We stayed at C Central in November 23 and had such a lovely time. We didn’t really know what to expect as we hadn’t seen or heard of this hotel before. The pool/beach area is fantastic, and there was always space available to lounge. The staff were really friendly, especially the valet staff! My husband and I were so happy with our stay here, would definitely recommend! We were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the Dubai skyline and the sea, such a perfect stay 🤍

We stayed at C Central in December 2023 and we had the best time. The service was excellent and the staff put all their efforts in assisting the guests all the time. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and he had partially sea view. The hotel is very well located, it has beautiful views and the beach is very nice and not crowded! We had half board and the food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. We highly recommend this place and will be back again hopefully soon.

The hotel is beautiful and especially the food buffet in the morning and for lunch offer exceptional diversity in flavors and choice. The rooms are a little bit small, the view is great and the staff is very friendly.
The reason for my 4 star rating is mainly because of the small rooms and the fact that there's a construction going on next door, actually our room was next to it. Once the neighbouring building is ready, I might visit again.

Had the most pleasant experience staying at C Central on a quick layover with my husband and 6yo. Although we couldn’t check in early we availed of the yummy breakfast and the pool and changing facilities. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade and the views of The Atlantis and The Royal from our huge balcony and Premium suite at sunset surpassed our expectations. There is construction happening next door but once you closed the balcony door you could not hear a thing. After traveling for 3 weeks the bed was the most welcome surprise with its firm mattress and crisp sheets (best sleep of the trip). The only regret we have is not staying longer. Can not recommend highly enough!

The hotel was so stunning, and the breakfast was amazing as long as dinner. 3 things i liked most were the pool, quick access to the sea, which was warm as a cup of tea. And most of all, the service. Great funny nice freandly people work there, so nice to kids and happy. What i think wasn't so great, is that we bought a luxury room with "sea view," and what we got was a building getting built, but it was fine. Next, it was very far away from the centre, as long as Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates....., but i would rather focus on the positive stuff🙈of how nice it is. Thank you, Central!

Had a amazing stay at C Central, first of they upgraded is to superior rooms upon our check in, the service was exemplary from the team at the reception.
The rooms were spacious with an amazing view of the palm 🌴.
Food was excellent with plenty of options to suit all taste buds.
Chose the romantic setup and Ruth made sure it was executed perfectly, many thanks to Ruth and the whole team for that.
There is some construction going on around the hotel but that did not hinder our experience in the slightest!!
Planning on booking again!

If you’re looking for a luxurious holiday with service that is second to none the one&only is the place to be. Nothing is too much and their commitment to being helpful, friendly and to go above and beyond is constant. The private beach is wonderful and stretches far along with the gorgeous scenic setting of the grounds and the multiple pools. I would 100% recommend EAU Zone, the food here was fantastic! We had the pleasure of an invite to cocktail evening and was greeted warmly by all the hotel managers and head of departments, all of which checking in to see how our stay was and also if there is anything they can do to help in order to make it perfect. If you have any hesitation towards booking your holiday at this hotel, be assured you won’t be disappointed with this serene and luxurious experience.

It’s a most beautiful resort, making dreams come true. It is the place to be to spend your precious time of the year. The staff and management are doing an extraordinary job, concerning all areas of the resort. Especially our host Soumya did an outstanding job to deliver authentic hospitality. Great personality. We felt so very welcomed. We would definitely choose this resort at any time again.

The hotel was great and the staff was so lovely and helpful every time we needed. Great pull, breakfast and lounge bar. The rooms are beautiful and huge, decorated beautifully and so comfortable. The house keeping was one of the best services that i have ever experienced.

We had an amazing time during our whole stay in the hotel. The extremely welcoming and helpful staff made us feel really special. All our wishes got fulfilled. The hotel has some exquisite restaurants, dining in any of them is an experience on its own. All the facilities are breathtaking and clean. Staying there was an unforgettable adventure I can only recommend the hotel and would like to return in the near future.

We went as a family, our stay was amazing. Service from reception to house keeping was excellent.
It would be very convenient and helpful if they had a buggy management system similar to JBH. Where there’s a concierge of sorts that communicates with the buggy drivers, resulting in minimizing the wait time for parents with kids waiting to go to the water park in the sweltering heat.
Small problem. Rest was excellent.

I think this hotel is more than 5* tbh. Rooms were excellent, service all round from the bell boys to cleaners was top notch. Breakfast was amazing. The pools and service at the pools was excellent. You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel, would come back in the future.

A lovely hotel with the best views on JBR and the Palm. The staff are very helpful and professional, and the service is beyond pleasant.
Waking up every day with the sea view gives you a great feeling. I loved the breakfast and the variety of choices. Besides, Chef Abdallah was very friendly and helpful.
The views from the top roof swimming pool on the 77th are marvelous. All in all, I just love this hotel

Myself and husband spent our honeymoon here and had six glorious nights at the resort.
We swam with Tina the dolphin, Kim and Ash were amazing!
Staff were fantastic and attentive.
The water park was incredible, pool and beach beautiful. The sea was like bathwater.

We were 3 persons and stayed for 10 nights and had two suites. It was probably the best hotel and service we had ever experienced. Everyone without exception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a delight, as was the tea time and dinner in the lounge. There is a good selection of excellent restaurants in the hotel, and there are more in the nearby Atlantis Palm. The rooms are large and very well appointed, but the highlight is definitely the staff, starting from the drivers, to room service, the cleaners and to the butlers. We will definitely go again.

Pretty nice experience at Atlantis. We chose the palm island facing room and it was pretty good. In my opinion, even the sea facing rooms are amazing. Overall, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable with every aspect of design. The staff was impeccable.

Lovely hotel and location, helpful staff, but a few things happened today. Asked for towels at the beach no one got me any, shampoo dispenser broken in the shower and no shampoo tubes available, they changed the coffee capsules brand and the legend is not updated . Very high tech , you can request things from the ipad, but small things not updated/replaced/repaired.

Absolutely stunning hotel on the Palm. As soon as you approach the hotel, your breath is taken away. The entrance is very welcoming & the reception area very impressive. We stayed in an ocean view room, with a king size bed. The en suite bathroom had complimentary toiletries & a very grand bath. There is a chargeable mini bar & complimentary water. A safe is also available. Housekeeping make up the room daily & return in the evening to turn down the bed covers. Fantastic choices of restaurants to eat in, as well as a buffet breakfast, which has so much to choose from, all fresh & so tasty. A bonus is, you have complimentary access to the Aquaventure Water Park if you stay in the hotel. You must see the amazing aquarium inside the hotel, which has sharks, sting rays & so many beautiful fish.

Super location with fantastic views. Rooms are about average for Dubai, nice and clean but nothing spectacular. Overall, I left with a negative feeling though. 6 star prices for everything, but only 3 star service to go with it. I just felt like everything was ridiculously overpriced because of the view. Pool area on 77th floor is amazing, definitely can’t beat the views, but area lacks ambience. Kinda boring to be honest. Lounge chairs are ridiculously packed close together so as to pack as many people upstairs and gouge them for f&b.

It is an amazing place to stay and have a relaxing time. Love their breakfast, has everything for everyone. This is a great hotel. We stayed for a week and it was definitely worth it. We got free access to the water park and other privileges inside the water park. The food at the hotel is great and they have a wide variety. Do keep in mind that the restaurant is a bit pricey so be prepared for that. Their breakfast has a wide variety of food for everyone. The rooms were great with very comfortable beds and a great view. The hotel staff is very friendly.

Everything here was beyond perfect. This place provide the best amenities, stunning views, good food, beautiful rooms and very friendly hotel staffs. When we arrived here at the hotel, the receptionist Isaac was very accommodating to our requests. The breakfast buffet was so delicious with wide variety of selections. Alyssa was very accommodating to us during our breakfast and greeted us with warm smiles.
