Very nice place but no toliets. It's very close to the retail line. It can be bit muddy depends on the weather.
There's not much to this place - it's a very short stroll around what is essentially a circular bushy walk. It straddles a bit of the Hogs Mill, but for most of the walk you can't get near to the bank to see it because of all the bushes, and the area where you can actually reach the river is at the end of the trail near the rail bridge, where you'll find lots of graffiti and memorials to an unfortunate child who was left to die by his 'friends' after an overdose one cold Winter. Personally I wouldn't bother, and instead walk the opposite way down the Hogs Mill River for a much nicer, more scenic and enjoyable stroll.
This nature reserve is lovely. It's a bit smaller than most reserves, but makes for a pleasant walk. There are often Egrets and Herons hanging out here, which is perhaps why you don't see many fish. It has a convenient and free parking lot at one end, and the other end crosses over a road straight into the Hogs Mill River park, which is another lovely walk you can add on - bonus!
A lovely place to walk dogs but also nice for a family stroll. Varied walks along the river or through wooded areas and if you're lucky you may see a Little Egret, Buzzards, Kingfishers, Herons and a lot more wildlife.
Just visited today. Really nice place for a walk. Took the dog for an hour stroll. Woodland walks mixed with river walks. Found the wildlife pond. Really pretty
Great for dogs and children. If you are really lucky you might even catch sight of a kingfisher or little egret

A great place to ‘get away from it all’. A “friend” of mine always manages to find new and secluded spots for our exploring. 5 stars!
A lovely place to walk your dog, meet other dogs owners and make new friends. There are several entrances, wooded areas and open fields to exercise on. From surbiton hill park you can access an area which runs along side the river stretching up to the A3 about 1.5 miles long. Another area across the road in Elmsbridge Avenue also runs a similar length behind the houses along the river down to sterling walk and further coming out where they are building the new sainsburys local on the Raeburn Avenue / Alexandra Drive junction. I noticed on my walk a bug hotel not far from the sterling walk entrance, a few young squirrels, a woodpecker, several crows and pidgeons. My daughter spotted a kingfisher, but as much as i tried i could not find it.
Great place for excercising your dog. Peaceful and tranquil walk along the hogsmill. Enjoyed talking with other dog owners.
Hidden gem, great place for dog walkers. saw a kingfisher here a few years ago too, great project!!!
Another nice oasis of calm in the spring, with plenty of blossom and new growth appearing amongst the longer established trees. There are plenty of colourful spring flowers of many varieties crowding the banks of the small streams running through the area too.
A lovely peaceful spot where a good spring walk next to the Hogsmill River can be enjoyed.

Small green area close to Green Lane Recreation ground.
Absolutely brilliant wildlife, and I love the work being done there, one of my favourite places
Beautiful and tranquil surroundings with many different paths and views
Newly improved public access over the last couple of years by local people with the help of the Environment Trust, along with naturalisation of the Tolworth stream and digging of a new wildlife pond is starting to encourage native flora and fauna to thrive in this cosy little reserve in the middle of suburbia.
Of particular note today, 21/04/19, was the millions of tadpoles in the pond.
