Your Friends At The Beach has always taken care of us during our stay at the Adagio. Anything we have ever run into during our stay has been quickly taken care of with top notch service. The Adagio is perfectly located in Blue Mountain Beach and the stay is always perfect. The beach is beautiful and the pools are a great fall-back when there is weather or you just need a break from the sand.

An attractive and well maintained condo. Loved the ground floor unit that opened right out to the pool. Excellent location. Would like to return someday.

Viking and KitchenAid appliances. 44 steps to the beach. Heated pool is indeed heated and just right. 4 BR condo w well appointed open floor plan. Check-out time was a tad earlier than expected (10AM), but very doable. Parking limited. Beach accessories were taken up at 4, a tad earlier than expected. Overall, very impressive

Stayed in B304. Condo has been well loved. Enjoyed my stay there and was comfortable, but the entire condo needs updating as far as deco and maintenance. A pod coffee maker would be nice as well.

We love this place! It's perfect for our family. The condo is spacious , huge balcony with beautiful views and the location is great!

Exceeded our expectations! Great location right on the beach! I loved just being able to walk right out on the sand. Great pool area & very kid-friendly. Very clean condo with everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our first time at this location. We brought our grandkids and we all had a great time. The complex was a good value especially with being on the beach. The only issue we had was that housekeeping accessed our unit 20 minutes before we removed our belongings and checked out. We were rushed to check out and they left out unit door open after they enetred without approval

Very disappointed in our stay July 22-July 29 2023 at beach baby on 653 Eastern Lake Road. I will preface this review to say that we stayed here in 2020 and didn’t have any issues other than it wasn’t cleaned well but that was fixed. If I could give zero stars I would. We were told when we picked up the keys there were two dehumidifiers in the home , now we know why. Upon arrival the house was clean but had a very strong mold / dead animal smell. The A/C never cooled the house it never got cooler than 80 degrees. We understood now why there were dehumidifiers and box fans in the home. The breakers would constantly blow turning off the electricity, you couldn’t blow dry your hair. When we told the management, Candy, about the A/C unit the company offered a portable unit and brought it and another box fan out but they didn’t drill a drain for it so it soaked the carpets. The hot water heater constantly beeped then went out , so no hot water. The oven also didn’t work until we had to reset the breaker box when the whole house lost electricity while trying to blow dry our hair. The house apparently has a septic tank that doesn’t work well also. Toilet in back bedroom barely flushed. When we talked to the management company about all the issues they said that the duct work in the home needs redone so that the A/C could work properly, in the bunk room there was a hole in the wall which lead us to find that there was a leak in the bathroom that caused the mold dead animal smell and multiple large nagts/flies. After telling them I read the reviews from previous guests, the ones that stayed in May and June, they had the same complaints, the management company discredited them. I told them we would like compensated as this had messed up the first three days of our vacation, we spent $7400 so this wasn’t acceptable. She says she talked to the owners and they offered to refund us $500 ! Totally unacceptable, I really hate the home owners and company are so deceitful. I did email the company at the end of our trip but no answer. So rent beach baby Seagrove beach at your own risk !

I used Seagrove On The Beach Property Rentals for the first time this summer (will not be my last) and I must say it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them; everyone I came in contact with was warm and welcoming.

Beautiful unit (B405) facing the Gulf with a fantastic view. The living area is very large, comfortable, and tastily decorated.
Two problems: significant daily refrigerator leakage that was reported the first day. No one ever came to fix the problem, which was a real hazard. The bed in the master suite is too high, presenting a dangerous problem for getting in and out of the bed, especially during the night.
The office was closed at least 2 of the days that we were there, which was a problem for my guests who wanted bicycles, a guaranteed amenity. There was also no one to address other guest concerns on those days.

Candy was beyond helpful both times we've gone through Seagrove on the Beach property rental. She helped me save money on our second booking through them. Who doesn't love that? Everyone in the office was super friendly when we stopped in as well.
I left a review through VRBO last year, but forgot Google. If y'all are looking at reviews to determine whether or not to book through them.... Do it.

Great condo with plenty of space and stocked with anything you many need. We even forgot our beach towels and Vacasa provided us with some! The beach service is a great bonus and saves you on having to carry even more things. Although there were plenty of people staying there it was quiet in the condo there was always plenty of space on the beach and by the pool. Everything is exactly as pictured.

Love this place. Been coming here every year for at least two decades now. Units are clean, nicely furnished, well lit and best of all you are literally right on the beach. No traffic to deal with no parking to find each time you want to go down to the water. You don’t even have to cross the street - you simply take the elevator down, walk across the pool deck and across the wooden walkway that takes you over the protected dunes and onto the private beach area reserved for those staying at the Dunes of Seagrove. It’s also the perfect distance from both Destin and Panama City.

Location is perfect. Pools are nice. Great view from our unit. Easy walk to private beach. Includes Chairs and umbrellas and use of bike. Great bike paths. Condos are plenty large and balcony is spacious

Rented Cassini Gardens unit 271 for a week in early March. Very clean and well kept. All he comforts of home. Great jump off spot to tour the emerald Coast. Easy process to rent and nice folks at .Seagrove rentals.

The AC broke 2 days into our 7 night stay. Turns out it happens there all the time. My youngest daughter spent the night in the ER because she had a heat stroke. When I let them know there was not response. I thought it was important that they not rent it out the following week. Every day we kept being told that it would get fixed. Then when they 'fixed it' it was not actually fixed. It was 89 degrees in there. Something more should have been done for guests. If they had been honest we would have moved to another place. Hard to believe we still had to pay, we had to buy box fans, we could only eat by the pool, all of our food went bad because it was too hot to cook. AND our entire family had to sleep on the balcony because it was so hot it was unhealthy.

The property I had rented for vacation cancelled at the last minute . Seagrove Beach Property Rentals went over and beyond to try to accommodate our rental needs. It is nice to experience human kindness in a world where so much of the customer service has been removed . I will definitely use them in the future.

Recently discovered this company and had a great experience. Rates for the same unit we've rented for years were less, they were professional, handle an issue that came up quickly and provided excellent service. We will use them again this year.

First and foremost, the primary focus of my review is to express the heartfelt gratitude I have for the Owner and the staff at Seagrove on the Beach Property Rentals and the Owner of the condo I was renting. My husband and I had just started our vacation in Florida and he suddenly and unexpectedly passed away on the beach. There are no words to express the situation I found myself in, but there are also no words to express the sincere and compassionate love that was extended to me by Seagrove on the Beach. After my children arrived from Kentucky, we were at a loss of what to do while we waited for the necessary legalities to be completed before returning home but their staff went above and beyond in providing for us. This is one family that will tell anyone we know who might be planning a vacation to that area, to call Seagrove on the Beach. You will be dealing with a honest and reputable property management agency.
On a lighter side, the condo we had was absolutely perfect. Very clean and well maintained with everything we needed. A front row view of the ocean only steps away. Morning coffee on the patio overlooking the ocean could not have been any better.
