We were craving Greek food and stumbled upon this nice lil spot.

Parking may be tough as we parked in a random neighborhood.

When I placed my order, they were super busy and had many to go orders & they still made time to take my order. The food took roughly 20 mins which isn't too bad. But oh man, the food was A M A Z I N G. I got the chicken souvlaki in a pita & my wife got the pork souvlaki dinner. The food was pack with flavour, the tzatziki was fantastic, meat was juicy and cooked to perfection.

We will be definitely come back here again to dine in.

My group and I all got either a souvlaki or gyro and they were great! I ordered mine without any dairy (no tzatziki or feta) and the sauce used in the gyro wrap was delicious. The portions were good
Great service with a welcome and a big smile walking in the door! Had the full souvlaki dinner to-go with chicken rather than pork and it was delicious.
Great portion size, including the Greek salad.

Sorry what happened to your portion size? I used to come here and it was filled to the top, but this literally looks like someone ate from it because it's half full. Rice is such a cheap grain too lol.

Use to be my go to but quality and quantity has went down.
$30.58 including tip for a thin layer of rice and a few pieces of potato. Didn’t see the cook wash their hands after they came from outside, salad has one olive and lettuce taste unwashed. Definitely not worth the money or wait but you decide for yourself….

What an impressive little diner! This is the second time I’ve come and it was just to grab something quick (because they really do move fast here - without compromising on taste or quality). That being said, I decided to sit-in. The atmosphere is so warm. I won’t say the place itself is super impressive, but it is very clean and above all, the feeling of family and a close-knit community is clear. I’m not sure how many hugs I witnessed from the time I walked in to the time I left - but it put several smiles on my face. The gentleman who has greeted me on both occasions now, is friendly, personable and clearly goes above and beyond for his clientele. I’ve overheard him with his return clients and there is a clear sense that he knows how to keep good patrons coming back for more. I will definitely be stopping here again and again, and hope to bring my family next time. Definitely a place where you can bring your kids. Wholesome, with delicious food and always a pleasant smile. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m giving them an extra star - just because. The crew at Greek Grill should be super proud of their awesome service and delicious food.
This was the worst experience ever. We were a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids. We got to the resto at 8:37pm. They were busy as the Taste of the Danforth was on. They were closing at 10:00. They said, "we are closing soon and only takeout." So we decided since it was late and kids were hungry to do takeout. While we were waiting,10 min later, they took another family of 5 to dine in. When I asked the older guy working there about it he said "I don't know, I just do what they tell me" (deflecting responsibility) When I spoke to the younger girl at the cash, she said it was the most hectic day (making excuses), then she lied and said they had reservations. I saw the couple when they asked as i was waiting for my takeout order, they had no resos. Needless to say I will not be returning. Food was mediocre. Why we got treated so distastefully, makes me wonder, could it be racism, its a possibility. Anyways, if you're looking for a place with good customer service and good food, this is not it.
Delicious appetizers and sandwiches. Love the village salad. Service was good and the patio had a nice atmosphere.
Enjoyed a really nice meal here last night with friends, which felt like premium service without the price tag. We sat around the table and enjoyed Bread and Wine, followed by food better than any I’ve ever had down on The Danforth. The flavour of my Chicken Gyros Wrap was uniquely delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked. Service was friendly and the Patio looked really nice. All of this, and my bill was still less than $20 for an amazing dinner including the wine!!! They offer takeout as well. Definitely check this place out if you like greek food!
Amazing, amazing and I can go on. Our second time here, and more reasons to vouch for this awesome establishment. Food was excellent but service was way above average. The thoughtful staff even brought a cake/dessert for my son's birthday. We will definitely be back. Thank you Nicholas and others.

One of our meals came with lima beans that they put all together in one container with the fried calamari. Soggy calamari is not appetizing!

I was severely disappointed with how much Tzatziki has fallen off. They were my go-to restaurant for Greek food whenever I was in the area.

The chicken soulvaki dinner was decent. I’d give it a 3.8/5

The pork gyro was packed to the brim. If you want bang for your buck then opt for the gyro. I’d give it a 3.6/5

The Greek fries were terrible. Lack of taste and lack of proper toppings. They needed to be seasoned way more and the fries must have been sitting for hours. 2/5

Pork gyro is my go to. Open late cheap eats for Greek food. Portions are always good, they never skimp on toppings. Results in quality of food is always the same whether it's super busy or dead.

Staff are always friendly and will always go back. The Italian restaurant just around the corner next to it is also owned by owner and has good veal sandwiches.

Ordered catering from this restaurant. Excellent service over the phone, the attendant was efficient, knowledgeable and really gave me a good feeling about the place. We has also nice when I called after for a change.
Food was ready on time (even though it was before their opening time) and everyone was very nice in person as well.
Food was delicious, pork was cooked beautifully and our Greek friend wouldn't stop praising the potatoes. 100% recommended and will definitely be back for dining in.

The food was ok pretty expensive for what I got. 27 bucks for a chickens dinner and a pop. When I went to eat on the patio at least 3 tables had the food still sitting there. I eat for 30+ minutes they walked by the plates at least 10 mins no one attempted to clean it. Very disappointing as I had high hopes and was recommended

Every time I come into the city for business, I always make sure to stop in and grab a few chicken gyro on a pitas to go. Very tasty and big portions. I always grab to eat while I visit and the other to go for later. Friendly owners and always good conversations when I drop in.
I went for the first time today and will be back for sure!
I ordered the chicken club with fries( the fries were gone before I took the pic 😅)
I thought the food was great and the customer service was amazing.
Very kind, and I didn't have to wait too long!
Can't wait to go back and try another item on the menu!

I ordered for the office
The staff ordered the the moussaka with vegetables and pasta, and was given pasta with beans.

They didn't like that the moussaka was sitting in the sauce of the beans and didn't order beans 2/5

Other staff was upset with the way the food was packed in the containers. Deep fried calamari should have been packaged in a paper bag instead of on top of moist rice and moist pasta. They gave it a 1/5.

Other staff ordered fries as a side, came soggy. Again package separately, preferably in a paper bag. Fries were not crunchy.

I enjoyed my grilled Calamari with potatoes and rice.
Was amazed by the food and the dining setting. Roasted lamb was rich and juicy, highly recommended! Pork shank was too salty, so were the carrots and potatoes sides. Both the two we ordered were not on menu. They have pork shank ready in containers/cook area. Also we came to know they had roasted lamb that day after chatting with one of the staff there. The place is kinda squeezing, but they have everything you need set up. Staff were also friendly and good vibes there.
The food was just okay, not that memorable. The calamari was just sitting in oil and got soggy. The chicken itself was pretty tender and well seasoned. There didn’t seem to be any seating inside the restaurant, just looked like they had their covered patio opened. It was pretty chilly in there, but we needed to eat at the restaurant as we were headed to a concert at Scotiabank arena. Wish they added more olives to their salad, one isn’t enough.

The food was just okay, but to be honest I was a little disappointed. Ordered a small greek salad, it was okay as far as greek salads go. Also ordered the tirokefteri dip which was really good and they gave you a generous amount of pita. My disappointment came from the $8 greek fries, they were like very dry and cold, like cardboard and there was not a lot of feta, I expected better for that price. My boyfriend was also disappointed by the pork gyro dinner, the meat was also dry and tough, the potatoes and rice were fine though. Overall some pros and cons but for the price not sure I would return sadly.
Very good Greek food with huge plates that will fill you up for sure. They have different food options on different days of the week that are prepared fresh every day. Try this place if you are craving for some authentic Greek food.
Went on a cloudy/rainy day for lunch. There is a patio but decided to sit inside. Got the chicken souvlaki dinner (asked for the village salad instead of the regular Greek salad that goes with the dinner.) I've been to a lot of Greek restaurants and some village salads are hit or miss but this one was so delicious. Souvlaki was so yummy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend coming here. 👍

First, lovely people, kind, attentive, and funny. And it gets fairly busy at night, with Greek music playing on the TV 😀 I have been here 3 times so far, and ever time loved the food. It’s not a fancy restaurant, come here if you’re hungry and ready to see the kitchen in action. Their wraps are really good.
