I am a steak enthusiast. I've tried various stores, and this one has the best meat in Frankfurt, by a huge margin. Some things are maybe a bit more expensive than e.g. Rewe, but the quality is far better - so the price to quality ratio is 100% worth it. Furthermore, the one time I had an issue with something I bought, the store staff immediately resolved my problem without hassle. Overall, I am a very happy customer. Would totally recommend.

Für too good to go nicht zu empfehlen. Ein Brötchen bekommen, dass es einen Wert von 12€ haben soll…

Food is great but I hate how they think we don't see they are jacking up the prices. It's dishonest :/
Just left there and bought some olives: first it gets weighted: 4.50€. then the person puts the plastic lid and weights again: 4.55€. finally they put it in a bag and weigh again: 4.60€

Just sell your product and put a markup for your packaging in it. No need to fool your customers to pay more... This happens too often and I finally think I should write it

Fühlten uns wie Kunden zweiter Wahl beim abholen.

Wir kauften für 4 Euro Produkte in Wert von 12.
Es gab ein Focaccia mit italienischer Mortadella. Da war OK. Dazu gab es noch ein Schälchen Couscous. Der Besitzer sah uns die Verwunderung an und packte noch einen Klecks Käsecreme hinzu.

Aus diesem Grund kaufte wir auch keine weiteren Antipasti.

Focaccia und Käsecreme war ok.
Leider der CousCous ungenießbar. Diese war so alt, dass alles durchgesifft war und die Lauchzwieblen schon braun.

Das war dann mal nichts mit Lebensmittel retten. Denn auch bei uns wanderte das direkt in den Müll.

Sehr schade.
Hier kaufen wir definitiv nicht wieder ein!

If you are a fan of Italian and Greek products and food, that is the right place. A bit on expensive side but they have a lot of goods and fresh sea food.

ich bat um eine "nicht in wasser eingelegte mozeralla" für pizzen.. er verkaufte mir eine und gab an sie sei für pizzen geeignet. Zuhause habe ich gemerkt dass er mir die falsche verkauft hat.

Be careful!!! The food is most likely already expired!!!! It’s not the first time that we’ve bought cheese in such a situation. The expiring date on the product is 20/4/2023. It was bought on 9/3/23 so it had 11 days remaining “life”. And -again. It’s not the first time! Most products are already expired or near the expiration date. Please be careful with this topic

Only second choice to Venos. Quality of fish lower, not well filleted (still needed to cut off a lot), smaller offering. Otherwise ok.

Sehr leckere Frischkäse-, Oliven- und Antipasti-Auswahl. Immer freundliche Bedienung.
Wir kaufen dort schon seit Jahren regelmäßig ein und sind immer sehr zufrieden.
Auch die Salate und Sandwiches zum Lunch sind sehr zu empfehlen!

Der Hummus ist fabelhaft und in Kombination mit dem italienischen Weißbrot ein absoluter Traum! In Sachen Hummus definitiv ein Geheimtipp. Für 300g Hummus zahlt man ca 6€.

Bemerkenswerte Unwilligkeit zu beraten, sehr unfreundlich (dies nun zum dritten und somit letzten Mal), Fragen werden nicht oder unzutreffend beantwortet, das ital Landbrot ist aus Maismehl was jedoch abgestritten wird, insofern werden über Inhaltsstoffe unrichtige Angaben gemacht.

This place is great, is basically a huge wearhouse full of food stuff from the Mediterranean with focus on Greek origin, but ofc it has Italian too. They offer sizes from individual packages and single bottle wine to a full Grana Padano cheese wheel clocking in at over 40kg. The staff were very friendly and spoke multiple languages - German, English, Greek, Italian and some slavic varieties. There is also a large choice of alcohol from popular to obscure. The wine selection is mind boggling and there is a dedicated person with extended knowledge ready to help and guide. This place is also accommodating for B2B purchases alongside the receipt they hand a printout detailing VAT and other taxes. I strongly recommend you give it a visit and make sure you have time to walk around.

Good selection of exotic articles, some of which are to be found nowhere else in Frankfurt! Prices are a bit higher than your regular supermarket, but that's to be expected for imported goods.
Very good selection of fresh fish too, which is often cheaper than in your regular local supermarket.

Same owner as the nearby Venos, but different sortiment of products.
