The rice is cold, very old and hard like stone. I think it has been cooked for several days and they do not change it because the shop has no customers! And I don't blame them and the chicken tastes terrible! I can't believe how the hospital allowed them to sell such bad food even though the standards and conditions are supposed to be strict because it is a health facility!🤢

Horrible experience. Do NOT order from here on delivery apps. Waited over an hour to receive my order and they cancelled it despite being open. If it was an issue for them to begin with, they should have cancelled it from the start rather than an HOUR into waiting. Never taking the risk again.

Amazing experience as always! Fresh food, courteous staff and fast. Food is fresh and good portion size. I always get the Salmon with Salad, but rice and potatoe is also available. Definitely recommend!

Had another great lamb shank and salad for lunch. Also found out that Kesar is now the new manager. She's very polite and always smiling. She's not creepy like the last guy who was the manager.

I used to work in the mall and Jimmy's has always been my favorite in the food court, the staff are always friendly and the food hits the spot. After talking to the new manager today and I'm definitely going back to help support this place

The calamari meal was made horribly and the rice was wet. Like not just soft rice wet drowned in water wet. The food was bland and salty in random places. The prices are much higher than any other place charging$ 20 a meal. Did I mention it took 10 minutes to make? I used to like the food there but they must have changed workers. Not to mention they charge an additional fee for the bag for takeout, like how is that not included? The employees also act like you're inconveniencing them when you order food.

Food is amazing! Had lamb shank and enjoyed every bit of it. Service is exceptional here.. Anant went above and beyond to make sure we enjoy the meal! Taste and pricing are very reasonable. Highly recommended

Ordered for lunch today for the first time and was generally quite happy with what I received.

Pita was nicely mixed with the ingredients and had a good amount of them. Beef was well seasoned and cooked right. The little cup of $4.50 onion rings were quite depressing, however; not much onion and just crisped batter over-load. Pita and drink were reasonably priced.

Ordered out and they gave us such huge portions and even each a slice of cake.... the food was incredibly good too.... it's almost stunning to see everything be mediocre anywhere else and somehow everything was amazing here.

I have been coming to Pita Factory off and on for years and am a huge fan of their fresh veggies.
Today when I went to get a gyro salad I was disappointed to see the quality of the veggies. The cucumbers were rubbery, the tomatoes were extremely soft and mushy, and the general overall quality of the salad was not worth the $14.
I am still willing to give Factory Pita another shot, but probably at a different location.

Ordered from skip, they accepted my order. Half hour later, driver went there said the restaurant was closed, didn't get order. My order got cancelled. I waited 1 hour for no food and now I have to wait another hour to order again. Why do you do this to your customers?

Always go to the location. Owner is a stand up guy. Loads good food in that pita with no skimping on amount. It's easily the best bang for your buck in the city. 👍👍🤙

Delicious food, fresh ingredients, friendly service, recommend the stir fry pita with or without proteins it is great, add honey garlic sauce for that extra flavour. Onion rings are better than the fries.

Great portion sizes, quick wait times. Chicken and pork were great. Lamb less so. Greek salad, potato, and rice were great

I will go out of my way to go here. The staff especially the owner are always friendly. The food is great and the portions are great. Would absolutely recommend.

Every thing was super fresh. The owner I suppose greeted us nicely and was really polite. I requested for extra vegetables and he added tones of it. And the veggies were super fresh.

I really like this place. I've always enjoyed the food here. The atmosphere is very calm and welcoming. I enjoy stopping in once in a while on my drive home. My last visit I got the hot hamburger with a salad. The meal was well prepared and tasty, plenty of food too, I couldn't finish my fries! The garden salad is perfect with a nice mix of veggies and a really good dressing.

My son and I had brunch here and it was an amazing experience. We would definitely be back. We ordered pancakes and scrambled eggs for him and I had a Spanish omelet. We also ordered a cheesecake for dessert and it was decadent.

Wow!! Every where else was lined up this place was dead like a person in a cemetery. Worked in my favour thank goodness. Day before the so called “big storm” dec 22 2022. Anyways this is a review about food not the incompetent weather person. We stood in line for a total of 3 mins tops. The lady serving was So nice and made the food look perfect. Fast friendly service isn’t that what we all want these days??

Food: TO DIE FOR. I’ve never really went out of the Canadian food zone it was girlfriend that told me I needed to try Greek. I just can’t stop I know mall food gross it’s like I’m back at high school but Jimmy the Greek is far from that typical place. I got the chicken Slovaki meal and it’s so good. The salad is always fresh and I like my chicken well done so don’t harp on them for my burnt taste. Thank you for another great experience I’ll see you in the future keep up with your service it keeps me coming back.

I was served falafel being told it don't have onion garlic, but it had, it hurt my religious beliefs, just writing this so it doesn't happen with anyone ( honestly did not wanted to write),

This restaurant is really good and always busy. The food portions are very generous. I ordered the Olympic Benedict and my friend ordered the Silver Breakfast. No complaints on food or service. But be mindful that this restaurant does get really busy and there could be a line up before you get seated. So arrive early. And don't be disappointed if the waitress forgets to get you extra napkins. They're just that busy.

Great services, friendly staff, and has the best suggestions and choices of fresh topping. Ordered 2 chicken stir fry traditional with pineapple and banana peppers added sweet chillies and honey garlic sauces on top. There is no limit on how much sauces, and the types of sauces. Onions rings and french fries on the sides 😍.

Don’t eat there if you are having a bad day because it will make it worse. I never thought I would say I hate shawarma but yet I eat their and it was worst I ever tasted. Too salty food, don’t get fool by low prices, they serve very small portions. The girl add just few chunks of shawarma in a shawarma plate. I’m sorry for anyone who is going to eat shawarma food their for first time. Fries was fried in cold oil and they were so oily. I think the owners don’t know basics of food industry. Horrible experience. And being this in hospital makes it even worse. Never going to eat again. Highly not-recommended.

This is my first time ordering through Uber Eats. It's also my first time ordering through your restaurant. The portions were incredibly small for the price - four pieces of small chicken? We both ordered Tzatziki and only got one container, and a small one at that. I'm sorry to say but it was extremely disappointing. I'm going to stick with Omega as the portions are incredible and the prices are amazing. Also note this place is in Grand River Hospital and should not be serving food during a pandemic. I feel disgusting!

Very quickly made food, not many toppings to choose from. The customer service was very poor.
At a hospital; you think more smiles and being courteous would be expected. Cancer patients need happiness and laughter. Also 4 the portion not worth the cost. 👎

Great food, great service! I always enjoy chatting with the employees here and the food is always fresh! I choose to visit this location which is across town from where I live, so that is a good testament to the quality! If you're looking for a delicious, healthy bite to eat, check this place out!
