Good place to get Korean food and items. Parking can be a bit of a pain but worth it to visit. Think of this as Korean Mall if you are still curious about what it's like being here.

This owner has blatant disregard for elderly customers. When we went to the store, there were zero customers. Our father politely asked how he was doing and he stared back blankly.
Check item prices before buying. Sticker prices are not always transparent.
While checking out, he says, "you can put them.."...implying we could bag the groceries ourselves (when in fact, we had already started bagging by ourselves).
Such an unpleasant experience with this idiot at this store.

This market is another Korean Supermarket that has a mix of Korean and Western grocieries.Like many other major Asian supermarket chains, this one also has Live seafood and meat. The prices here are pretty good as well compared to some of their competitors. They have an nice variety of ready made Korean foods as well.

Shopowner/ customer representative seems kinda grumpy. Stock inside the store is alright. We stopped by for a quick visit but the non smiling customer facing representative gave off bad vibes, it kind of ruins the experience

Anything you want in Korean food, they have them. Fresh vegetables and fruits , marinated beef and pork, seafood, sashimi , pre-made side dishes, etc. Great place to shop for everything you need. Even parking seems safer than other places, lower level for Galleria market.

The largest Chinese medicine store in Chinatown. If you are a tourist, this is the destination to shop for gifts such as tea and
American ginseng, vitamin,snacks... In general, everything is available in this place, reasonably priced

This place is huge and free parking. The market is at the ground level and plenty of fresh produce and Korean products.
I wanna be fair. The store is very clean and almost all Persian style food is available here. But the prices are higher than normal. The customer service here is not perfect. And, not all items have price tags, which is odd.

This store has gone downhill. Products are no longer good and the employees/owners are unnecessarily rude. Not to mention I've seen the employees who work behind the "fresh/hot food" counter wipe their hands on their faces/noses twice now, and they don't wear gloves. Really unhygienic. Don't waste your money here!

They are genuinely thieves. I asked how much a product cost per pound and he said $15.99. I asked for half a pound and it cost $11.99 I think it’s the worst thing a business could do by a huge margin. Awful awful awful dirty scummy business

Hands down, best Persian market in LA.
Rare finds, best quality meats and fruits and super friendly people. Been shopping here for decades,

If your car is a FIAT 500, then you'll have no trouble. If not, then pray your care does not get dinged while parked - it's that cramped. Also, other then the SUEHIRO mini restaurant, economic downturn seems to be the order of the day there.

None of the three Persian supermarkets in this neighborhood are perfect, but unfortunately, this one is the worst. The prices are expensive, the employees are very rude, especially the female cashier, and they don't accept credit cards for purchases under $10.

My go to grocery store. Veggies are fresh. Kimchi off the shelf tastes like home made. I get my meat here and often times have a manager’s special. Well stocked of Korean goods. Plenty of vendors like Cake House and merchandise stores. There’s a cool food court too, authentic K stuff.

This store has employees who are super rude and low quality groceries that are much more expensive than other places. Try to avoid the place and if you can’t then check the expiration dates and your receipt for over charging and double charging of your groceries.

I have been buying fava beans, sangak, ingredients for jallab and Persian tea, and other items you can't find at chain groceries from here for 2 years. Reza (I think this is how you spell it) is a good man. I don't usually buy produce here because of the price and sometimes the freshness, but you can find everything you need for most Persian and Arabic cooking. A lot of the low reviews here seem to be from people who are trying to shop for American food here which doesn't make any sense, don't listen to them.

Good store with Asian medicinal herbs and straight up candy like mochi. Despite the clutter everything is well organized. Tea from China is available as well as sugar. The staff is quick to help and friendly. You get confused ask them.
I have been searching for Dhall powder(paruppu podi) all over Los Angeles in over 20 stores, but this was the only Indian grocery which had it. The store has all indian items. The owner is very kind and also gets you any specific item within a week if it is sometimes unavailable.
Far East Center is a large store in Los Angeles, Chinatown that offers a variety of herbs, teas, dietary supplements and traditional medicinals oils and ointments. Along one side are a large selection of oils and ointments, then further back are herbs and teas. Elsewhere in the store is a selection of ginseng and ginger as well as Asian dietary supplements. The staff is friendly and happy to help. Pricing is reasonable.

Well, the Far East Center is located in China Town near D.T. Los Angeles. When you think of the classic Chinese Pharmacy with all those herbs and potions, well that's exactly what this wonderful place reminded me of. Great service and very helpful attendants.

Far East Center Market has a wide variety of teas, from loose tea to bag or bulk varieties. The prices are very good compared to other super markets.

I often get chrysanthemum tea with honey, and ginger tea with honey and lemon as my to go teas.

They also have a wide variety of coffees as well, mostly from Asian countries if you are into that type of coffees.

As previous reviews have mentioned they offer a variety of herbal medicines and natural supplements. And if you are not familiar with the products you can always ask the staff for help with herbal remedies.

There is no dedicated parking so find street parking.

Great place for tea. While their selection is smaller than wing hop fung they carry quality tea at reasonable prices. It is well worth taking the train downtown to shop there.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I am always greeted with a smile.
