We went in for lunch. The waiter was very kind and attentive. The portions were tasty but huge, we ate exactly half of what we ordered, and the waiter, without waiting for our request, brought a package for us to take the rest home. At first we did not like the source of smoke on one of the tables, but it turned out that the smoke scares away wasps that would otherwise pester customers. We liked everything, thank you.

We rolled into here exhausted after an overseas flight that had big delays, and then our nearby car-rental cancelled. It was still morning, and our kids picked this Turkish restaurant as we were walking by. They let us know all they had ready was soup. The service was not very friendly but the soup was so amazing, with fresh bread - it was actually the perfect meal to recover from some bad travel experiences. Thank you!
A lovely fillet steak, recommended medium which I don't usually get back home (Scotland) but it suited the cut
Visiting the Frankfurt area. Central Grill is down the street from our hotel. The food was excellent. They had a huge variety of options. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is charming. Highly recommend.

Mouse flavored kebab! When eating, it is better to keep your feet up for fear of mouse that are parading all the time! I do not recommend at all and I will not go.
Slight walk away from all the hotels. The still walking distance from the JW Marriot. t one of the best Turkish places I've been to. Just wonderful and massive portions

Ich komme hier eigentlich schon oft auch nur wegen der Tantuni weil in Frankfurt nicht so viele Orte anbieten. Als ich angerufen hab, um Essen zum mitnehmen zu bestellen, habe ich am Telefon gesagt, dass ich in halber Stunde kommen werde, kam 40 Minuten später an. Mein Essen war schon gemacht, aber dagegen auch sehr eiskalt als ich denen gesagt habe, dass das Essen kalt ist, hat weder die Kellnerin oder der Kassierer an der Kasse nicht drauf reagiert. Als ich zahlen wollte, habe ich den Kassierer gesagt, dass er mir den Verpackung von meinem Lachmacun auswechseln soll weil dies klatschnass war wahrscheinlich auch, weil das Essen 30 Minuten auf mich gewartet hat. Wirklich enttäuscht

Terrible grilled meat! It’s actually not even grilled, it’s just fried on a metal plate. Grilled involves fire! For €20 per grilled plate, it’s quite a rip off! Very disappointing! We did a delivery and once we contacted the restaurant about it, the restaurant was very rude in its feedback. I really don’t understand good reviews! Maybe they all refer to doner. But I’d stay away from this place!
We had a nice open buffet breakfast. A place where unlimited eating and drinking is allowed without any time limit. I think the options were sufficient, they could be improved a little more. The price was not exaggerated. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Kein "Dönerladen", sondern ein türkisches Restaurant leider seit Corona etwas zu teuer. Die Spezialität ist der echte Holzkohlegrill, auf dem das Fleisch gebraten wird & so echtes Raucharoma bekommt. Daher besser Grillteller bestellen, als Döner oder Pide usw.
Schönes,sehr gepflegtes Lokal mit offenem Grill. Ich hab mir dort einen Dönerteller mit Reis zum mitnehmen bestellt. Als ich gesehen habe wie liebevoll die Speisen dort auf dem Teller arrangiert werden, hab ich mich fast schon geärgert. Aber diese Liebe zum Essen reißt auch bei to go nicht ab. Salat&Sauce(Sauce satt❤️) extra verpackt,Fladenbrot noch oben drauf. Das Fleisch war so lecker,dass ich die genauso leckere Sauce kaum gebraucht habe.
Preislich etwas gehoben (13,50) aber das hat sich auch sowas von gelohnt.

Billigste Döner, Brot nicht durch, Fleisch nicht durch.
Zudem Fleischstücke drinne die größer als eine Hühnchenbrust ist.
In Frankfurt schon viele Döner gegessen, hab nochnie einen stehen lassen bis auf diesen.

I ordered for lamb barbecue and chicken with mushroom sausage both the dishes was good
1.Lamb was cooked perfect meat was soft and tender taste was really amazing along with this they served small portion of rice that was outstanding never tried rice with flavour

The food was great. I am really satisfied. I ordered a chicken kebab. The meat was so tender and those smoked flavour delicious. And the people there are also very kind.
Ein wirklich netter Dönerladen! Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr heimlich und beim Warten auf meine Dönerbox wurde mir ein warmer Tee spendiert. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und das Fleisch lecker gewürzt.

We had a night out in Frankfurt to see the history of the area. Had a couple of drinks and we came across this kebab. The lads working in there are superb super friendly. Very welcoming and made sure our food was to a good standard. Their portion size is generous and good value for the money.
Very nice location on the corner. Lots of nice pictures for the menu and wonderful kitchen area. Ordered several items and enjoyed the food. The whole visit was ruined when we noticed the lady server charged us for items we had not ordered. When I tried to discuss this with her she only responded no English and smiled. Make SURE TO CHECK YOUR BILL before paying. As you won't get the proper credit. I say keep on walking as there are multiple restraunts in this area for the same menu options.
I was there for brekfast. Breakfast plate was very ordinary and condisted of cheap, packaged products (i.e. jam, honey, nutella). Chesse was also ordinary. But what made me giving one star is, the vegetable leaves were not washed and full of sand. The moment I started cheewing, I realized that my mounth is full of sand. I had to spit everything and wash my mounth in the wc. When I told this to the waiter, he said the lettuce leaves were on the table for decoration and not for eating! After I replied that this is unacceptable, he shouted into the kitchen, "hey, either wash the vegetables or not place them on the plate!" We left the restaurant without finishing the plate. I asked the waiter if we should pay the full price, he answered, "unfortunately, this is nothing to do with me. I am still shocked. Sorry. I will never go there again.
Suppe (Ezogelin), Hähnchenspieß mit Pommes und Salat waren sehr gut 👍🏽. Große Portionen. Preise verhältnismäßig hoch, aber fair. Schneller Service. Einfach essen und gehen, weil das Ambiente sehr nach Schnellrestaurant aussieht.
Looked good from outside. Ends there. Not allowed breakfast so had a burger. Was cold. My Mrs had one. Cold and an extra hair. Robot waiter was better than humans.
Paid and she walked off saying bye still owing 9e change. Out of principle we asked for change back as didnt Warrent a 9e tip. Tip is, work smarter. Moved people to tables because. They didn't want to clean other tables. Would suggest it. Left meals. A coke and cold latte with 2 cold burgers 41e.

Big building and much people around. I like it. But be careful with Thief and rubbing.
Nice place with a beautiful terrace outlook the mall surrounding. The decoration is super nice, and they also have a market inside. Seating is amazing well takin care off depends of your objective of food or drinks and coffee. I was disappointed with the food , didn't like the vine leaves at all, nor the kebab , doesn't taste good. The service was good and the staff were nice.
Nice restaurant for breakfast and not only. Very wide menu for every time frame, tasty food, friendly service, elegant environment, robot delivery, good prices. Definitely recommended.

Had breakfast this morning. They have really lifted their game since I had last been there. The service was quick and friendly, the food was very fresh with generous portions. They lose one star due to many people smoking nearby (sorry, I hate smoking where food is served). All in all, great work on tasty fresh food, quite cheap pricing for portion size.
Food options are very wide and everything was tasty (though this was expected considering the price). Unfortunately, one of the plates took 45 minutes from order to table, though we were offered a coffee on the house for the inconvenience. Overall, a good place.
This place is worth it. I couldn’t tell you the name of what I ordered, but it was the best meal I’ve had in Germany. Thinly sliced roasted meat over basmati rice next to an assortment of fresh and pickled vegetables and incredibly soft fresh bread. The one order was probably enough for two. Good service from a friendly staff in a very clean restaurant motivated me to stick around and try to let everyone know this is a solid option anytime.

Big Chefs at the Zeil is centrally located. Loved the bread and the sides. The restaurant looks amazing. A 3 star because my friend ordered salad and when she mentioned to the staff, they said no.. the salad was fresh. Didn’t offer alternatives or listen. Unfortunately the service and the fact that the salad was not good made the experience bad. All in all, prime location . The drinks were good.
This restaurant was busy. Waited a while to get a seat. When we got to order food, most of the items on the menu was un-available. We ordered what was available. The dishes looked good. The steak was ok. The chips were good. The chicken skewers were not that tasty and the rest of the things was very bland. The steak bowl was not good either. The meatballs was okay. The baked potatoes was very tasty. The Oreo shake and iced tea was good. Overall not a good experience for the price.
This was a fantastic meal for our whole family! The service was great, the food tasted absolutely wonderful. The plates were beautifully presented and did I mention how good it was? The ayran deserves special mention, as it was easily the best I've ever had - and I lived in Turkey!

I am visiting from America and we loved Frankfurt. My family and I had an AMAZING lunch at BIGCHEFS restaurant inside the mall in downtown Frankfurt. WOW! The service is THE BEST. Serhat, the manager was truly EXCEPTIONAL and he welcomed us with open arms and we felt right at home. He is doing a super wonderful job running this restaurant. Our server, Mohammad and all the team truly cared and took great care of us. The food was just INCREDIBLE with all the appetizers and main dishes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for a truly great food, beautiful views and one of the best service in Frankfurt.
not sure what exactly I ordered but I got the doner box and it was only kebab meat. Most welcome surprise. Food was great, eat here if you’re hungry
It is one of the best place we had food and loved the restaurant and especially Ersin and Ghodrat the floor hosts was the best server with care and kindness . I would recommend this place highly .
Stopped by on a Saturday there was no wait so we were seated quickly. The staff was friendly. The restaurant has a cool concept with ordering an payment by app on your phone. Also the robot that delivers drinks/food is cool but it’s not used for every table. I really enjoyed the melon coconut tea. The food was typical chain restaurant food, and tasted ok. I enjoyed the view and the concept more than anything.
Das Essen würde fünf Sterne bekommen, denn es schmeckte mir wirklich gut. Beim zweiten Besuch rutschte dem Kellner ein voller Becher Soße aus und landete auf meiner gesamten Kleidung. Da ich nur eine Nacht DIENSTLICH in der Stadt war, hatte ich zwar ein neues Oberteil, aber keine zweite Hose dabei. Da es abends war, konnte ich nichts machen, ich musste am nächsten Tag mit komplett verdreckten Hosen zum geschäftlichen Termin. Unfassbar ist aber das Ende vom Lied: nicht einmal mein Essen ging aufs Haus sondern ich musste alles voll bezahlen!

The Saray Restaurant & Cafe is a Turkish restaurant that offers Turkish specialties as well as other international dishes such as pizza and the like. It is located on the northern edge of the "Am Wendelsgarten" square in Bonames in the north of Frankfurt am Main. The food, especially the doner kebab, tastes excellent and is all freshly prepared, which is of course normal for a doner kebab. The staff are very friendly and courteous! In addition to the usual offerings, there is also an unlimited breakfast buffet at weekends and on public holidays. Accessible by public transport with the U2 and U9 "Bonames Mitte" stop and a two-minute walk. There is only limited parking available for cars. Highly recommended!

Heute hier Essen bestellt. Ich bestelle hier sehr oft Essen. Alleine zu Coronazeit bestimmt 30 mal hier bestellt. Mehrfach habe ich nun erlebt, dass man verbranntes Fleisch geliefert hat. Ich habe oft am Telefon darum gebeten nicht verkohltes Fleisch zu liefern. Aber siehe da heute wieder ungenießbares Essen geliefert ( sieht sogar bei Lamm so aus als ob da jemand ein Stück abgebissen hat! Hat es Gast Nr.1 wohl im Laden nicht geschmeckt??) Döner war noch in Ordnung. Aber hier werde ich nie wieder bestellen. Bei diese Preisen so ein Essen zu bekommen ist eine Unverschämtheit.
Not a bad Döner here. Friendly staff and quick service. Shady part of town, but this is a well kept establishment. Yes, it is city centre prices, but it is still fair for what you get.
They were the worst restaurant with bad staff service .. I had to ask after I pay by card they refused me .. they just said Cash .. I had no Cash with me and only have my card and usd dollars they .. I asked if they accept dollars ..they want to trick me that a kebab roll costs 20 dollars and if i want to order from the menu it costs me extra 20 dollars .. i asked the staff why he say it is business he wants to switch from his pocket black deal very unpleasant experience! they need to step up .. poor treatment of staff I do not recommend anyone to visit them

Food was amazing, we ordered the boat of 279€, it had plenty of different meats and chicken, combined with fries, rice and salads, we couldn't even finish it to be honest. The eight of us had a good experience here, the only thing we didn't like is the waitress asking for a tip, we were shocked honestly, we had already paid extra money but she was asking for more that we have planned...I mean, in the end the spend more than 350€+
Huge lamachun, fully packed. Very satisfying! The garlic and spicey sauce were delicious. The rice pudding, the heetnice ever tried. Very fast and friendly delivery service 👍🏼

Variety of menu and LOTS of desserts! It’s also good to throw a party since it’s so spacious. Outdoor tables are there even in winter and the vibe is cool.

good variety of food, everything not so fresh, by the way you have so many options that you can’t even try it all. I prefer quality to quantity, so only 3 stars. The breakfast buffet costs 14.90 P.p and tea is included in the price.
I have a Doner box 5e which is an acceptable price but it is a little salty for me.

What a great kebab shop. Fantastic tasting food and very friendly service. The Donner was done perfectly and promptly.

It was one the best kebabs I have had. The meet was slightly on the higher side for salt. Coffee was not exceptional but good. The amount of food was good and satiating for a person, maybe a little more for one person to handle.
Excellent Turkish food in the heart of the city. Ordered the mixed platter which consist of beef, lamb chops and chicken. Owner and waiters were friendly and would recommend dishes to you if you are not familiar with the menu. Would definitely visit again!
