Delicious. On Sunday it was only flambé. We had the Forest, mushroom and meat. Their kitchen doesn’t open again til 6pm for dinner service.
Great Night Spot at Brasserie de la Lanterne
Brasserie de la Lanterne is a fantastic place to visit at night, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Their microbrewery serves up some excellent beers, perfectly paired with their delicious Flammkuchen. The service is consistently good, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a quality evening out.

Enjoyable meal here! Had the tarte flambée which was very nice and chicken goujons and chips which were good (portion size would have been fine for myself but left my partner still peckish). Service was great and we were able to eat outside. The tarte flambée is a better price here than I’ve seen elsewhere.
LOVE the place! Very friendly (and english speaking) service, delicious home made beer, delicious non home made cider, soo cool interior! I love the wooden tables and chairs, the funky decoration and mainly, the beer tanks 😍 Thank you!
Really really really good Amber beer. And wonderful atmosphere and service. So great to find a comfortable and welcoming place in such a sanitised town.... I did not try the good but it looked and smelled amazing. They were even very generous of spirit with my terrible French...

What a wonderful place for authentic and absolutely delicious tarte flambées and a lovely home brewn beer. Also great and suitable with kids. (Picture shows the rest ;-))
Staff was just straight rude, multiple times throughout the visit. I asked what kind of beer do they have and server replied “just read the menu, can’t you read?”

Had dinner during the weekend. Quite a busy place and we we lucky there was space for us. We had different Tarte Flambées/ Flammekueche, and they were all tasty, classic with generous toppings. I expected them to be slightly bigger. However, they are also cheaper than other places €6-€9, so that is a plus. We tried the La Classique, La Faurest, La Gratinée, La Schmeck, La Chèvre Miel (sans lard), and I preferred and recommend the Faurest (classic + mushrooms). The red wine was also nice.
Food: Royal Choucroute was 2 stars at best. I ordered the flam, but it never came. I ordered it at 6pm and they didn't notice I never received it until the bill came. This was at 7pm. The beers were average.
Service: They need more staff! The bartender was slammed and this is probably why I didn't get the flam I ordered. They dropped one off and the waitress said it was the classic. I said I ordered the regional and they took it and gave it to the party next to me. They never checked back and no one ever checked on it. I basically waited a whole hour expecting it to come and that was a waste of an hour I am never going to get back.
If you still decide to come, try to get a table because you are pretty much neglected when being at the bar...

Good food - only draw back is that they dont cater and are not sure what is gluten free or not - other than that i really loved the place, the music, the staff and the food. Local bar cozy feeling
Very very bad service. We waited for over 40min for our red wine, asked for it about 5 times and were ignored. The food was okay but for the price it was a really bad visit.

Nice grunge place, with a wide selection of beer. Friendly service, good flammkueche (vegan options too!) and great salads. Most of the clients are clearly local, repeat customers
I just discovered this resto recently, and both time here I enjoyed the food very much, they are good! Even the salad aside with the dish is so fresh and tastes good! I’m surprised
Went there for dinner. We got the pate au canard and the œuf mimosa which were both very good. The mains were just ok : got the fish and the asparagus and it was not something special. The deserts ( moelleux au chocolat and baba au rhum) were both amazing. The highlight was however the decor, the service and the drinks
Overall, good price-quality balance. We’ve been around 17:00 when happy hour started, meaning that you had the option to pay 4 euros for any of a number of 3 FLAMMEKUECHES and the cost for beer was the same for 0,5 cl as for 0,25 cl. The food was good. We would have appreciated the staff to be more respectful (2 (a women and a man) out of 5 were not nice, which, unfortunately, confirms the theory that not all French people are nice with people not speaking French language).
Amazing happy hour deal! Packed with young locals. 50 cl beer for half the price from 5pm to 7pm. 3 euros for the flatbread. Great value & good beers
Very good service and food with a good wind list. The best edible crab I have ever had. It tasted like a little bit of charcoal grilled flavor.
Friendly restaurant In Strasbourg. Most of the restaurants won’t accept customer without reservation but not this one. They just asked us to return around 9 pm.

A marvellous insight into the traditional cuisine of the local culture in Strasbourg, the quattro fromagi pizza was almost certainly the best one I’ve had in an extremely long time. The beer was homemade and you could appreciate the fact that the dishes were made with care. A slight complaint is the fact that they took a long time to bring us the food, it is true that they were pretty full though. The service was excellent and the place was cozy and warm. 9/10
We had a wonderful time watching the world cup final at the bar. We came in for lunch and decided to stay the entire 3.5 hours until the game so we could keep our seats. The bartender was a great time, and kept us supplied with food and drinks the entire 6 hours we were there! I love fruit beer, and they have a great raspberry beer. The food was all great too, and there was plenty for us vegetarians - definitely make this your spot in Strasbourg!
Really unique spot with a lot of seats in a little space. The place was packed for a world cup match, but I was lucky enough to snag a seat at the bar. The beers were good and wait staff was friendly. I already ate, so didn't have food but there was plenty of it coming out of the kitchen! Definitely worth checking out.

Tucked away in a side street, this little microbrewery is a great place to get a quick bite to eat and have a beer. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the inside is decorated with fermentation and serving tanks. They only have a few beer styles but the ones we tried were very good. For dinner I had the poulet cordon Bleu which came with a small salad and spatzel. It was a huge portion and very filling.
Amazing staff, fast service and tasty drinks! The large variety of games was fun to explore and we enjoyed the special offers and giant drink options. We came back again and again to the great banter from the personell. Would recommend this place, love the snacks and the relaxed atmosphere. When we're back in Strasbourg, we'll definitely come by again (like we promised) ☺️

It was the peak hours when we were in the restaurant. The food came up very quickly. Flammekueche is delicious. I really enjoyed. On the other hand, the ribs is below average. They have a big range of beer selection. Good place to hangout with friends and families.
Been there twice so far, always a pleasure. Nice and friendly waiters, tasty cocktails and mocktails, delicious snacks. There are some board games available in case you want to play while enjoying your beverage and food.

Thank you for that great Saturday night. We had the plateau royal pour deux personnes with seafood and lobster and it was really good and fresh. The classy serving on a etagere is also very impressive. The manager took care of us personally and made us feel very comfortable. The waitress was extremely friendly and always had a smile on her face. Although she didn't speak English, we were able to find a common language.

Nice bar, went there twice the second during happy hours. I was disappointed from the HH drinks... Same amount of alcohol (?) with just more ice and water. It is just not worth it, below average oversized HH drinks.

This bar/restaurant is awesome. The decoration is very nice (as nice as the waitress/owner that you can speak with easily).
