Supreme Banh Mi: I really enjoyed the supreme banh mi! The tangy, crunchy veggies paired perfectly with the extremely flavorful BBQ pork. The meat is grilled to perfect caramelization, savory and sweet with charred ends. The bread has a crunchy outside and is easy to bite into, not overly chewy.

Egg Tart: The egg tart is really flaky with a milky center that’s great for dessert.

Taro Milk with Coconut Milk: The boba is rich with brown sugar flavor, and the taro milk is smooth, like a yogurt-like slush with a very unique texture. You can taste the earthy and nutty taro flavor.

Coffee: The coffee is full-bodied, rich, and deep.

Mango Lassi: The mango lassi is smooth with refreshing mango puree.

A very unique bubble tea store that serves more than just tea aswell. I’ve tried almost everything here and I can’t say anyone one of them is bad, all of it’s outstanding to drink either as is or with a meal.

I've been to this spot many times but never got the chance to review them. They serve many types of bubble teas. They have specialty flavors that come about sometimes. I feel like their options are more geared towards tea drinkers and those who like savory teas. They don't have a lot of good sweet options or fruit milk teas. It's mainly a takeout spot and the service was okay, they don't give much flexibility in customizing drinks. I prefer more sweet and creamy bubble teas and this spot doesn't have too many options like that. This time I tried a bay ridge which is advertised as a mango lassi type drink. It was not what I was expecting and tasted more like yogurt than anything else. Mango lassi is usually creamy, sweet, and mango taste but this was very different. Maybe some people like this type of taste but it wasn't for me.

I have purchased drinks with friends from the Brooklyn location. That was the reason why I decided to go to the Astoria location. I live a distance away from both, but wanted one of the drinks because I enjoyed it the first time. However, the Astoria location was disappointing. I purchased quite a few drinks and honestly, I thought that the quantity of Boba in both of my large drinks were too low for the large sizes. I couldn’t tell if there was a signature cream in one of them. I was disappointed. To me part of the fun is allowing the customer to mix their drinks, not doing it for them. My experience at the Brooklyn location was better. The drinks were delicious there. I can’t say I felt the same at the Astoria location. Definitely way too much ice in the drinks. I’m willing to give them a chance again and revised my review but it needs to be better.

best bubble tea/milk tea in NYC period. I'm addicted to the lavender milk tea. I love that they use real teas and fruits instead of powder mixes. The only qualm I have is that the sizes are ridiculously small.

Tea and milk is the absolute BEST. Their bubble teas are made with real ingredients instead of fake syrups like so many other bubble tea stores. Everything I've ever had from there is delicious, the staff is always kind and friendly, and they come out with seasonal items as well which are always equally as delicious. Strawberry cheesecake? yum! Pumpkin Spice tea latte? yum! Cocoa oolong? yum! Strawberry matcha?! YUM! Do yourself a favor and just try it. You won't regret it

Editing to say: If you're concerned your drink will be too sweet ask for less sugar! I always get 25%!

Unfortunately, I found the individual on duty to be lacking in effective communication skills and providing subpar customer service. The guy who works at the night shift seemed uninterested and displayed a noticeable level of rudeness, which left me quite dissatisfied with the overall experience.

I believe it’s crucial to address such issues to maintain the high standard of customer service your company is known for. I hope that appropriate measures can be taken to ensure a more positive interaction for customers in the future.

I am incredibly displeased with this establishment, especially after finding out that a male employee was allowed to continue to work after assaulting a 17 year old female employee. Why on earth would I want to frequent a place that supports assaulting minors?

Keeps selling rotten and spoiled food. Have bought produce here just to get home and find it moldy. Also have purchased dairy here to find it many days out of date (today got home to find an entire carton of yogurt spoiled).

This place should be investigated by the Health Dept, it's giving people food poisoning!! So many reviews citing spoiled food and people getting sick!! Beware!

The guy that works at the Pizza portion of Foodcellar was very rude to me a week ago. I believe his name something with a A, I think Adam. He was never trained properly and if places like this can't teach their employees how to act and treat people with human decency I don't think i'll come back. This is my current grocery store but the way "Adam" was treating me with blatant disrespect was absolutely uncalled for. All I asked was a couple questions and he got irritated and started yelling.

Beside that the store is overpriced they also put wrong price tag (or purposely?) on the checkout some groceries will cost more that it was priced, the worst thing is that they don’t have ANY bags! Cashiers look annoyed when I asked to separate my soap from my pizza! I don’t want to buy a bag that I will throw away just cause I bought two small things, they don’t have paper bags, nothing!

Walk the extra few blocks for Trader Joe's!! Some of the prices are outrageous, $15 for 4 sticks of butter. The cheapest option they have is $9. The quality and shopping experience does not nearly justify their high prices.

First, you better pay close attention when you pay since Food Cellar often charges you more than price tags on purpose (or mistakenly). Second, you should never expect to be treated like a customer, especially at the bread counter. Some of their staff are unbelievably rude. I sometimes feel intimidated to ask them for help. What is worse is that they don’t know what they sell. They sold me the WRONG ITEMS more than a few times. When I ordered a banana muffin, they gave me a cornbread muffin. When I ordered a banana muffin, they gave me a carrot cake muffin. What if I was allergic to the ingredients in the wrong items? What if I gave them to someone allergic to the ingredients in the wrong items? You should not assume that you’re getting what you want. Serving customers is not their interest at all. It’s safe to say that Food Cellar will never change, so everyone should not have high expectations. They are open on any federal holiday, so it’s still convenient for me. It’s very unfortunate that they don’t have a decent customer service. I do want a Whole Foods.

Very inclusive and popular grocery market here in LIC. It's got a wide variety of produce, drinks, snacks, condiments, etc. The only downside is the pricing here is a bit on the pricer side but nothing that completely breaks the bank. The organization is immaculate and very clean as well. There's ready to made food and seating area to relax and eat. I think the sale items are very reasonable and has a wide variety as well which is also very nice. For last minute resort this is a quick easy market to stop by the grab what you need for the week or dinner. The frozen aisle isn't very big but it's good enough for a small city market.

This is a great place for Bubble Tea! The staff here was nice and friendly. I got the Signature Taro Root Milk Tea. It had the texture of a smoothie, and the boba was a great addition to it. I’m interested in coming back and trying their sandwiches. Parking in this area is a bit tough, street parking can be hard to come by during busy hours of the day.

GREAT SHOP, DISASTROUS EMPLOYEE - This is my go-to store for supplements in Astoria. However, staff member by the name of ASIF has REPEATEDLY, and with an attitude, demonstrated a reckless disregard for customers. In my years going to the store he's messed up personal data from my store account, been rude and dismissive and charged my card incorrectly. All done in a defiant way. The Vitamin Shoppe is an excellent business, they shouldn't have employees who ruin the experience and reputation with such negligent and objectively despicable behavior.

I live nearby this local Vitamin Shoppe and the ladies that work there were very nice and accommodating to the certain products that I was looking for. Shout out to them!

So I usually like going to this store but today has made me realize why I will shop online for now on. Had ordered from the vitamin Shoppe on steinway a product that has been missing from their store for a while now. It has been about almost two weeks since I made this special order. They tell me it will be delivered to the store and they will call me when it arrives. So I decided to walk into the store after it being a week and a half and come to find out they have the product in stock.
I then begin to head to the counter and informed the worker that I had this item on special order and since it is here now I would like to take it. I was then inform that I would have to pay for it by my surprise. I begin to tell the worker I already paid for it why would I have to pay for it again it makes no sense the worker then begin to say how oh but we did not got any shipment yet I said but it is right here right now.
Then his assistant felt she needed to chime in and say oh but that is for the store yours was special order and comes in some plain box. And that the ones in stock now are for the store. I then begin to ask well how much longer will my own that I already paid come in the guy said the next shipment is being held up because of snow. I then ask well if I get the product now how soon will I get my money credited back to my account he told me one week one week when they wanted my money for the special order same day hmmm so I left and will be just shopping vitamin Shoppe from online don't have time for bad customer service smh.
