One of the greatest speciality cafe in Moscow .
Отвратительное обслуживание. Если хотите ждать подачу брускетты 1, 5 часа, а потом еще тебя попытаются развести на заказанные, но не поданные к брускетте креветки, то это сюда. И в этом заведении твёрдо уверенны, что в первую очередь подаются напитки.ВСЕ! Ждите 1-1,5 часа свои блюда и пейте свой раф, кофе.... которым вы хотели насладиться в конце трапезы
Самое медленное обслуживание из всех точек шоколадницы, где я была. Официант Геннадий проигнорировал мою просьбу принести мне счёт сразу, хотя ни в одной точке Шоколадницы до этого такое пожелание не было проблемой. Зал выглядит грязным
Были на завтраке в 10 утра, ждали заказа 40 минут. Ела пришла холодная, вафля с беконом и яйцом на фото одно, на тарелке - вафля, пережаренный бекон и омлет кусками сверху. Такое я и дома сама могу сделать. Никакой эстетики, и удовольствия от еды. Другая вафля с яйцом пашот и лососем. Яйцо было не пашот, и даже не с жидким центром. Просто ужасная шоколадница. Блины толстые, это что такое… еще и в центре города. Официанты не извинились. Туалет был весь грязнющий, места мало, еще обтерлась об этот туалет и запачкала свою обувь непонятно чем!

Atmosphere amazing! So romantic. I going this restaurant for first date. Everything is perfect. Staff’s so helpful and kind. Foods delicious and perfect portions but pasta a bit dry. I think a bit busy thats all. Real italian tasty.

18 ноября около 10 вечера пришли с друзьями вчетвером в данное заведение. Сделали заказ через планшет после чего пошли минуты ожидания заказанных 4 кофе и 4 десертов. Просидев 30 минут в бессмысленном ожидании, мы дождались долгожданный кофе, который был холодным. Ни один, ни два, а все 4 кофе были холодные.
Спасибо официантке, которая пошла на встречу, так как нервы наши были на пределе, и согласилась на отказ от блюд.

Положили в заказ подогретый ролл цезарь (времени идти обратно и разбираться не было). Сразу видно, что он был полежавший, тортилья вся размякшая, курица холодная. Лучше списать такое блюдо, чем терять клиента))))

Были с подругой сегодня в данном заведении. С сетью Шоколадница мы знакомы давно и всегда были довольны едой и обслуживанием в разных местах.
Но сегодняшняя ситуация повергла нас в шок.
Во первых, обеденные столы очень маленькие и грязные, под столом валялись зубочистки, сзади нас стояло ведро со льдом о котором видимо все забыли
Во вторых, нам долго несли меню и готовили блюда. Мы заказали 2 пасты, пиццу и чай. Паста была вполне съедобной, но посуду от неё никто не торопился забирать. Пиццу принесли не нарезанную и не дали приборы для её резки. На просьбу принести, никто не отреагировал, пришлось брать самостоятельно. Пицца резалась очень тяжело, была пересушенная.
Чай был очень вкусный, но принесли его нам только в конце, когда уже мы всё съели. Постоянно спрашивали официантов, когда же мы наконец-то получим чай.
В третьих, официанты совершенно не заинтересованы в работе. Не желают приятного аппетита, не предлагают ничего и не могут посоветовать. Даже не извинились за задержку блюд.
В четвёртых, туалет. В нём не убирались видимо с прошлого года. Грязные полы, раковины, переполненная корзина с туалетной бумагой.
Также, хотелось отметить посетителя, который сидел рядом с нами. Молодой человек пришёл после нас, заказал еду. Прошло около 30-40 мин, он так ничего и не получил. Его терпение лопнуло и он встал и сказал, что уходит( попросил отменить заказ). Официант просто спросил, что он заказывал и даже не извинился. Парень ушёл расстроенным и голодным. Надеюсь, что он поел в более достойном месте. Однозначно, что я никому не советую идти сюда.

Начало работы 9.00. Офигеть! В 9.10 подошла девушка и открыла кафе, пришел мужик с коробками и она ушла делать ему кофе! На меня, как гостя 0 внимания. Она меня встречала в куртке, пока остальной персонал подходил🤣 Офигеть, наглость! У шоколадницы есть регаламент по поведению работников и таймингу? Заказ сказали будут делать от 20 минут, хотя я была 1 в зале и заказ был омлет - его делать 5 мин🤯
Администрации данного заведения надо полностью сменить персонал!!! Сидела 15 минут!, ждала меню. Ходят 2 сонных официанта, совершенно бестолковых, судя по недовольным высказываниям окружающих посетители ждут по 50 минут. Хожу в эту сеть регулярно, но такой нижайший уровень встретила впервые. Сюда больше ни ногой!
Приятный персонал и атмосфера. У них закончились продукты для моего заказа, но мне предложили альтернативу. На вкус все очень приятно. Обстановка добрая и непринуждённо, все обратно.
Кофе принесли сразу с сахаром. Чтобы официант подошёл нужно обладать огромным запасом терпения. Заказаала кофе и ролл. Всё еле тёплое принесли.

Не советую никому посещать данное заведение! Обманывают своих посетителей. Глинтвейн стоит 290 р на баре, продают за 390. На вопрос почему так? Ответили, что заказ через официанта дороже, хотя заказ брали так же собой и лично забрали его на баре! Фотоподтверждение прикладываю. Заведение, где обманывают посетителей на ровном месте существовать не должно!
Very good selection of coffee. And the coffee is good. The only remark I have is about the cakes. I ordered Napoleon, it it felt like it has been in the fridge for a week already.

A place to avoid. 40 minutes of waiting only to find that half of our order is not available and part of the other half they have forgot to bring. There was only one waiter, and he certainly could not handle everything.

Beautiful, cozy place, with really good food and nice staff. The only things that spoil it are that it's quite crowded, in terms of covid-19 awareness, and the big TV on the wall, that really doesn't fit at all with the store of the place!
No value for money..more expensive than expected. The food is decent (actually the best dish that we ordered wasn't italian but again, very expensive for what we got), the vibe is fine and nice.
Oh, I was surprised I had been there before this summer. But probably it is because this year results very special and different in many ways, that many things are rediscovered or seen differently. In search of a nice place with outdoor seating came upon this one, and it was our luck. I now frequent this place as not only me but my friends as well enjoy their cuisine, like the location and have very lovely time there. The interior is impressive too, beautiful, cozy, warming (with a fireplace which makes it very welcoming).

Место особо не понравилось. Расскажу по порядку. Была там 22.07.2020. Придя в данное место, заняла столик. Пошла официантка принесла дин лист с меню ( но я знаю ,что он должен быть не один) ,я переспросила ( больше нет ) в ответ (нет) . Сидела думала что бы выбрать , подошла снова официантка спросила(выбрали) , я в ответ ( нет, а у вас точно больше нет никакого меню?) , она в ответ (нет, а ну сейчас посмотрю) и приносит ещё один лист ,со словами( да вот ещё один). В итоге я сделала заказ,жду, минут через 5-10 мне принесли заказ , как оказалось еда была не приготовлена, а разогрета , что очень не понравилось и да оформление было не очень . Хотелось поесть свежее, но к сожалению разочаровали . Больше нет желания ходить туда .

A very cozy and splendid place. Looking very Italian and yet not too pretentious. Good choice of food. Reminds a lot of Villa della Pasta, I guess because it is from the same chain. Also very conveniently located, next to the metro station, with a good view. Can't say tried my best risotto there, but all in all was good
Находится в центре зала и это немного смущает так как проходящие мимо иногда пристально смотрят, да и шумно. Обслуживание на хорошем уровне, работают быстро. Вот на счёт подачи то не очень. Приносят минимум приборов, салфетки не на всех столах, сами столы в удовлетворительно состоянии однако это приемлемо, не приемлемо лишь то что пыль на витрине и на перегородка стульев.
На мой взгляд этот ресторан отличается не самым лучшим обслуживанием. Общение между официантами и барменом слишком уж неформальное-имею в виду разговоры на личные темы и перекрикивания. Вечером была свидетелем сцены когда не русская женщина с кухни подошла к витрине с пирожными и руками выбирала себе десерт. Во всех шоколадница одинаково вкусно

Recommended! Overall great experience! The place is very well located, had a wide range of good and drinks. The thing that I liked the most is the atmosphere, very cozy and romantic. The dishes were good, they lack a little "wow factor. Clean bathrooms. The service was ok. They have menu in English. Try it!

All in all, a nice, cozy place. Always good service. It is definitely a popular restaurant, as on weekdays it is better to book a table too. Probably used to be better in terms of food. But maybe was not just the day. Also just for me coctail menu is not very diverse, but can be compensated by wine card.
Nice experience overall. Didn't like the chicken breast dish, weren't charged for it but the attitude of the manager wasn't very pleasant ether. Other stuff were very nice. Pizza lacked oregano to my taste, other dishes were great. Loved that they have a play room for children
Food is good. Quality/price ratio is also quite reasonable. However, it was too noisy on the summer terrace, smokers and beggars, which try to talk to you from the street. And also - it was raining and water came from the street to the floor of the terrace and made our backpacks wet before we realized that.

Located in a beautiful garden on Delegatskaya street. The garden/park has very interesting activities for the children. The menu has good options from Pizzas, pastas, risottos & grilled food. The cucumber rolls with cheese were delicious, sincerely recommend. We ordered the pizza “Sole”, it was sumptuous lacked the red chill flakes which could have made it just perfect. The dessert Feramento was also very good. The ambience is nice with live music. Great place for children, they can make their own pizzas.
Пришёл в данное заведение"перекусить". Время прихода 15:05. Заказал окрошку, 2 напитка, блины и салат цезарь. Напитки принесли быстро, вкусные. Далее также оперативно принесли блины, но проблема в том, что приборы к ним принесли грязные. Попросил поменять. Ровно через 7 минут принесли другие приборы. Напитки выпиты, блины сьедены. Время 15:37, спрашиваю, а сколько ещё будет салат с окрошкой? Официант говорит, что сейчас ланч и повора готовят. Говорю хорошо. Через 5 минут приходит официант и говорит, что салатов к сожалению нет. Время 15:41, 36 минут потребовалось, чтобы это узнать. Далее, спустя ещё 3 минуты, приходят и говорят, что окрошки тоже нет.... Я конечно все понимаю, но за соседним столом сидели 2 парня, которым принесли салат цезарь раньше, хотя пришли они на 15 минут позже. Неужели на то, чтобы узнать у поваров наличие тех или других блюд, должно уйти 36 минут? Очень огорчён. В добавок, попросили принести на стол солфетки, которых не было. Так и не принесли. К слову, в заведении было 3-4 стола с посетителями. Сослаться на то, что была загруженность- нет, не в кассу. Спасибо за впечатление от данного места....

Absolutely dreadful service. My main came out first. 5 minutes later my starter came out. I was half way through my food when my friend’s starter came out. I had to eat my food as it was going cold. I had all my food eaten when my friend’s main came out. Won’t be going back. Pizza was ok; nothing spectacular.
I love the Benedict w/salmon (breakfast) served here. They are a chain cafe, and I've also had the same dish at other locations, but none of them were prepared as good as the one here. Service is also good with the cafe located right beside the Nikulin circus.

First of all, the table I was sitting at was unstable so my companion and I felt uncomfortable by its constant wobbling. Secondly, in 5 minutes after we made an order, it turned out that there were no ingredients to make my dish. Moreover, the one I finally could order was cold and, accordingly, not very tasty. All in all, the quality does not match the prices.
The only good thing about this cafe was the courtesy and friendliness of the waitress. As for the chain in whole, the big advantage it has over similar places is that there is a vegan menu available all year round.
To sum up, I do not recommend this exact cafe. There are other places where you can get a better experience for the same money.

The location is wonderful, in a quiet little park adjacent to the Moscow Garden Ring. The starters weren't good for my taste.. main dishes were much better. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly, there's a piano (consequently, you can dance to the live music), and - !!!!! - a game room which children just don't want to leave and the entertainer had become their absolute best friend by the end of the evening. All the staff is extremely friendly and polite, by the way.
Overall it's a great place to eat if you have children or celebration of a family event. Go for pizzas and have a good evening!

Large restaurant divided over different rooms and floors. Friendly staff who speak English but not always understaff. Comfortable tables and chairs but there are too many packed in a room which makes getting in and out problematic. Food was fast and tasty, but portions are on the small side. More like half a plate. They have a nice collections of teas.
I do not get this place. Huge place. Not packed with people. Standart Italian food with no contemporary take. Some positions are ok, but not super. Would not recommend, too average
Best quality/ price I have met in Moscow for Italian restaurant especially for pianist, singer, kindergarten, terrace, decoration, quality food and service.

Standard Moscow chain, yet very good drinks and cheap prices!
It's a nice place, very warm colours around. Staff is polite and helpful, very smiling. I was there with small kid and she was leaving such a mess around but staff was never angry or something.
Food is nice and you have nice choice. There's menu for kids and option to take away. I was there several times with family and alone with kid and honestly liked it a lot!

Amazing place to share a good cup of coffee, tea, chocolate, or any other hot or cold drink with family or friends, good variety of food, main dishes, sandwiches, cakes and many other options. Good atmosphere, the staff service is really good, even if you don't speak Russian, they will try to help you.
My friend had a wedding in this place. The food was very good, same was interior. But the attitude of the service was really strange, I would describe it as polite but not friendly at all. Waiters were given the instructions to not recommend one of the best dishes to the guests (presumably because of the price-all was included). Sommelier was very friendly and helpful though. I would really love the place if there wasn't this strong feeling that people are more concentrated on making money here rather than providing good experience to the guests.
Wonderful place to chill in the summer... Restaurant has its own patio and situated at very calm place in the center of Moscow... but it’s a nightmare in the winter. Number of guests with children enormous. All of the locals (and not only I guess) spend evenings here.

Very friendly and understanding waiters. Although sometimes they keep you waiting. There are a lot of sockets around the place. It's a plus. The prices are quite high. It's a minus.

No matter what they say, I like this chain! They make good coffee and among few offer skimmed or soy milk with it. You could get some cool traditional desserts as well as a solid meal, breakfast (till 12) and lunch (till 16) here.

The food is not bad but they are very wise. A boy tell us "can I do a photo for the restaurant?" after 10 minutes he come black to sell us a magnet with the photo
