Nice place, good food at all very expensive! Staying there was a gift but it still cost us $145. $25 to park in the lot. YOURSELF. Eight blocks to walk to our room it was not comfortable in the extreme heat. The breakfast was the Best I Ever Had and though they give you $41 each to spend there we still with the tip spent $50 Additional dollars even though we each only went beyond $6 additional. We tipped on the total amount. No fan or venting in the bathroom so it was very hot.

Spent one night for our anniversary in August. Great rates, great hospitality, beautiful area and we almost had the place to ourselves.

As a paying member of the boulders, who has exorbitantly raised member fees. They do absolutely nothing to maintain the place. This used to be a top notch facility- zero money goes into keeping anything functioning if it’s not for the golf course. No AC in the gym for the 3rd year in a row in the summer. It would just be nice to go into a place where the ceilings aren’t leaking on you etc etc. This place 10 years ago was by far one of the nicest locations anywhere, it’s sadly gone down hill.

I've never stayed here. I make deliveries at night to the residents that actually live there. Majority of the people that work there that I have interacted with have been very awesome. It is definitely scenic, but the area is horrible with cell service. Mobile internet is constantly being interrupted, and calls are constantly being dropped. The people who live there have been rude. You don't seem to want to observe traffic courtesies whether they are walking, biking, or driving. You don't keep your dogs on leashes even though they know traffic is all over the place. It's as if the fur baby is more of an accessories than a loved family member. And whether they are driving towards you or driving behind you, you don't have the decency or respect to turn those high beams down.

Definitely needs some better customer experience lessons and Definitely goes for the spa. This place is set in such a beautiful setting and LOOKS like the most beautiful resort style place but the customer service and quality is just lacking. Booked a stay for my mother for her bday and wanted to get it set up for her as a surprise and also set her up with a very special spa treatment and from start to finish it just was not 5 star treatment. I got the key for the room and my husband and I were setting up the room and there was a employee and two guests trying to get in the room, turns out the front desk assigned the same room to 2 different parties. Good thing we were just decorating and not taking a shower or something. That was very disturbing. I thought being this amazing place they would have like a special gift or just have amazing customer service but that lacked throughout the whole stay for my mom. She went to her spa appts that I had set up and paid for and told them several times NOT to show my mom the bill or expect her to handle anything and even included the gratuity in my payment so they didn't even ask her for that. She finishes her first treatment and they show her the bill to see if she would like to add additional tip....WHO DOES THAT?!? My mom felt really bad for the amount I paid and the fact that they were still begging for more money...she didn't even want to go to her second appt and I had mentioned that it was her bday and THOUGHT they would do a LITTLE something special for her but she said they didn't even acknowledge it and were so uninviting n not helpful when she walked in the first time. She went to her second appt and tried to enjoy it but it was hard for her and basically a waste of money for me. I called the spa VERY UPSET for the way the whole thing was handled and they basically brushed it off...to this day, I am STILL waiting for a call back. This just was NOT the experience either of us expected from this type of resort. The views are amazing but for the money and LACK of customer care...not worth it to me.
The location was amazing and the rooms were beautiful...not the cleanest and felt a little run down in certain areas but the ambience was beautiful.

We come here every year lately for a few days. It's a good resort, pricey but good. Everything 'good'. Not very good. Not excellent. Not awesome.

Golf is the highlight for sure.

This time two things, attention to detail. Sink in the bath didn't drain well at all (how did the housekeeper not know). Next mixed attitude by the shuttle guys. Some pleasant, some (cowboy hat) not so much...it's Christmas!

The Staff was Amazing, everyone was very nice. We only spent one night but the bed was comfortable, and if you needed anything you only had to ask. The view was pretty and the resort is close to town

Very nice property, good food choices, excellent spa and well maintained golf course. Unique landscape and friendly staff.

Website and booking services are out of date, but the property text line works great.

The two different rooms we stayed in were clean, but could have used a deep cleaning. The audio visual connections did not work correctly.

A little disappointing for the price, but nonetheless a great place to relax!
