Nothing works. The machine where you can pay by card keeps cancelling the transaction in the end. Bad ui in the machine makes it very difficult to understand. Escalator doesn’t work, only one elevator works. The signs are very weird, showing one way but also the other way for the same name. Overall all you get here is stress and nothing more

R2 Nord is an express train that runs directly to downtown around 25 mins. Entrance is at T2B so you have to take the free loop transfer bus and cross the overhead bridge. Pro is fast, predictable and Euro4.3 one way. Runs only every 30mins.

Pretty good looking, pretty crowded as well with a ton of merchants trying to sell you fancy sheets of fabric very hard :)

The Arc de Triomf was built as the gateway to the Universal Exhibition in 1888, which was held in the Parc de la Ciutadella. The monument is classical in shape but look closely for different symbols. It is one of the city's iconic landmarks and as such you are sure to see a swarm of mobile phones taking snaps.

Nearby is the Barcelona Zoo and the Parc de la Ciutadella is very pleasant to relax in.
There is lot of museums nearby which is another main attraction.

If you want to get from the R2N station (T2) last stop to T1 there is not much information, staff there don't even know, sent us on foot on the other side of the street where it was closed, then at a bus station where a bus never came for 25 minutes (and it should from 15 to 15 min)..we were panicked that we wouldn't get to T1 in time to catch the plane, but we eventually found on Google maps that there is a subway connection too, costs around 5€ per person

Triumphal arch built as the entrance to the 1888 World Fair that gives way to the Ciutadella Park. Great place for a photo op early in the morning when no one is around and the sun is shining bright.

Full of thieves! Be careful when you buy your ticket and use your card, hide your pin. If they see it they will try and pick pocket you inside the train and you won't realize. Should be more security and signs everywhere! Be aware!!
An awesome place to be.

Very systematic. Very clean and very well managed. It is a must visit place in Barcelona.

There are many stories about this place and mostly relate to world war. The arc can be viewed from distance and will take you to other monuments.

The surrounding area is also clean and fully maintained.

Overall an awesome place to visit on the city tour.

Railway link from airport to centre of Barcelona & other train stations like Sants. Quick, reliable with trains every 30 minutes. Quite a walk though to the terminal over the covered bridge walkway.

I really like here! It’s very very green and very beautiful! There are a lot of space to rest and to have a seat. Street artists can work in freedom showing their talents. The Arc is a wonderful construction. It’s clean and very important

Very majestic place to visit, easy to get there and get around and good for a nice walk! There’s a metro stop just steps away from it and also quite a lot of places to eat!

Only one shabby platform operational. Services every 30 minutes (on average) to the center of Barcelona city
Very nice place, but, for those who have already seen the more "famous" touristic attractions in Barcelona. I don't recomend the visit if you are only in a quick tour around the city and don't have too much time. If you are visiting the Arc one good option as well is walk around a little and visit the Parc de la ciutadella.

The bad thing about this station is that is barely protected from outside temperature and it's been undergoing renovations since way too long ago. It is the fastest way to get to Barcelona for the cheapest price, 1 € per trip buying the t-10 ticket.
