This was by far the most amazing and luxurious hotel we have ever stayed at. My fiancee and I stayed here in August 2023 and were upgraded to the penthouse. The rooms were immaculate and were stocked with more than enough towels and toiletries. The kitchen was also stocked with plates, utensils, pans, coffee pot, etc.

The entire staff was exceptional as well and made our stay unforgettable! We were able to get in contact with them via WhatsApp for housekeeping, laundry, and restaurant and bar recommendations.

Let’s not forget the views. They. Are. Amazing. Whether on the balcony or in the living room, we had some of the best views in Athens. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Athens and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing hotel with an exceptional view. Truly satisfied with my stay. It was hard going to sleep with the view of the Parthenon in my sight. Amenities were top shelf. Panos went above and beyond with us and took care of us. From food recommendations to what to do in the city he was truly an exceptional host.

Our stay at The One Acropolis in Athens was nothing short of extraordinary! We started our honeymoon off here and it was the most incredible room with the most jaw-dropping view of the Acropolis. The rooftop with the pool was pretty cool as well. But the best is George, the host, was an absolute gem, offering fantastic recommendations for exploring the city. What truly blew me away was his incredible kindness when he went the extra mile to ship a dress I'd forgotten in the closet back to me. Highly recommend The One Acropolis!

Realy good and clean rooms but not that good service and it's in the middle of Athens wich is good and bad because you have to listen to cars passing all day long but over all good

This place is incredible. 10/10!! The rooms are clean, fully equipped with anything you may need, in an amazing location and last not least, the host George went above and beyond to make our trip one to never forget. He was reachable at all hours, had great recommendations, and provided just an overall top tier experience at The One!!

I stayed here in summer 2023 with my partner and had the hands-down best service experience of our lives. We've stayed at some great places, but no one beats George, who treated us like family. He was so attentive over WhatsApp and helped us with recommendations, reservations, and more. We even got a free room upgrade on our last night, and the staff helped us with laundry which they ironed and folded better than I've ever seen done in my whole life.

As for the rooms themselves, they're modern (newly renovvated I believe), clean, and equipped with good AC (important in the summer!). Location is pretty close to the Partnenon town, and taxi pickup/dropoff was easy. We couldn't recommend more highly!!

Beautifully renovated and decorated building. Room was spacious with exceptional design and amenities. The staff was very helpful, friendly and always available. Last but not least, the view, Breathtaking!

The rooms are very modern with luxury details and huge windows with an amazing view! The staff and service were pleasant and helpful, always there for us taking care of all our needs in no time. Would recommend undoubtedly.

This is a one bedroom apartment located in central Athens. Nicely furnished. Good mattress. Very clean. Elevator.

Comfortable, clean, spacious and positive atmosphere. Nice suite with comfortable beds, complete kitchen, tv and even a massage chair. Great Place, I would definitely choose it again!

We were looking for a villa in Greece and Olive Villa Rentals came up in our search. The communication was swift, staff welcoming and explained everything in advance. While we were still not sure and checked another villa, we returned to Olive and booked our gorgeous Villa Ninemia, overlooking Naousa village in Paros Island, for a group of 7.

As a 1st time with villa booking, I was a bit concerned at first, but in hindsight, all was in vain - the villa was perfect, clean and welcoming, the trip a great success and Olive Villa staff were more than responsive when we needed any sort of help (even beyond "regular" hours).

Our extended family group of 7 stayed at Villa Arte on Spetses for a week. From the moment we booked until the moment we left, Olive Rentals were so helpful, with advice on transfers, meeting us at the port in Spetses and helping us during our stay. The Villa is about a 7 minute walk from the centre of town (uphill on the way back), very convenient for everything. We were able to get groceries delivered and the local rep Dimitris was super helpful and responsive. The Villa itself is beautiful with lots of space for everyone, a beautiful pool and nice shaded areas. We had a fantastic week, everyone loved it. Hopefully we will get back there before too long.

We had a fantastic stay here and loved it so much. The staff were super helpful via email, WhatsApp and call. The location is amazing and close to lots of great restaurants and bars. The suite was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend if you're visiting Athens!

I cannot recommend Olive Villa Rentals enough! We first worked with Olive Villa Rentals in 2018, when we visited the beautiful island of Spetses for the first time. We loved it so much that we kept going back. We just came back from our 3rd trip to Spetses and if it wasn't for the pandemic this would have surely been our 5th trip.

The villas we stayed at are simply gorgeous! We always travel with a big group and everyone is extremely happy. The bedrooms are great, plenty of bathrooms, everything is always impeccably clean, perfect swimming pools, fully equipped kitchens, great locations (far enough from the center that you get some privacy but also just 10 minutes walk from restaurants and shops).

We also have a great experience with the people at Olive Villa Rentals. This year we worked with Angeliki, who was super helpful making all the arrangements, Mr Dimitris who took such great care of us during our stay, Mrs Alexandra, who prepared the most delicious breakfast, and Mrs. Aphrodite, who made sure the villa was perfect for our arrival. As I wrote I cannot recommend the service enough. Spetses is a gorgeous island, the food is amazing, the beach is great and everyone is super friendly, so if you are considering visiting you should definitely reach out to Olive Villa Rentals and you'll have a perfect trip!

We had a really lovely stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed, and the roof garden was a lovely bonus with great views of the city. The staff who work there are courteous and kind and made sure we felt comfortable upon radical. The location is perfect for visiting all the main sites and there are also great bars and restaurants nearby. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Athens.

This place is a hidden gem. I stayed here unexpectedly after my flights changed and they were extremely helpful in getting me checked in. The apartment is spacious with excellent cooking utensils for anyone looking for a good “home base” while they explore the city. The location could not be better (all of the museums and some amazing restaurants are within walking distance.) I had no idea something so close to everything could feel so private. There is a nice little rooftop where you can sit and look fondly at the Acropolis. Overall 10/10.

I cannot recommend Olive Villa Rentals highly enough!!!! I found them simply by a Google search, made an initial enquiry and Angeliki found us the most incredible villa, reasonably priced and absolutely perfect. She assisted with transfers, boat hire, provided local info and the whole booking experience was completely positive and hassle free. They thought of everything and were so efficient and friendly to deal with. When we arrived in Greece the villa was even better than the photos had portrayed it to be and we had a blissful holiday. I will certainly be booking with Olive Villa Rentals again.
