I used to work here for 10 yrs great staff and supervisor (Carlos iza )

They be having their people checking for permits at 12 am. Even seen them at 1:30 am! Not to mention the individuals that work there are complete garbage/rude.

This place is an absolute joke and not a funny one.

First I had to go to UCPA to fight parking tickets I should have never received. Even though I have a residential parking permit on the window of my car from Weehawken Parking Authority allowing me to park on Palisade Avenue. All because some agents are to lazy to do their job and properly look for a permit or parking sticker.

Second- I called to ask about the hours of street cleaning and was told to go outside and look at the sign 🤯. I'm sorry I thought you worked there since I did call UCPA to ask a question. Useless Useless Useless.

It is insane that I have handicap plates and can not park in the handicap space cause it says Vans only, mean while this 2 handicap parking remain available through out the day……it should be first come first serve if you are handicap you should be able to park there as well and not have to go out of your way looking for parking.

These people are extortionists…they ticketed me and several of my neighbors ON BROKEN OR PAID METERS.Just trying to scam money off the people of Union city to make up for lost revenue over the holidays.

Just got my business permit and everyone is so patient. The transaction was quick! I paid to park but I could’ve parked behind the gate to run in to get my permit without paying. The gentleman in the booth told me behind the gates but I didn’t think about it when I drove up top. The fact that it’s on the roof is wild! Enjoy!

I had a unique parking permit situation and Jaden went above and beyond to help me get the best solution. Such a tiny place making a huge difference. Just picked up “rabie” my male cat of 3-4 years old. Got fixed and all his shots for a unbelievable price.

Not exactly sure who it was but some miserable person picked up the phone with such a attitude this morning. I literally called back just to ask his coworker if he could check him or should I go in person and do so myself.

I understand there's a pandemic but if you open up the pool and you are at capacity and a lot of ppl are leaving why not allow other families in? Today is my only day off and i was turned away as other families were exiting the pool. Way to go UNION CITY!
