This review is purely directed at Elena who was on hand for my friend’s birthday dinner yesterday. Her customer service Was impeccable, she did not hesitate to help in any way that she could. She was thorough, kind and very patient with us considering it was a big group. I believe she’s an asset to the M ThreadNeedle Street branch and she deserves all her flowers.
On another note, the food was okay, I believe the restaurant is best suited for the ambience and drinks which were both lovely.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and cozy. The best part is the food is amazing. Best Lebanese and Mediterranean Restaurant I've been to in London. I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough.

I had the beef wellington, mash and broccoli. It was all out of this world! The beef melted in my mouth, just perfect. My wife had gnocchi with salad (diary intolerant) and she loved it. We followed with Rum Baba - flavoursome and melted in your mouth and a sticky toffee pudding with coconut sorbet - stunning was the only words my wife said ❤️. We enjoyed another round of cocktails and 2 glasses of red wine.

Good place for meat lovers. The steaks and beef Wellington were great and cooked to perfection. I also really enjoyed the starter of wild boar tortellini. The service was a bit slow but to be fair the restaurant was quite packed.

We went for a Christmas lunch with some family. It was a massive stretch for us to afford something like this but we figured that, travelling from Australia, it was a worthwhile experience.

We have the most phenomenal anniversary dinner here, thanks to all the staff at The Savoy Grill. The food was excellent from start to finish and beautiful in taste and presentation. They even gave us a complimentary chocolatey surprise for our anniversary.
The staff were extremely attentive. They gave us one of the best seats in the house and really took care of us. The service was impeccable.

An amazing Lebanese restaurant in the center of London! They have a large variety of cold dishes, all served with pita and very tasteful hot dishes as well. It’s perfect to share and the staff was very friendly and helpful, and their suggestions were amazingly tasteful! 200% would recommend this to anyone
Went for a two person lunch. It was a couple of day before Christmas and the place was busy as expected. You didn't have to wait at all though as the service was impeccable. drinks always topped up, wait not too long between courses, help always available if you have any queries.

Great! As to be expected from an establishment like The Savoy.

My parsnip and black garlic soup was sensational, was possibly even better than the beef wellington!! So creamy and packed with flavour (and garlic).
All the dishes were very rich.
The creamed spinach on the side wasn’t good. We even thought they’d accidentally brought us steamed spinach . It was not creamy.

The food was okay but the waiter/chef made it seem as though the portion size for a kids meal that was £8.50 was large but I was disappointed because the size of the plate was small and the worse thing is that half the plate was filled with salad. This shop is very stingy and they even told us to give them a high star review.

Any amazing restaurant in the heart of the city. Professional courteous staff who will ensure your experience is nothing but perfect. Food is fresh and prepared with care cooked to perfection. We hired a private room but you can also sit in the main area. Not far from Bank station.

Loaded fries came with some sort of processed cheese horrible stuff looked like custard, when i spoke with the waiter he had no knowledge of what proper cheese is or cheddar. Such a shame because had they used something like cathedral city cheddar it would have been amazing.

This is the second time I’m ordering from Shishlique and i I’ll be ordering again. The food is fresh and tasty, the service is great and they are cheerful and polite. A few weeks ago I collected my order and the atmosphere is welcoming and the restaurant smells amazing. Today I’ve ordered on the Deliveroo app, the price is a little higher but it’s definitely worth it as I want a quality meal but unfortunately don’t have the time to collect. I called just to get a confirmation of my order and an updated time, the person who answered the call was very informative and friendly.
The next time I eat here I’m hoping to dine in and will hopefully be able to take some great pics :)

The service was exceptional, particularly from the sommelier. She had a lovely smile and was very warm and welcoming. She even retrieved a cork for our memory box. All the staff were really friendly. The food was great. Would recommend for a special occasion.
Amazing dog-friendly restaurant! Me and my partner were celebrating our anniversary and we decided to bring our dog too, who had a great time as well (see the picture of the steak :-)). Highly recommend it to everyone!
Amazing atmosphere with a central location but the food didn't match the expected standard. The starter which was a salad tasted bland. The steak was well prepared and best part of the dinner. The cheesecake was subpar. The drinks are very expensive.
The music is very random loud pop music. The staff are very preoccupied on their phones all the time and not concentrating. They touch their personal phones and screens and then the food without washing their hands. They are quite in accommodating when asking for adjustments and are not polite. The food is decent however don’t recommend for the overall experience. Especially as there are other options around.
The food here is decent. It was quite pricey though with a high service fee that you need to be wary of before visiting. While our appetizers - Moutabal and Soujok - arrived promptly, our wait for the Shish Taouk meal was quite long - almost a 40-50 minute wait, which hampered the experience a bit. Appetizers were great, and the shish taouk was nice but not amazing. Ambience was also cosy.

Booked with my family and celebrated my graduation, wonderful staff and service, the food deserves the price (and not as expensive as Gordon 's 3 stars restaurant.) Have a nice lunch experience.

I came here for my anniversary, the service was incredible and this was certainly fine dining. The atmosphere was nice, for a work event or special occasion, but maybe the music was loud and a bit too upbeat for me and my husband. The food was great. We did the steak roulette and were happy with what we received, although I think my steak was a little too charred on the outside. For our anniversary they gave us a little surprise of non alcoholic bubbles (as we weren't drinking) and a chocolate/nutty treat. I would come here again, but please be aware that this is fine dining, therefore quite pricey and justified!
Our first visit here as our son has just moved nearby and I hope it won't be our last. Delicious food, very good flavours, nicely presented by friendly staff. Excellent value. Proper fresh orange juice. Loads of choice for vegetarians.

I got the full meat platter with chip and also the cheese empanada. Everything is SO well cooked and seasoned. I am so happy to finally have decent food that isn’t salty or dry.

I always have a wonderful experience every time I come here. The food is sublime, incredibly fresh & the portions are perfect! The staff are also very generous with their toppings, case in point: they kindly give me extra pickled cabbage as they know it's my favourite! My favourite weekend treat & will definitely be coming here again:)

The fluffiest rice, the most tender meat and lamb and the most finely chopped veg in the salad. Saying all that cuz other places have such long grains of rice without any taste, and hard to digest, melting in the mouth lamb shish again in comparison to other restaurants, and ive had such big pieces of cucumber and tomato in salads that i just bin them. Everything was so delicious. Highly recommend.

We ate outside, which was loud but perfect for us given covid cautions. Someone noted they do add 12.5% for gratuity, so be prepared. The food was well seasoned and fresh. I don't recommend the tabouleh, which was all parsley, no coucous. The black eggplant starter was really good. They gave us a piece of baklava at the end. On the expensive side but enjoyable.
It may take some negotiation with bossman for him to serve you a lamb and doner mix but if/when he does, it is well worth any initial uncertainty. I've had a few kebabs in my time but nothing is even in the some postcode as this. Succulent meat, a lovely wrap, fresh veg with asian influence. Reservation is a must. The dress code is fairly loose, saw some patrons wearing jeans. We been dying to try the Beef Wellington and were not disappointed. The caviar was delicious if that's your cup of tea. But the toast could have been warmer. Highly recommended just for the experience.

Been coming here for years, the food is top notch, service is impeccable and the atmosphere is superb! They serve bread, yoghurt and salad before every meal which is so delicious, I forget about the main! 😋

This was a treat. A very enjoyable lunch in what is possibly the finest iconic hotel in London. The Beef Wellington truly was a work of art. Definitely worth enjoying with a glass of red, from the extensive wine list. We opted for the house red which was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable and unforgettable experience. Just hope in the future we get the chance to go again
After watching The Savoy programme, I wanted to take my mum to the hotel for a lovely birthday experience. The doorman were amazing, perfect service, happy and lovely. The restaurant staff front of house were great, but our waiter was awful. He was lovely to everyone else. Extremely abrupt with us and pretty much ruined our experience at the restaurant. He was happy and smiley with other tables, we were happy and polite with him and were actually excited to be dining at such an incredible hotel with amazing reputation but unfortunately that one bad apple really did ruin the cart. Truly disheartened and disappointed. It’s a shame because the food was great, cocktails were amazing. But service didn’t match the expectation. We felt extremely unwelcome. I should have booked the afternoon tea! Might have had real Savoy service.
Had a special evening here with my mum and dad for their 60th Anniversary and I couldn't have arranged anything better. I booked a private area called the wine room and it was absolutely fantastic. The decor of bottles of wine all around us just added to the amazing atmosphere. From the moment we got there to the moment we finished, the service was phenomenal from all staff. The food was absolutely second to none, each and every dish was perfect and the chef's would come visit us to explain each dish we had next. We had spent around 6 hours in here and we loved every minute. This is such a special place and it has given my mum and dad lasting memories for their Diamond Anniversary. The Savoy was worth every penny and I'd really like to come back again.

One of the item for my order was a portion of garlic bread but I was given garlic sauce. I told the guy that I ordered garlic bread, he showed me naan bread and asked me is this what you mean? I had to show him the image from their website for him to understand what garlic bread is. When I showed him he said that they dont have it.

Disgusting, unhygienic & rotten food sold here! These scammers gave me the same order twice, instantly became aggressive and forced it upon me to pay regardless. They then had the audacity to overcharge me for a meal deal and didn’t give me the drink that came with it. The food was off and can tell why they gave us same order twice…so they can get rid of it. These filthy scammers need to investigated by trading standards. They should be ashamed of defrauding customers for serving gone off food!
Wonderful atmosphere. Excellent service. Food average. The beef Wellington needed to be sent back twice because the cook on the beef wasn’t to my liking. The green beans were delicious. Loved the wine selection. Really enjoyed the attentiveness of the waiter. Next visit to London I’ll try Gordon Ramsey’s other restaurant in the Savoy to even out my opinion.

Got a load of food for £20 and it was amazing. At least 3 servings of amazing tasting chicken, rice, chips and salad. I phondd beforehand and was told 5 minutes but it was more like 20 which was a but annoying as the reason I phoned was to avoid waiting around, but sometimes this cent be helped and overall I'm still happy to give 5*

No accompaniments are offered before or after.

Good atmosphere - the food here is pretty good and so is the shisha. Music isn't too loud so you can actually have a conversation. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The atmosphere and food at the savoy are incredible, and the service matches them. The staff are there to assist you in any way you need. The location is amazing, and the hotel around is very extravagant. For the price the taste of savoy menu is, in my opinion, worth it. Every single dish that I had from the tasting menu was delicious and I would highly recommend. If you can go here then I would say you absolutely should.

I ordered half a chicken, two grilled chicken burgers, and a wrap. The food was 10/10, I ordered twice in 12 hours. Food was hot, flavors was extremely nice, very good portions, came in hot. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

I ordered kebab , lamb, decent size serving, taste was not as great as Iranian Chilo Kebab has, plus they don't serve it with rice, inside they have some noisy atmosphere, outside setting was available though with lot of shisha smokers ( troublesome) for non smokers and having smoke allergy, was fair but not that great.. service was excellent, prices were reasonable,
Had a fantastic meal here. The family platter advertised for 2-3 people, could easily feed 5. Food was delicious and service was quick and friendly. Only let down is a previous guest decided to leave the loos in a less than to be desired condition (we reported it so hope people after us had a more pleasant experience!). Not taking a mark off on this occasion because everything else was so good.

Worth the journey from South London, purely based on the great value for money, amazing hospitality and top quality shisha. I really enjoyed the music too, learning some of the classic Persian pop songs.
Very unassuming from the outside however it is a tastefully designed hangout with humourous LED art.

I have kidney problem and I need to pee but they lied that the toilet is broken, I was even willing to pay, they treated me very rudely and unfriendly, everything is not money! Humanity is dead.
Very very disappointed with this place it’s the second time we ordered. Got inspired because of the gluten free options though portion size is very modest for an adult. On our last experience the order arrived very late with items missing (two portions of chips) and food not even warm,after complaining to the restaurant they said they would refund the amount but they haven’t and just eat has taken the full amount. Won’t recommend this place
The food was great and beautifully cooked. The atmosphere could have been better as they only decided to put some music after a while. The service was poor, waitresses seemed uninterested in the customers and had to keep calling them every time I needed to order something else. Been in better restaurants of the same kind. Forgot to mention in original review, the toilets were probably the worst and most dirty ones I've ever been in a restaurant.

I always come here for shisha but their prices have raised recently. The shisha unfortunately burns very quickly and isn’t of great quality and the quality of food changes everyday.
There are times where the bread is cold and hard and there are times where the food is great.
If the shisha and the food were to be more up to standard then I would rate this place 5* as it has great potential and has a great vibe. The lounge has an indoor and outdoor area so customers can enjoy either or.

Some of the best wings I've ever tried these guys really go to town on the sauce pizza very fair prices and tastes beautiful I come here once a week cause the service is great and they always give u more then what u ask for they go to town to make sure u get a great meal
All in all, an amazing experience in getting a delivery from Grill Hustle. Prompt delivery and piping hot food. Well packaged. The chops, prawns and wrap very exceptionally tasty and very good, you could tell that fresh ingredients were used. Added to my favourites!
One of those grotty little place, inside is terrible. However, staffs are very friendly and their grilled chicken and chicken wings specially are fire which goes down pretty well with their steak chips or spicy rice, I absolutely love it. Would I recommend? If you can put up with the grotty interior then go for it, I’ve been there so many times knowingly what to expect from there.
If I could I would rate it even higher. The food was absolutely delicious. Signature burger is the best burger you could get anywhere... just vow. Chicken wings were so amazing too.... I highly recommend these guys..... you won't get that delicious food in East London.

Beautiful decor, spacious, lots of seating across the two floors and they have some private dining rooms/lounges. They have a pool table and table football. Great atmosphere with old-school r&b & hip-hop music.
I went for the bottomless brunch and really enjoyed it. Food was delicious and I loved that it included a variety of cocktails rather than just prosecco. The service was a bit slow and there were periods where we did not have a drink for 15-20 minutes, because it took them some time to make each cocktail individually. I think they should really take drinks orders as soon as they bring out each round, rather than waiting for people to finish their drink, because then people are left waiting without a drink.
We did complain about this to the staff and they gave us a bottle of Prosecco whilst we waited for our cocktails to be made, as well as additional time of bottomless cocktails.
Also, I wish they had sides to order as part of the brunch. There is steak & eggs on the brunch menu, and we wanted to order some fries to have with that - we were happy to pay extra but they said they don’t offer any sides and the brunch items is all they make during that time.
Not having the option of any sides is why I have knocked off 1 star from my review.

The chicken and meat were very juicy and tender and very flavourful. My colleague really loved the chops but I really loved the wings. Sticky wings lives up to its name.

Honestly one of the best pizzas I ever had, is near to my house so I go there very often at this point. Always nice service and great pizza.

Great food, everything was really tasty, wanted to try a new place and that didn't work out, so came here nearly a year after my last visit and I'm so glad I did! Food was every bit as tasty as I remember it and even our toddler was eating the lamb chops! Fantastic!

Very good place to get grilled food from! The sauce or marinade used tastes amazing and quite spicy. Definitely not for those who can't handle a little spice. Good portions and prices. Only downside is that they don't do delivery. Seating is available downstairs. Highly recommend this place!
Lovely space downstair enough space to accommodate over 30+ people. Lovely decor, clean and tidy. The service was very good. Service was great and very professional. Great range of drink, starters and main meals. We had our Shoreditch Football Club football awards and service was excellent. We order a mixed meal specially tailored for our pallet and was great value for money meal and drink. The food was hot, tasty and really yummy. A great evening with great company and great food. Will be back again soon. Thank you

Good food reasonable price and good food. Grill chicken, serval types of fish and now they added new dining space in basement with Ac and done really nicely.
Fril with Asian flavour which made better for those like not too dry and just meat.
I am almost regular here for salad and fish which I enjoy a lot.
I do at least 2/3 times lunch evey month and take colleagues and clients for quick bite.

I can safely say that I was completely satisfied with the service, both the worker and delivery driver were really helpful and friendly. I ordered BBQ wings (I highly recommend) and a BBQ based chicken sizzler (Pizza) which was really tasty. The driver got here earlier than it said on the website which was pretty cool. Overall I had a great experience ordering food from Time pizzas and I will 100% order from here again.
In our opinion, easily the best value pizzas we have had in London. Open really late, quality ingredients and great service. Highly recommended.
One of the best grill spots around. Brought the family round here and had requested seats for 6 people, they managed to cater us their cabin for extra privacy, their customer service has definitely improved to the point where their staff is constantly making sure that we were comfortable and all the food was up to standard. Their food was full of flavours n quite affordable. Their chops were soft, tender and juicy 😋 and their sticky wings are always a must! Will definitely recommend this spot
We went on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was quite full with many takeaway orders. Although there were many customers, we didn't have to wait too long for food. It was nice to see the meat and dishes freshly prepared in the kitchen right next to the seating area. The portions were perfect and there was a good mix of salad, rice and meat. All the food was seasoned well and had a nice charred taste to them. The staff were very friendly and would highly recommend this place!
The only Lebanese restaurant we order from in London, whenever we need office catering! The best homemade and traditional Mezzes, sandwiches, finger food and sharing salads such as Fatush and Taboule, including a large variety of vegan options. Thank you!!

We have tried their kubideh and kashk bademjoon. Their food is great and prices are reasonable. But they don't offer rice (Chelo). Their nan is crunchy and fresh.
