Traveling through the area and was looking for Brunswick stew. Popped into City Hall and the receptionist was so kind acting as a tourist hub. Sadly no local restaurants were serving Brunswick Stew in February.

I was invited back for the stew fest in the summer. Who eats stew in the summer?!?! 🤦
It was ok...the museum could use a little TLC. Beautiful building...
Not a fan AT ALL ... I don't like being talked to 2nd class or belittled!!! Krause needs charm school & to be dekarenized I want the old crew back they were at least soul having & friendly
Construction on Old City Hall began in 1886 from an architectural design by Alfred Eichberg and was completed in 1889, with the installation of the clock/bell tower in 1893. The architectural style is "Richardsonian Romanesque", with Queen Anne parallels. This was the style of choice for the majority of public buildings built in the United States during this period. Old City Hall was restored for use as city offices and as a place for receptions, reunions, and small meetings.

We love Old City Hall so much. So much in fact that we got married here! The staff was amazing to work with and were game for anything we needed to make our day perfect. Old City Hall is a great place to host any party or event where you want some extra flare and history.
If you're local, Old City Hall is also home to Brunswick's Downtown Development Authority, where you can purchase the beautiful Old Town Brunswick Christmas ornaments.

They didn't release a new one for 2021, but they'll have new designs next year from what we're told.

Beautiful old building, worth seeing. Through the front doors first office on the right is the office of Keep Golden Isles Beautiful. The have information on Brunswick and history. I enjoyed my visit.
Amazing building that hosts city meetings and private events. Moxie craft show today was incredible!
Neat old building. You can get local maps, walking tour guilds, listings of local restaurants there and it is all free. They also have artifacts of local Brunswick history on display. They also have public restrooms.

Gorgeous old building in the historic district. Make sure to read the memorials. They're really interesting.
