I found the best thing about this store to be its 24/7 supermarket feature! I stocked up on water, juice, and fruits there. Plus, it's right inside the Doha Souq Mall, which was super close to my hotel! #convenienceiskey

The fruits and veggies are fresh, and they have a lot of Indian veggies too.

The shop is clean and well-organized, and the prices are fair.

Parking might be a little tough.

They are my go-to place to do my grocery, really. I think the best time to visit is first thing in the morning as there are few people around. You'll be able to get first pick for the day in the wet market and have them clean and get them back fast since the queue is shorter. Recently, they have renovated the place, and the space really made the difference. In my last visit, I tried going by taking the metro, and it was really convenient that the bus stop of metrolink was just across the shop. Better avoid going late in the afternoon during weekends because they get crowded.

I’ve been experiencing every week a long que and no one will assist or post any awareness during transitions and The Manager on duty was doing nothing to avoid any customer walk out. Please improve your service. I believe your transitioning is start from 12midnight or am, I am not sure but make some actions to this so that the customer have awareness during this time.

Nice service but sometimes, not enough staff to the casher area, only 1 so we keep waiting in the long line and in the canteen section, sometimes no person looking out so I cannot order my favorite bread and cakes.

The place is nice and tidy.
And the view is excellent.
Prices are reasonable compared to other stores.

I always go to shop in this Mart. But recently I purchased an Hair clipper machine with some other items, I requested from the counter if they can test the machine to confirm if working properly, I was told not to worry I can keep the receipt incase of anything I should claim with it. Unfortunately after charging it for couple of hours, I tried to use it but not working as expected more so the power was off ,tried again to charge later but the same issue, I even changed the other shaving operators but it never worked. However I went back to family mart to express my encounter but all in vain. The guy in customer service was not professional at all. He instead blame me to have used the machine, for not charging it as expected, falsely denied that I should take it back without even getting me a solution. I requested him to charge it by himself and waited for over 8 mins, later he tried to see if its operational but after sometime it was off. He started arguing and forced me to take the machine back. But to avoid the unfortunate incident I surrendered the machine and worked out not even tried to convince me or get someone to check into it. I FELT SO BAD 👎 the guy not handling a customer issue and accepting to take back the machine without any compensation. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE IN THIS FAMILY MART.

Good everything available reasonable prices.. not much expensive... shopping for families much suitable... clean place... nice staff... i love the meat stall here availae varities of tastes and all kjnds of meat prepared for bbq.. beach party this place is awesome

One of the chain of retail mart in Doha, Available variety of fresh vegetables and fruits Meat and seafood and all other grocery items with reasonable price,parking is difficult at the peak hours.
