend a special thanks to Guest Relations Manager Miss Rashna, who went above and beyond. On my first day, I casually mentioned my recent surgery, and to my surprise, she remembered throughout my stay, regularly checking on my well-being and offering assistance. She even helped me extend my check-out time when my flight was delayed.

Overall, my experience at Avari Hotel was fantastic, and I look forward to staying there on my future visits to Karachi.
