I really enjoyed my stay at Cabarete Palm Beach Condos. The employees from the office, housekeeping, maintenance and security were all very friendly and helpful.
The location is great, it’s on the beach and right near 15-20 restaurants that are also on the beach. My room was nice, clean and cool and I had no problems with WiFi.
I will definitely be staying here again!!

What a beautiful condo, grounds and beach area. We loved being able to go out onto our balcony, sit and listen to the ocean while enjoying the view. The staff was kind and helpful. The condo we stayed in was 2 bed 2 bath, with a kitchen. It was perfect for our family.
The nearby restaurants were great! Walking distance to just about everything. The area in general is pretty loud with motos, but the condos are off the main road and we didn’t hear hardly anything. We’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed in unit 105 and it was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and comfortable with a great view of the beach and pool from the balcony. Kitchen was very well equipped including an air fryer. Complimentary fruit and beverages was a nice surprise. Property was wonderfully maintained and great location near all of the beach bars. Staff spoke excellent English and was extremely pleasant and helpful.Their website has blogs with all kinds of good information. Highly recommend. Loved Cabarete!

Easy to get to, clean, close to beach and pool.

No hot water. Very limited kitchen. Poor Wi-Fi. No problem resolution from staff. Small and noisy. Poor value.

We stayed for a week in unit 104 and it couldn't have been better. It was our first time staying here after seeing it on past trips. The condo was comfortable, quiet, well-appointed and with great views. The grounds are beautiful with a small private pool and plenty of seating. They also offer plenty of beach chairs (which other condos do not.) They also provide drinking water for your entire stay. It is one of the most conveniently located condos for dining options with restaurants just steps away.

The best place to stay for kiting in Cabarete. So close to the best restaurants and lovely people working there. Cleaning every day, lovely rooms, small but nice pool, and beautiful surroundings and they made our honeymoon extra special!

We stayed in a studio apartment above reception, and loved waking up in the mornings, drinking tea, and looking out at the ocean. Our kitchen was perfect for preparing breakfast, lunch, and happy hour. They have a BBQ near the pool, and lots of restaurants nearby on the beach for dinner and sunsets. Supermarket Janet is just a 10 minute walk away. The pool and beach area are well maintained, and basically paradise! Our room and the condo grounds are clean, and welcoming. And the staff;...ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

We booked our stay at Cabarete Palm Beach Condos in October for the first part of November but because of the forecast for light wind in Cabarete and later a hurricane alert from the airline affecting our connecting flight through Miami International Airport, we adjusted our stay a couple of times, but the staff was very good about rearranging our reservation and room for the dates we finally decided on.
We arrived and were escorted to our unit which was a two bedroom and two bath Penthouse condo. The unit also had a full kitchen, living area and a large deck area to overlook the grounds, beach and ocean. Each room except for the bathroom had an air conditioner and ceiling fan. The front doors slid open to walk out on the deck area where we spent most mornings and evenings enjoying the view.
We had a 5-gallon top loading bottled water cooler and heater for drinking and making coffee. The room was cleaned daily and had very reliable internet service along with toll free telephone service to the states.
There are several nice restaurants along the beach, but our favorites were very close. Janet’s grocery store is a short walk down the beach to an access drive which we chose over the route of walking along the street in traffic. Speaking of traffic, the street can be very noisy with all of the motor bikes but in our room during the evening, it was very quiet. The street is located on the other side of the building behind the condos, so it helps to cut much of the traffic noise.
The swimming pool area is very nice with a gas grill available for cooking which we did not use. We would enjoy both the grass area around the pool as well as the finely maintained beach with each having plenty of lawn chairs to use.
Cabarete Palm Beach Condos were recommended by a person I was in contact with for wind sports in Cabarete and I thanked him several times during the week for his recommendation. It will be our first choice for lodging when we return again thanks to the helpful and friendly staff and the comfortable accommodations.

El lugar es muy bonito, hermosa vista al mar, piscina limpia, conexion a wifi...

2 de lo baños presentaban problemas para descargar y personal de mantenimiento de forma amable debia mantenerse visitando a solucionar el inconveniente, luego rodo excelente, fácil acceso, entrada temprana, todo muy comodo dentro del penthouse.

Excelente para ir relajar el cuerpo y despejar la mente.

Excelente ubicacion. Maravillosa vista. Todavia faltan algunas cosas por mejorar,como ropa de cama,mantemimiento de aires y los baños y recomendaciones de convivencia a los demas huespedes. Ivi,super pendiente y atenta.

El lugar esta recién construido y de hecho sigue estando en construcción. Por lo que cuando llegas no es la mejor impresión del mundo. Ya que estas dentro del apartamento todo es muy lindo y la decoración es sencilla pero bonita. Los materiales de los apartamentos son funcionales no de la mejor calidad pero bien. En la cocina faltan utensilios basicos que pienso complementarian muy bien el espacio. En general lo que obtienes por el precio que pagas no esta mal.

Es muy importante que sepas, si estan frente a la playa los apartamentos, pero es cabarete y las olas son demasiado fuertes por lo que es muy probable que no te puedas bañar. Y de hecho no lo recomiendo.. yo sali con moretones 😅 si vas por varios dias puedes ir a playa cabarete esta super cerca a unos 5 min en vehículo.

There are a lot of small hotels in Cabarete, just for all the kitesurfers from all over the world. The Kitewind Apartment hotel was part of the bigger Viva Wyndham resorts hotel close by, but the actual single hotel solution is more common and very good solution for your first stay in Cabarete. The location is a little bit away from the direct city centre, but you can go to there directly on the beach path, which is really amazing in the early morning and late afternoon. The hotel rooms are in regular size and have new furniture. The bath room and the shower is more near to 4* than a regular hotel has. There is a pool nearby ... but you come for tge beach, indeed! The only missing part is, that they don't have additional beach towels, but this is the only thing you'll miss. The hotel including parking is separate from thr street, so your car stay safe and comfortable too. We can recommend the stay with 100%.

Nice and clean. Not directly on the beach, but it has easy access to it. It is on the main road. But for the price, you can't beat it!

this is a great hotel. 10/10. it has a great setting, right by the beach, the rooms are large, there's s a kitchen, and the price is affordable. love it.
