My love for Turkish cuisine took me to Sultan Ahmet. This is my third Turkish restaurant in Mississauga, and it was a fine discovery 😋. Their menu is extensive with different mix grilled platters to share among varied group sizes. The individual plates are reasonably priced - ordered the beef and chicken adana kebabs along with kofte.
The meat was juicy, succulent, and not leaving a dry aftertaste. I like the fact that their individual platters come with burgul rice, salad, and fries (all three), something that I haven't seen at other Turkish restaurants.
The open seating concept was something new that I found to be very lively!
Staff was super polite and offered some great recommendations when we told them we're trying the place for the first time.
Great customer service and good food are all that make the place worth the visit 👌

Korhan was an amazing server he went out of his way to share details about the cuisine and his service was excellent. My Mom and I loved everything we ordered. It's my new favorite Turkish restaurant in Mississauga. I loved everything the food, the quick and friendly service and the ambiance.
The food was excellent, the service was great. We got the platter for 5 and had absolutely no complaints. All the meats were cooked perfectly, and we were surprised how fast the platter came out. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Hands down the best breakfast I’ve had in Canada! We ordered breakfast for two which itself was a whole feast that three to four people could easily eat! Every item was freshly made and delicious. I will be coming back again soon! Highly recommend this gem!
Good food, a great ambience and pleasant staff makes for a wonderful dining experience. Agha had all of these. It was a pleasure dining here. It was a bustling and busy place, especially given that it was a Saturday, yet we did not have to wait long to be seated or to be served. The food was excellent, and our host was gracious enough to offer suggestions on what to order when we were unsure of ourselves. This place is worth visiting again.
Weekend night it was really crowded, we had a booking even though had to wait for 20 min. The staff were really cordial, order plenty of foods and enjoyed till the end. I would highly recommend this place for middle eastern food. The complementary Birthday greetings for my son was amazing.
This is one of the only shawarma restaurants that still have the beef on the spinner. The service is great and food always taste very very good. Which is why I give this place a 5 start :)
What a phenomenal place to grab dinner with friends or family! The quality of ingredients used here was super high and it really did remind me of the food and authentic flavors that I ate in Istanbul. The decor here is stunning as I enjoyed seeing the colorful chairs. The customer service is also exceptional as the servers made solid recommendations. The price is a bit on the high side so I do recommend coming here for special dinners or a special occasion. I tried out the platter for two and it was massive ! It came with sultan kabob, chicken pieces, rice and salad. I also had the mixed appetizer and that was also super good!
Such a great restaurant and has an authentic taste / vibe. We got the grill platter which has a bit of everything on it to try, so delicious! Seasoned just right and has that grilled, fresh taste. Dessert was lovely with a cup of Turkish tea. Customer service was excellent both times I’ve been here. Highly recommended and will be back again soon!
Came with my friends, restaurant is very nice. Customer service is excellent, our server was very nice and at the end of our meal gave us a complementary tea.
We came for lunch and we tried different dishes all of the dishes had great flavour, salad was not my favourite but it was ok.
It was not busy when we came but they had lots of tables so I guess it can get very busy.

Astonishing flavor! Very juicy and the size of the sandwich is big & heavy, it is enough for two people. The veal doner is Very worth it!
We had a fantastic dining experience here. From the appetizers through the main course and onto dessert, every dish was a delightful culinary journey. The flavors were exquisite, and each bite was a treat for the taste buds. The service provided by the staff was attentive and added to our overall enjoyment. We're looking forward to returning for another exceptional meal.
I had the most delightful experience at Agha Turkish restaurant in Mississauga! I drove all the way from North York, Toronto, to be there, and it was worth it. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a charming ambiance that transported me straight to Turkey. The menu is a true delight, offering a wide array of authentic Turkish dishes that cater to every palate. The kebabs I ordered were perfectly grilled to perfection, tender, and burrich spices. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, showcasing the attention to detail that the chefs put into each plate.

This place is one of the best Shawarmah places in Mississauga downtown core. Amazing food, very delicious and filling (very generous portion), the taste was amazing, and the service top notch. Only those who understand what Shawarmah and doner tastes like will understand the quality of this joint. They also offer kebabs and Iskandar and Adana kebab. I loved the place from food to service and atmosphere. Good job, Mr. Zagros, you made my experience worthy. On top of all the prices are way much better than any other Shawarmah and all the menu very affordable.

We had Iskender and Beyti kebabs, and we were truly impressed. The meat had an amazing flavor that stood out. The appetizers and bread served beforehand were delightful and set a great tone for the meal. The service was good and made our experience even better. Also, the prices were quite reasonable. we had a fantastic dining experience and would definitely recommend it.
Food is great, everything is fresh. Service is also top notch. For some reason there is no tap water so buying a drink is almost mandatory. Just about the only caveat. Some sound dampening on the walls would be nice
Were in the area and was dinner time, so did google search for Mediterranean foods and found this restaurant with higher rating from many people…Very friendly, clean and traditional music who goes well with food without knowing the Turkish language. Food amazing taste and plenty leftovers to take home for your work lunch and looks/taste home made, service 5 star. Recommend to give them a chance to prove it and your self a new culture culinarily experience . Thank you for opportunity we had at your restaurant. Oh one more thing, don’t leave without trying baklava and amazing ice cream 👍
I've tried a number of Turkish cuisines in Toronto and this one was by far the best one yet. The food was very tasty and fresh. The service was very friendly. Their location is a bit remote and not very accessible but it's a nice spot. The prices are on the higher end but the portions are mostly generous. Their bread is included with some dished but they charge for extra bread.
Bonus tip : Make sure to try the dip platter and order it with the main dishes and elevate the flavor!

This food was amazing! The service is incredible- helpful staff, extremely kind. They really care about their customers. The food came quickly, appetizers of bread and 2 dips was delicious. The platter we got was cooked to perfection and the fahm (charcoal) taste was amazing, and had a bit of everything. I’d come back here in a heartbeat- and try other menu items! ☺️
Wonderful hospitality, didn't have to wait very long for a table or the food. We started with the dip tray and their bread was fluffy and plentiful! Along came the Sucuk Pide, which was also very tasty, then Adana kebab with bulgur rice for those who appreciated a kick to their meal. It took a couple of moments for the Urfa Kebab, but wasn't any different than the Adana plate, it was just milder in spices. Nevertheless the experience was great and so was the service. Will drop by again!
Food was bland. Portion size is meeehh. Not worth $20 for a chicken shawarma platter. No dressing for the salad. Garlic sauce is bland and watery. Osmows is up the street. Save the dissapointment and go there. Too bad. Won't be back
I have found my new Turkish place! This was absolutely delicious! We ordered the platter between the 3 people it was just right and some leftovers.
Water is something you have to pay, or try to bring your own! I think they should offer water to their customers as I would love to come back and eat more of their delicious food.

Great food and some amazing options in the menu, definitely one of the best Turkish food I have tried. Portions size were very generous. The restaurant was busy and bustling with people. Felt like being in a tourist destination with all the people and fast moving servers. We sat at the patio and it was beautiful. The food came considerably faster than we anticipated give that it was very busy. Overall a solid 5 out of 5 for food, hospitality and ambiance.
The food here is delicious and the quantities are generous. The main thing we ordered was the Turkish Special Mix which says it’s for two but probably enough for 3-4 people. There’s a good variety of all different kinds of meats and I highly recommend it. I also enjoyed the mixed pide. It tasted great when it was hot. Everything is halal and the service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and attentive. There’s a bathroom downstairs which was clean.
Entered the establishment with my significant other and our best friend to a WHIP of hot air! Immediately started to sweat! Me and significant other mixed shawarma poutine. Mines had garlic sauce, cucumbers and tomatoes. Significant other had just garlic sauce with the poutine for $12.99 plus tax, each. The food was great but I didn't like that the cashier didn't ask if there's a specific size we wanted they just put it straight into take out containers which were really small for $12.99 plus tax. Our best friend ordered a chicken shawarma wrap with tahina, garlic sauce, onions and pickles. An 8 inch very slim wrap for $12.99 plus tax as well. (My friend didn't ask for a slim wrap it was sadly made like that) Dining area was not bad, clean tables but very difficult napkin holders to take the napkins out of. Besides no music or tv to watch it was an okay experience.
I ordered chicken shawarma with hummus topping don’t know about all photos posted in google map, but this is what I got. No sauce, no veggies, just chicken, hardly you can swallow it!
Honestly I can confirm this restaurant to be one of the best Turkish restaurants in town that actually serves fresh tasty food along with an amazingly well trained and well mannered staff members. I’ve been to quite many other Turkish restaurants either food or service was terrible but here at Istanbul Kebab House I’ve never been disappointed. They give even extra special treatments to seniors and children. I do take out dine ins and I bring my entire family here. Thank you guys and I highly recommend this place 10 ⭐️
Amazing find! Food is amazing and very authentic - grilled meat was so tender, juicy, cooked perfectly and tasty. Best hummus and moutabal I've had to date. The bread was fluffy yet chewy, my daughter couldn't stop eating it even when she was full 😄Great portions and atmosphere/decor with top notch service! We'll be back for sure👍
Loved the food experience at Istanbul Kebab House. The flavours reminded us of our meals in Istanbul at Sultan Ahmet! The portions are large and flavourful. Every item from doners to chicken wings were fab. Don’t miss the Turkish tea and Milk cake desert to top it off. Must go for a Turkish Food Fiesta at great prices. Super fast service and helpful crew.
Our server Grv was amazing. He is kind, knowledgeable and very polite. Food was great and fair price. All and all I definitely recommend coming and trying all the delicious food . Love turkey ❤️

Great Turkish food and great service at good prices at Istanbul Kebab House. The cacik was delicious and the bbq chicken was juicy and flavourful. The cheese pide is a must have. The service was fast and helpful too. They gave us extra garlic dip and hot sauce as well which went well with everything.
The only opportunity for improvement is the bread as it was a little starchy and rubbery. It might have needed some more time in the oven.

Absolutely incredible!!! The portions are generous and food tastes home made, amazing authentic flavours. The menu is so extensive it was hard to choose so we went with the platter for 2 pictured and some appetizers. Great decor and vibe too. The service was decent because they’re super busy but nothing to complain about. Will definitely come back!
I wish if there’s option to give them more than 5 stars, everything is perfect and the food is delicious.

Menu looks great. We ordered the mix platter for two and one of the mixed backed flatbreads. There was a hiccup with our order and got missed by the kitchen...... Thankfully they caught it and they made up for it but bringing us a mix dish of dips with bread.
Then after a bit our food showed up as well.
Everything was delicious and flavorful. And nothing was overcooked which is my pet peeve. I will let the pictures do the talking regarding the food but the flavors were spot on.

Great addition of Turkish food 🥘 in GTA, after listening great 👍 feedback from friends circle ⭕️ finally visited for dinner. It food 🥘 was delicious 🤤 get protein though chicken 🍗, beef 🥩, mutton carbohydrates through pita 🫓, naan 🫓, rice 🍚 and definitely fats as having some oil applied & through delicious 😋 sweet dish but acceptable in a cheat day 👍!

First time trying Turkish food and I am a fan! They give you a huge piece of fresh bread with yogurt and their own sauce/chutney while you wait for your food. The food itself was cooked to perfection. Meat was perfectly tender and the fat soaked bread took me for a trip to heaven. Each food item was better than the first. Service was great, food came very quickly and the ambiance was very cozy and home like. These guys know what they are doing, definitely coming here again.
Delicious, quick & friendly. I grabbed a chicken doner wrap, it was quite large (good value). Absolutely love that they mix all the ingredients in a bowl before putting wrap together... Ensures every bite includes all the ingredient-flavours.
Amazing food and the staff are all so nice and polite. Bushra is the best, she was accommodating to our requests and always makes sure we're taken cared of. I've been to the other branches and this location by far has the best flavor. We can't wait to go back!
