Fantastic apartments, in great neighborhood, close to the beach and old town. 👌🏻 We stayed here several times and loved it every time! Apartments are spacious and cosy, everything is spotless clean. Outside there is a beautiful pool and bbq area where you can hang out. Great for couples or families, there is even a laundry machine you can use. The owners are the friendliest people and will help you with anything you might need.

Odličan smještaj.

We were not showed the room and how to access it as their Booking page stated:

I mentioned to the staff we were around the area few hours earlier and can meet them as soon as the check in is available, they replied that to see us soon.
However, later they messaged us when the room is ready and didn’t wait for us to arrive even when I replied “see you in 2mins”.
The instruction message for the key was wrong, that leaded us to entered a different room than we booked.

When checking with the staff in their office for refunding the difference of the payment (as we originally booked a bigger room), we were asked to pay for the cleaning fee and we got blamed that we didn’t follow the instruction…

Anyway, we payed the higher price to stay in a smaller room. But then the second day I noticed that the booking is cancelled by them on Bookings. I contacted the property but no response…

It’s a bit disappointing that for a service provider, they don’t have the attitude to provide good service to customers 😔😟

The location was good even if you are with a car. 3rd floor, don't forget that ;) TV not working properly, no microwave, no Owen, no oil, no tea or coffee, no shampoo, no mat in the shower room, no view through the windows (stickers on it). Pay cash, not through the Booking platform. Pillows were uncomfortable to sleep (too big), but comfortable to work on the bed :)

A beautifully furnished, contemporary, spacious apartment with lots of storage and everything you could need in the many cupboards - from toiletries, to cleaning products, tea and coffee, even sanitary products! Both the bed and seating (sofa and armchair) are very comfortable, the small kitchen area and breakfast bar just perfect. Super too to have the seating on the terrace/balcony with fantastic views over the Adriatic Sea and a great spot to watch the world going by below. Also, being away from the main (old) town and just far enough from the Sea Organ and Monument to the Sun - that attract a lot of tourists - it's also a very peaceful retreat. The only warning is that it is 3 floors up and can be quite a challenge to older legs!!

Ottima posizione! L'appartamento, bello e pulito, si trova in un edificio che fronteggia il mare, vicinissimo all'organo marino, tanto da sentirne il suo suono di notte. Padrona di casa davvero disponibile. Consigliato!

I had a very nice stay. The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed. Outside the apartment, there is kind of a patio where you can relax. The beach is nearby, there are stores nearby and the city centre is 10 minutes by foot which is great. Also the owners are really kind and always ready to help.

Everything is perfect. Beautiful apartments, location and amazing hosts. Couldn’t recommend more!

Nice apartment, well equipped with new furniture. Very comfortable for 2 people and very clean with nice terrace that is looking on the garden. The hosts were really nice. For every recommendation.

They were my parents, it is true that there is no closing in the terrace doors and the entrance is hard to close. On the first day, they closed the fridge normally as it should, after returning to the apartment it was raining, it had to be pushed with a lot of force. Very not nice owner's behavior in the comment below, say not honest

Nice people, nice and clean apartment. We did not miss anything in here. It is also close to the center - aproximately 12 mininites, but it is nothing - center of Zadar is small, so you will not be tired of walking there, afret food is it better to spend some time by walking :D enjoy!

Wonderful family run apartment complex that is full each year with returning holiday-goers. Parking is available on site, beautiful pool & outdoor dining facilities. A variety of apartments available & the rooms are spacious. The apartment block is in walking distance to the beach & old town. Owners who speak both Croatian & English are extremely friendly, helpful & hospitable.

Well-equipped apartment with kitchen, situated in a quiet city area (15 minutes walk to the old town). Would come again!

Excellent accommodation. The price corresponds. Very nice owner. There is a swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen. To the beach 10min walk. To the center 25min walk or the possibility to use the bus for 10HRK, the stop is 3min walk.
