TCR is a very unique recreational facility that has everything a family or individual might want in a super-convenient Riverdale location close to Westchester and Manhattan.

My kids have flourished in the tennis, golf, swimming, after school and camper programs, and I personally love the fitness center, yoga and steam bath.

The staff have always been friendly and willing to work with me to suit my family's needs, and I hope we continue to enjoy being members of TCR for many years to come.
Great family-run facility, we are members and have kids in the afterschool programs (swim, tennis & golf). Staff are very responsive and our kids have a lot of fun
TCR is a family run business & has been my savior for many years. There is a great selection of classes taught by motivating & supportive instructors. The pool, sauna & steam room was recently renovated which now has its own heating system, so lovely especially on those cold winter days. Barbecues, holiday parties & special gatherings are all part of the clubs resume. Theres so much to say about this club, my best recommendation is to try it out. I am moving out of NY & TCR will be REALLY MISSED❣️😎
Jolene is such a great trainer! Her Splash Fit Class is awesome & I highly recommend to anyone who wants a fun, intense workout!
One of the worst clubs in the city. Coaches come and go. Josh typically lies about his involvement and will often have more kids on a given court than promised. Avoid at all cost. They will probably respond with a canned answer about the coach to player ratio, and the care they feel for their players. Words ring hollow when they're not backed up by fact.
It's such a great spot for tennis! Brent, Josh, and all the staff are super nice and are fantastic pros. I feel that my level is much higher since I've been going there. I only use it for the tennis, I have not used the pool or other facilities. Highly recommended if you want a good/nice tennis experience and want to raise your game.
I've really only used TCR as a tennis facility and for that I can say it's excellent! My husband and I regularly take lessons there and we both are finding our game so much improved. All the staff are friendly and professional but in particular we feel so lucky to work with Josh and Brent. I take a clinic weekly with Josh and if it weren't for his boundless energy, tough love and purposeful encouragement as well as supreme skills on the court I'm not sure I would be able to get myself there every week. But, thanks to Josh, I look forward to it so much. He makes it fun, a great workout, and a high quality investment in skill development. My husband and I also take doubles lessons with Brent regularly and there is no pro with the encyclopedic knowledge of the game that Brent has and is able to impart each time! He's been able to help us strategize our doubles technique as well as work on all the individual skills we need (even at our very disparate levels). I've recently started competing in doubles league matches and if it weren't for the instruction I've received at TCR from Josh and Brent I would be in no way ready or confident enough to do so. For high quality tennis instruction in the NYC area, TCR is an excellent value and I cannot recommend Josh and Brent enough!

My wife took my son and one of his friends to try out a tennis session. She told the club if boys liked it they would come back weekly. Kids did not love it so we did not come back. fast forward months later. checking Credit card statements and see huge bill from club. they charged us each month
for like 5 months and we never were there once for tennis clinics. We checked with other parents and found out they were charged also for lessons they never attended. i find it hard to believe this was an oversight. can’t charge for like 5 kids who are never there. someone would notice and question the charges. The club did the right thing and reversed charges but be aware and don’t give your CC or call them and cancel if you decide not to play weekly. We found 3 other parents also charged for months of tennis they never attended.
