Le caissier n'en a rien a faire des clients qui patiente.du coups j'ai déposé mes produits et suis partis a monoprix.je ne suis pas le seul.
Il y a des gens qui aimeraient travailler que ce monsieur cède sa place.

Le client devant moi avais un panier important certe et j'ai attendu mon tour avec patience rassurez vous je travail en grande distribution cependant 12 ans d'expérience ou pas votre caissier a bien pris son temps et même cela fait partis de son travail proposé à ce moment là la carte du magasin au client qui peut faire le nécessaire en ligne...

Je trouve que le manager ou le patron je sais pas c’est qui mais il parle mal à ses collaborateurs quel dommage !!! Dans me souvenir je suis quand meme venue plusieurs fois c’est personne une personne d’origine maghrébine

Une commande avec Uber Eats, je commande 2 pack Heineken 500 ml à 7,32 euros le pack pour arriver à une commande de plus de 18 euros sinon les frais s'envolent pour faire 8 mn en vélo pour la livraison. Je reçois ma commande et SURPRISE, je reçois un seul de pack de 6 pièces à 300 ml pour 8.22 euros ! J'ai pourtant validé ma commande comme d'habitude et là bravo, déjà je paie doublement plus cher pour une seul produit au lieu des deux commandés et des frais de livraison excessifs - sans qu'aucune notification de Carrefour Sprint me soit signifiée ! Bravo l'escroquerie. Le pack de bière 300ml plus chère au litre qu'une bouteille de rhum Damoiseau d'un litre. Plus jamais je commande chez vous, terminé - aucun sens du service ou même de demander son consentement au client en amont pour avoir un produit de remplacement. Autant escrocs qu'Uber Eats. Je vais vous bannir à vie.

I am deeply saddened and concerned by an incident that took place when I visited this store today. I am in Paris for a few days as a tourist and this incident left a sour taste and discourages me from coming back to visit.

I can't believe that a brand like Carrefour endorses such behaviour by their staff and encourages random security checks on brown/black people.

I purchased some items and completed the payment using my card at around 6:40 PM. The lady at the cashier counter where I paid for the items said that they were out of plastic bags, so I placed all of the items in my backpack. After this, I was standing beyond the store's exit, in the corridor of the mall and waiting for my wife who was still inside the store.

My wife called me and said she wanted to purchase a few more items and that she was going to stand in the billing queue again. When she was done billing and paying for the remaining items using her card (around 6:52PM), I went over to the exit to place the items she purchased in my backpack

When I opened my backpack, the cashier peeped inside it and the moment he realised I had groceries in the backpack, he shouted at me in French and asked for a receipt. Fortunately, I had the receipt in my pocket and I showed it to him. He grabbed it and walked off angrily without a word, abandoning all the customers who were waiting to bill their items and handed the receipt over to a man who claimed to be the security. The security guy then comes over and points to my bag asking me to open it and take out everything. I asked him if they can explain in English what is happening but all he kept saying was 'bag'. I then had to open my bag and take out every item and place it on his table. At the end, he just said 'C'est Bon' and neither of them had the courtesy to explain why I was being searched or even acknowledge the fact that I cooperated with them despite being humiliated in public and not being provided with any reason for this search. When I questioned them and tried to take out my phone to use Google translate to communicate, they just walked off.

I would like to understand:

(i) Under what authority can cashiers decide to search me and what is the decision based on? Was there any suspicion of theft? I don't see how they could have even suspected theft since I've never heard of a thief walking out of a store with stolen items and then going back to the store to pick up his wife along with some other items that she paid for in full.

(ii) Why the cashier didn't back off and let me go once I showed him a receipt for groceries from the store that was generated 12 minutes earlier. If he was still suspicious, couldn't he just walk over to his colleague at the next counter and check? What was the need to call security and have me empty my backpack and do a search?

(iii) Is it the brand's policy to treat groceries in a brown man's bag as stolen unless he can prove that they are purchased? What would have happened if I didn't have the receipt?

(iv) Why no one had the courtesy to even explain what was happening and explain why they needed to search my bag- any explanation (even in French) would have been much appreciated.

Someone else in the check-out line mentioned that the security personnel were checking a lot of other people and all of them were people of colour. This is very concerning as it tantamounts to racial profiling. My wife also said that the cashier kept yelling at her in French and kept gesturing at her to stand in a specific spot without moving till she finished paying for the products. We've never seen a cashier be this painful.

All in all, I'm shocked at the sheer stupidity and lack of empathy from the staff at the store. This was an extremely disappointing experience and I hope to never visit the store again.

PS: If I'm reading the invoice correctly, it appears that the cashier person who caused this incident was sitting at counter no. 23 and the one that billed the items I purchased earlier was sitting at counter no. 21.

Clean on most days, including space around it,and safe to shop. Most if not more essential items can be found for your daily activities.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je viens dans ce carrefour. Même si le principe de leurs paniers de fruits et légumes anti gaspi est super, il y a un vrai problème avec les caissiers/caissières. J’ai eu plus de 5 fois un souci de mauvaise monnaie ou d’arnaque en caisse. Quand on paye en liquide il y a des erreur de rendu de monnaie de plus de 4€ et là j’achète des poires on me compte les plus chères au kilo alors que j’ai pris les moins chères… les prix sont déjà exorbitants c’est du vol.

Le personnel du magasin est très sympa

Has everything you need at good prices! I was looking for a box of cereals and I’ve spent 30 minutes trying to find it(maybe because I wasn’t actually paying attention as I was looking to get one can of Monster Energy to get some sugar into my system).
I was happy being able to find everything I needed and got hope with a big smile on my face. LOL

Although they are hard to communicate with them but you will find every thing you need under one roof

Sunday morning shop is a real thrill. Get in, get out, don't get yelled at. Had the honor of being the final customer at the self-checkout 🏆 however I realized once I got home that the last product I picked up was the wrong thing and I only grabbed it in a panic as I was being rushed out.

They carry several harder-to-find vegan products like multiple brands and varieties of cheese but it's kind of hidden and not in the place I would've expected.

Not bad overall, will come back when I've got more time to find all the best organic and vegan products.

A pretty descent supermarket. It has a good selection of alcohol. The selection of cheese and meat is not great in my opinion though

Here we go again with Carrefour City! I will never go there again. The prices are just insane 2 times higher than other supermarkets.

J'y suis resté 30 secondes. J'ai demandé au caissier si le magasin prenait la carte ticket restaurant, et il m'a répondu que non.
Du coup je suis parti au Franprix à 20 mètres plus loin et c'était ok.
Tant pis pour Carrefour, d'autant que je déjeune tous les jours dans le quartier et fais mes courses dans les magasins environnants.

Always a good selection of fruits, meats, wines, and alcohols! However, I'd stay clear of the sushi. I became so sick with food poisoning that I had to go to the emergency room and was hospitalized. The doctors struggled to treat it as well. This is a risk of eating raw meats so I'm unhappy it happened but also still go to this Carrefour. The rest of the store is great and can be easily accessed from multiple doors into the mall during daytime business hours.

Encore une fois je me fais arnaquer par le même magasin! Les articles non reçu via UberEat qui ont été facturés! La première fois le cassier m’a fait payer 13€ pour 200g se pistache! Je vais refaire une réclamation!

Un choix étonnant dans une si petite surface : on y trouve tout ce qui pourrait nous manquer, et surtout, à défaut de proposer 50 marques, ce magasin propose les bonnes marques pour chaque produit. Personnel souriant, aimable et super efficace = sourire et gain de temps ! Merci .

Remplace un magasin bio.
Magasin pas du tout agréable, sans aucune âme.
Caissier sur son téléphone portable, accueil déshumanisé.
Ne peut servir qu'en dépannage.
Le Carrefour du Boulevard de Charonne est 10 fois plus sympa et agréable, et comme je suis à mi-distance entre des deux, le choix est vite fait.
Attention, le quartier est très concurrentiel, entre les supermarchés, les enseignes plus pointues (bio, local), souvent d'ailleurs nous naviguons de l'une à l'autre.
Beaucoup ont disparu avec le temps, et ça se jouait souvent sur l'accueil.

Le caissier a pesé les pistaches 506 g ! Très étonnée je revérifie à la maison et c’est seulement 200g ! Nous avons payé presque 14€ pour 200g de pistaches!!!!!!

Un mini carrefour plutôt bien chargé malgré son environnement petit, un grand merci a Mr notamment celui avec le masque qui m'a rendu ma montre à la dernière minute et qu'il est souriant puis en repassant le soir c'est vraiment une superbe équipe TOP

Bien achalandé mais... les prix !!! L'alimentaire bat tous les records, le fromage, la viande.... J'y suis allé une fois et je y retournerai plus jamais vu les prix pratiqués, qui flirtent avec ceux d'une supérette de nuit.

Une boutique d'alimentation efficace pour les petites courses du soir. Les horaires sont assez larges pour s'adapter aux emplois du temps de travail.
Le point fort : un personnel aux petits soins pour les clients, toujours aimable, avec le sourire et toujours serviables. Un petit commerce de quartier qui mérite sa place et son rayonnement !

Ouvre quand bon leur semble, pas la peine d'affiché des horaires si vous êtes pas capable de les respecter. On imagine le reste...

Le personnel est vraiment sympathique (notamment le jeune homme avec une queue de cheval). Le choix est plutôt varié au regard de la taille du magasin.
Mais mes prix sont un peu élevés.

Essen zum Mitnehmen, Chips, Getränke, alles für's Essen zu Hause oder in der Ferienwohnung. Kurz - ein Laden, in den man sich wünscht, wenn man in einem der supermarchés vor lauter Auswahl nicht mehr das findet was man eigentlich braucht...

Bien agencé, propre, clair et avec des rayons dont les travées pointent vers les caisses et la sortie, ce magasin fait le job et se signale par une équipe efficace (à ce qu'il m'a semblé lors de mes passages). On y trouve le choix et les marques courantes. Pas de rayon à la coupe mais on ne va pas pleurer car ce n'est pas un Carouf géant. C'est bien, quoi.

The store is basic, personnel nog friendly, the refrigerators are leaking and the fruit and veg section had a lot of (over)ripe fruit, and a lot of fruit flies. If you can, go somewhere else.

Decent little supermarket with most daily needs covered.

Store feels a little dirty but since the surrounding streets are the same way, its no real surprise.

Good range of snack foods and solid supplies and a wide variety of alcohol.

Some items like hard liquor, lighters, and latex prophylactics are kept behind the counter so you'll need to have an awkward conversation in rough French to get them.

Just like Tesco. You can buy 6 water bottles for 2 euros or less

Little bit of Quick shopping

I visited Paris for several weeks and found this lovely little supermarche. Could find most things I needed during my stay in Paris but the best aspect of this supermarche is its lovely, friendly staff. Such an assest to the supermarche in busy Paris.

I stayed at a nearby hotel. Looking for baby foods everywhere nearby and luckily found this place. All grocery items are in a reasonable price.

Found everything I needed.
