Terrible service. They will take your complaint and do nothing. They have been to my apartment twice to inspect and my issues still have not been resolved or fixed. Andrew who is the building inspector actually walked out of my apartment after down playing every issue I informed him of. He looked at an outlet which was corroding and told me he doesn’t see anything wrong with it when the outlet has obvious black, burnt marks. He stated he would send a task team to the building due to the number of issues in my apartment and my first floor neighbors and have not heard back from him nor the office. Someone is paying these people off because they are not doing their job and no one is getting reprimanded.

The health department to ask marry license so bad service I have been waiting with my boyfriend for more than 2 weeks and we can’t ever get a call back or an email , every time we try to reach the register they have a different “answer” so bad service !

During a difficult time for my family and I, the nice gentlemen working on this truck waived at my son. It was a hectic morning, quarantined for three months, working full-time from home with a 2 year old...This simple gesture MADE OUR DAY! My son was SO excited and we are so appreciative!

I gave the place 2 stars because the people were very nice, or else it would have been 1 star. The misinformation provided to me is unacceptable for employees of a municipality. I was told things that were not accurate and left shaking my head in disbelief.

Horrible service had to call 3 Times so they can pick up a mattress and they still haven’t picked it up !!!!
