The A.R. Supermarket is just about the cheapest you can find in the area while maintaining a good quality of the products, from produce to meat, to fish, to Asian imports from Korea, Japan, China etc. Also noteworthy is Ginkgo Katsu, an excellent Japanese restaurant that offers great food quality at very reasonable prices.

Sells Kimchi variations are Napa cabbage (less spicy), Napa Cabbage (spicy), Cucumber, baby radish, large radish. Very tasty. Cash only

At chiking.
Korean fried chicken is very delicious.

This place only sells kimchee. I bought the whole cabbage and "bachelor" radish kimchee. Both were so delicious.

My son LOVES the spicy seafood soup from the resteraunt inside. I gave her a 4 cause the 4 is good but both times I've bought food there they have screwed up my order. Just make sure to check your order before you leave if your taking out.....

A little bit run down compared to the H Mart in Buena Park, but this market has everything you need for Korean food. And apparently, this is the place to come to for Korean BBQ meat. There's also a small food court, but only one shop does most of the business (spicy seafood noodles, black noodles, etc.). Bring a jacket. While most markets are cold in certain sections, this place is cold throughout.

AR super market has one of the widest selection of Asian sauces for cooking. Prices are overall better than H mart. Like it and will shop there again.

This place makes me want to go somewhere else because the parking spaces are way to small and everyone parks over the lines. The carts are always stuck together and one time we got mushrooms but they were expired. would not recommend coming here

Always come here for the AR market. A bit sad that their selection of seafood is dwindling not enough sashimi. Kimchi offerings are still plentiful, good selection of vegetables. Parking is a nightmare if you come after 9:30 am.

If you have the luxury of being in close proximity to this spot, hit the brakes, whip that turn into their parking lot and make sure you have cash. Definitely a go to spot for spicy Cabaggy things in jars. Your gut will ❤️ you later.

The main problem with this location is parking, the spaces are too small and makes fitting your car a challenge when there are lots of SUV around.
The market itself has all you may need for Korean dishes and overall Asian food, recommended

I've wanted to get kimchi from this place for a while. Finally, we had a chance to stop by. The owner was so nice. My husband likes lightly fermented fresh kimchi and I like the sour kimchi which is fermented for a while. The owner explained to us to always get very fresh kimchi, put in fridge and eat. Then we can get from very fresh kimchi to fermented ones. On the other hand, for cucumber, he said he doesn't recommend to keep for a long time because it's not that good. We bought a big jar of napa cabbage kimchi and a small jar of cucumber. Both are sooo good!

I love the kimchi here... my only complaint is that they dont accept any other form of payment than cash. I drive 45 min from my house to get here so having to turn around and look for a bank nearby was inconvenient.

First time I went, the cabbage was rotten.
I called and the owner said sorry but no refund.
Second time, there were dirt in kimchee.
Never going again.

Cash only but has the best Seoul style kimchi. Only gripe is the kimchi is not cut so you gotta do some work once you get home. Fresh and the people help load your car with bigger orders.

The best tasting and freshest kim chi in LA. Also, comes in glass jar container, which is very important. $16 for a large jar of cut Napa kim chi
