I've been to this place many times, the community people try and work hard. None of the foods are expired (Ignore bad reviews) and if your parents didn't teach you how to spot rotten food, I can't blame the employees cause they have thousands of items. I always found cheap items compared to metro or Nofrills. Not everyone and everything is perfect but at least they try and have a nice attitude at the counter.

Aunties who work here are nice, but 90% of the time, the food you buy is expired. Can't even begin to tell you how many times I've bought food from here only to find it be rotten or past expiry. Buying fruits and vegetables here is always a gamble. There are bugs visible in the dessert case crawling on the sweets. This place wasn't that bad a few years ago. It's gone downhill incredibly fast.
Lovely place. Got all my necessary bangladeshi products.

So many reviews about rotten food yet they don’t change ever. Bought some kothbels and they were all rotten.

Be careful before paying and check the prices before and after the tax l. first time they charged me extra amount for the coffee and second time they charged me triple tax amount, I argued and he fixed it. Lots of people won't pay attention though. It's a shame they called themselves muslims and do that.

Just bought 4 Bangladeshi fruit named Cothbel and 3 of them are rotten. I think they don’t throw anything and wait that people would buy after a while. That I did and honestly not happy at all

Everytime I go to Danforth and Victoria area, I always pass by to this market. I like the green leafy vegetables (spinach and taro leaves) they are selling.
Good pricing too. The store has more Indian goods which is not so much difference from Filipino goods.
Good grocery store for Indian and Bangladeshi items. It has Indian fishes and meat options and nice and fresh vegetables as well.
The store comparatively bigger and spacious than other indian grocery stores.
Good store for shopping Indian and Bengali groceries and fish and meat.
We got Rohu fish, chicken and few Indian vegetables. The mutton didn't look great.

For fish he cut the pieces in Bengali style and smaller size what exactly we wanted.

The place is quite small and a lot of grocery and vegetables options. For grocery, we didn't find many Indian brands.

The place has everything you would need for grocery, specially south asian items. It is small and a little unorganized but once you get used to it, you can locate anything. The people who works there are super nice. The prices, i think, are fair since they don’t charge taxes it might seem higher but it’s really the average market price. There meat selection is very diverse, only place in the neighbourhood that has separated grocery and meat section quite nicely and offers various cuts and types of meat. From sweets to chips to fruits & vegetables to milk & eggs to meat and masalas; this is quite a one stop shop.

Excellent customer service and all fresh vegetables and fresh meat. Bangladeshi vegetables, spices & frozen fish that are in reasonable price. I recommend everyone to visit the place, for sure you will have a big smile.
Marhaba super market is one of the popular supermarkets in Danforth Avenue in Toronto. They have huge stock of fish, meat, Desh and frozen vegetables, bakery items, other groceries like rice, pulses, spices, cooking oils, etc. plus sweets. This is very popular among Bangladeshi communities living there.
Marhaba is a good place to find a wide variety of Asian groceries in Toronto. They have a large selection of fresh produce, meat, seafood, and prepared foods, as well as a wide variety of dry goods and snacks.

I especially like for fresh deshi vegetables and some items that are difficult to find at other grocery stores. They also have a good selection of halal meats.

Here are some specific things that I like about Marhaba Supermarket:

Wide variety of fresh produce, meat, seafood, and prepared foods
Large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, including many items that are difficult to find at other grocery stores.
Good selection of halal meats.

I would recommend Marhaba to anyone looking for Asian groceries.
