Megastore has a wide variety of products and fresh produce including fruit and veg and their very own butcher shop with fresh meat. They have very good customer service and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They always have in-season fruits that you don’t find locally such as Ramputan and Mangosteen. The shop itself has a great atmosphere and is extremely clean and organised always stocked with things you didn’t even know you needed!

Most of the Indian groceries available here. A bit expensive....but worth it for authentic foods.

really dirty meat in this shop i took 2kg of mutton boneless from vaniyan and i saw meat was look like black i ask them is it new they said yes but when i brought to my home there are to much worms in the meat i through all of my meat in bin worst shop i have ever visit bad experience.

Really good store for south asian groceries, wide selection. Staff was very helpful. So happy to see items like dosa batter, bru coffee, masala oats, etc

The place offers so many Asian products and you’ll get a free drink once you pass the minimum purchase amount.

Good place to get Indian groceries and sri lankan groceries. A variety of spicy snacks are also available here apart from asian vegetables and fruits.

If you like Indian food item, this is excellent choice.

Don't go by small size of the shop , you get almost all important Indian grocery items here including daals , ghee , oils , masala , veggies , Maggie etc .

We are big fans of the dosa batter you get here. Excellent healthy and quick dinner

Terrible experience at this crazy shop! I was on my way to buy some mutton rolls, as I had heard some decent stuff about them. I just entered the shop, and was just looking around before making my purchase, when a brown fat boy just came, took all the mutton rolls and just left with them! Without paying! It is probably the owner's son, but still, the shop is designed for the customers' appeal, not their personal priveleges. This is disgraceful honestly, as customers satisfaction should be the number 1 focus for all shops, and places like this demonstrate the opposite! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! AVOID WHERE POSSIBLE!!!

The business is very unprofessional and incompetent and when you’re asking for a meat they give you a complete different bag of what you ask for. So in our case we wanted mutton and they gave us a bag of kidneys, they wouldn’t give us a refund or the meat we asked for at the beginning once already paid for. The butcher is so rude and did us a disservice and lied to us when we asked more than once before buying us this meat mutton!

Nice little south asian shop. Plenty of tropical vegetables and fruits. If you are looking for Mangosteen, Rambutan, JackFruit, plantain, and many other I dont know the names, this is the place. Also, there are other south asian stores nearby.

This place has excellent customer service and very good selection of Indian and srilankan groceries, if you don’t find something ask the people they will get it for you, the best Asian grocery in Burlington road, very clean and organised

Staff was rude to me. Doesnt want to scan my DPD QR CODE. I waited 1 hour for nothing.

i bought thaali today , for £2/- they said it was from their restaurant and was there in the shop from Lunch time. It was kept in the open fridge and reduced half price. Typical Take away Thaali with several dishes but one dish was gone off slightly so I did not eat this. rest of Thaali large portion (not really needed for one) and several curries was fine half an hour after eating I throw up with a tummy cramp. The food was stale There were several packs in the shop I hope they didn't sell. The take away food was not kept according to food standards. I would never buy cooked food from them again.The shop is otherwise fine but they should sell fresh take away without proper hygiene as the food is kept next to raw meet. On a humid warm day it is enough to give ecoli and bacteria to grow.

Good customer service

Mostly Sri lankan stuff but you will find anything you need fot Pakistani and Indian cuisine. Staff is always very helpful.
It also has very unique stuff that you can't find in other stores.

The staff are very helpful and humble. I would highly recommend this store for authentic Indian groceries. One stop shop for all the goodies you need for an Indian kitchen. Five star from a regular customer.

What can I say? One word to describe customer service “Pathetic” for the lack of any other words to describe. As a customer never have I ever been humiliated but here I was served by a young chap who had the audacity to tell me to GET OUT! the store (literally). Want to know why you ask? I am very familiar with the owner and have known him for a while, he’s a good gentlemen wish the same could be said about the chap. So I went to buy some jasmine flowers and I tend to buy a few. However in the absence of the owner this young chap thought he would be clever by selling me wholesale. I refused and explained I usually buy only a few from the owner but instead of serving me he literally told me to GET OUT! In front of his other customers. Not professional at all. This is by far the worst shop I’ve ever shopped in. Please be warned! 😉

I’d love to give this shop 5 stars for the owner but after that awful experience I wish there was an option to give 0 stars but I am giving the one star with a heavy heart. I’d urge the owner to review his staff. I for one will not be going there ever again !!
