Great place to walk and enjoy being outside. You can bring your dog as long as they are on a leash. It's about. A two mile walk all flat and on a paved path. Plenty of play sets for the kids as well as pavilions for picnics.

Another great park in the Nashville area! Tinkerbell playground was so adorable and huge ! Lots of room for many kids.
The trails were also very cool! There is also a trail off the paved one that is around the park that people mainly use for jogging and such, and it's really neat! It isn't for small children, but my 7 year old did fine. It's up a steep incline that is rocky, but after that, it's a wooden platform and then a grassy trail. There are also little plaques stating history facts about the war and after the war.
The park is huge and has so many obstacles for kids, there was a rope jungle gym to climb, a whole wooden castle theme playground, swings, slides, a little log and rock obstacle course, little rock climbing formations, they have outside cement bench and table with outlets, they have a cement ping pong table and the equipment to play cornhole, just need the hackey sacs. It was a beautiful view and experience. Kept clean too!

Beautiful park with lots of play areas for the kids. A great spot to have a party, take a walk, or just hang out with friends.

Great place to walk! Open to community, and soon will be connected to Harlinsdale

This is one of my favorite places to go for a walk in Franklin--especially, on hot, sunny days. Most of the paved trail meanders along the Harpeth River all the way to the Williamson County Recreation Center, and it is covered in shade trees the whole way there. I'd say it stays 5-10 degrees cooler than the surrounding areas on a hot summer day. To the recreation center and back it is about a 5 mile long hike.

Very cute park with lots of different spaces including swings, climbing areas, musical section, huge wooden play structure and sand pit. Some shade but mostly sun.

Pinkerton Park is a fun place for all age groups to spend a good day!

They have a dedicated kids 👧🏻 👦🏻 area with a lot of fun activities 🛝 🏓 🏞️ 🛹 . There are also areas were one can bring their hammock and rest and relax 😎

There is plenty of hiking 🥾, walking 🚶‍♂️ trails around the park as well. Also if your looking for shelter, they have 3-4 spots with good seating capacity.

If you are visiting or a local here and looking for a relaxing evening, Pinkerton is the place!👍🏻

Fun playground! My kids love this park. Wish there was more shade, but it's definitely awesome. It has a mommy and baby swing which is super cute! It also has ping pong tables in front of the park. Oh and a cute theater stage and sand pit!

This park is so beautifully landscaped and there’s a shaded path to walk around. It’s super clean and has a historical cemetery adjacent to it. It’s well kept and peaceful.

Made a quick stop at Bicentennial Park to appreciate nature after the Dickinson Christmas 2021. Nice and clean - well maintained park. Was present around sun going down time which made for a good front sign picture. I didn't get to spend too much time but I enjoyed the spoils of Earth while present.

A great spot to stay near nature but still be surrounded by community and night life. Nothing fancy, but affordable, safe and clean.

Food truck festival was well attended and enjoyed.. But the long lines for food took more patience then I could muster.
