Top City government offices in Lisbon, United States

I posted a review earlier and for some reason it got deleted. Are we as community members not allowed to leave a bad review when it’s well-deserved? I spoke with the main lady at city of Lisbon Hall and she is absolutely rude. I’ve had a few run ins with her where she feels that she’s above the community. There’s been a couple different times where I was told that she would be spoken to about the way that she treats us, but obviously that’s not doing anything. You’re in a position where you’re supposed to care about your community members not belittle them. Hopefully this will get the attention that it deserves this time and things will be corrected. There’s no reason that we should be treated like this and have to deal with it. We’re supposed to be able depend on our city. There’s quite a few others who have had this issue also. Please do better!!

Then I get my “new bill” in the mail. Incorrect amount, incorrect dates. 2nd time this has happened since I’ve lived here because I’ve complained about her. The fact that she keeps getting away with this behavior needs to stop.

I think if I wasn't visiting to pay fines it would have been a lot more pleasant visit
