Just had a wonderful day out on the canal aboard "Shiraz" and can't fault them from start to finish. Booking process with Tim was straightforward and efficient, introduction, tuition and journey tips/timings from Paul were spot on. Boat had all we needed and would certainly recommend them. Absolutely fantastic day cruising with family. Tim & Paul were able to help us out last minute when another company let us down last minute and were so helpful...great service and hope to do it again. You really made our day!

We booked the Skylark for an 80th birthday present on the 12th July. I was gutted , this barge was absolutely filthy , every surface including floors , toilet, ,fridge, kitchen area , crockery etc , I have never been so embarrassed to have to take family out for a.day and be greeted with that.
The owner has ignored all phonecalls and the issue was not addressed and replied to in any emails that were sent .
To think we paid £180 for this and the customer service has been appalling
