OAH judges are extremely liberal when it comes to their understanding of the law.

Tyrone Williams is an extremely rude and ill-mannered individual. I called to inquire about a status and he was so snappy and aggressive from the start, just a despicable human being. I could sense how miserable he was all within 3 minutes through the phone.

Judge Weberman reversed my determination for benefits. He is respectful, trusting and diligent . Mr.williams assisted me in getting assistance with my appeal and was so helpful ! Thankyou OAH I have my benefits and can continue to provide for my family 💓

Hearing officer Dansby is incompetent, rude and possibly evil. I went in to correct a simple ticketing error. I received a parking ticket in a neighborhood while using the appropriate pass. The ticketing officer left a ticket without photographing the clear parking pass on the dashboard. Hearing administrator Dansby backed up the erroneous ticket and further poured gasoline on the fire by saying I was rude to even question a ticket in error. She then wrote a hearing record citing incorrect neighborhood codes and pass codes. I witnessed her badger and harass other citizens. She is on a massive ego trip and deserves to be fired immediately!

Quite possibly the best run department in all of DC. I don't know what we'd do without Amy, Ida, or Franca!

Nasty staff

The private website you use for the search public documents socks. I did a search on it and actually found the document, I clicked on on of the documents to see if that is what I am looking for, it was not what I was looking for. I tried to go back and click on another document, it kicked me out. I logged in again and did the same search again, and it was giving me documents that has no relation to my search. I rebooted my computer and did the same search, now it is telling me it finds no document that march my search.

My experience with Administrative Law Judge Erika Pierson was ridiculous as she dismissed a case with prejudice because I did not appear for a hearing that the agency never invited me to appear. That is an old lawyer's trick that judges allow them to play on pro se litigants. The lawyer would file a motion to dismiss but never provide the pro se litigant with a copy. The judge then dismisses the case because the respondent did not answer.

It is a shame that our Affrcan-American jurists are playing the same games that were played on us through out history of the judiciary.

The judge has been unfair from the beginning of the process, and was merely seeking a reason to dismiss the case - - one by taking the ease, lazy way out, and two, by punishing me because I have been aggressive.

As a matter of fact the D C Court system never allows me to have a trial either by bench or by jury. The court also denies litigants rights to jury trials by a rule or if it is by statute it should not contradict the Constitution which allows a right to a jury trial

In the meantime, the process will, as it usually protect judges from punishment when they perform wrongful acts.

This case does not deserve one star.
