The experience was "good", but honestly not that I expected. The apartment was clean, but the carpet on the hallway ( H) was very dirty and a bag of trash was left there. The waterpark needs repairs and paint. The water in the kid's area is not heated. The family center is great for small kids.
Nowhere space tô seat, no chair enough, space is beautiful, but I can't stay there because don't have space enough. My wife has diabetes and we need to return to room. I don't recommend
Very great very big which means if it full you won't feel it as the pool very big and people can be divided so you won't feel it

Pretty close to how it's advertised. It's not a bad value for the space and beds you get. Overall it was a good stay and would go back. The pool, lazy river, and slides were good. The room had lots of space and was a nice place to come back to after long days in the parks.
Don't leave money in the rooms. When you check in it says they won't go in your room, only every 4 or 5 days. They go in daily to empty the garbage. I had room 3110 and had to really pull on the door for it to close. The cleaning staff left it open( I wasn't expecting anyone to even go in) fortunately most of my money was in the safe, I couldn't even get a sorry from the desk they just blamed the cleaning crew. I wasn't looking for anything just a sorry. I requested no more cleaning service, but they still went in and left the door not closed again.
I paid extra for a view side, but it was main floor with bushes, not a big deal but ask before paying extra. Another annoyance was I tried to add 3 days to my stay at check in but I had to go through my online booking. They double charged my debit card, but the reservation was made with a c/c that I wanted for points and insurance.

Best vacation ever with our 6 and 13 year old. As beautiful as pics show. Pools are heated. Not too crowded. Worth the money. Lazy river, water slide, lots of pools, restaurants, fishing, surfing, arcade room and more
Absolutely amazing experience here!! The hotel is exceptional!! We got the 3 bedroom suite which had a full kitchen, washer and dryer and was so spacious for a hotel room. The prices are super reasonable considering the fact that they are so big AND you get full access to the water park everyday of your stay. The water park was a lot of fun. My husband and I had a relaxing day floating around the lazy river!! The kids loved the watersides as well as the pool and lazy river too. I would definitely reccomend this resort to anyone.. Even without the kids I would go back next week if I could!!
The pools are barely warm, the kids water slide area is freezing cold.... why would the Kids area not be heated out of all of the water areas? Are you purposely trying to get the children sick? The restaurant will cost you a arm and a leg for food that tastes worse than McDonald's. A flavorless Burger will cost you $16.... im not even sure it was real beef in it. My whole family was really looking forward to finally finding our "Favorite" weekend getaway resort and sadly we will keep looking. Not worth the hype.
YOU HAVE TO STAY. A brand new Resort a 100 % recommended, Valet Attendants, Bellman, Coffee Shop, Gave Shop, Arcade and more. We need a week to enjoy everything at the Resort. We stay in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment can sleep 8 family, and friends, a great location, big parking lot and a great service. A lot of places to eat in the Resort, and outside 5 minute away and gas station 3 minutes away. 4 TV, a full kitchen, alarm clock in every room and a the master bedroom have a waking closets. The staff super friendly, the water park was a bless thanks to Nalla our server and Sofia one of the lifeguard.
