First time with Veronica. I’ve been coming to European Wax since they first opened in NY and have been to many of their locations. This is by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had at any location! The front desk was very courteous and very accommodating considering I was a walk in. They offered me an appointment immediately with a Waxing Specialist, Veronica who was a REAL PRO! Quick, easy and painless service. She’s so experienced and knows what she’s doing. The very BEST experience I’ve ever had! Veronica is truly the BEST specialist! LOVE HER! Thank you!!!

This was my very first facial and it definitely won’t be my last! My experience was trying amazing. Every step was explained to me in the beginning so that there were no surprises. It made the facial truly relaxing since I knew what was happening. The products felt so smooth and smelled delicious. I will definitely be coming back for another facial!

Wilma is one of the most caring woman you could meet! She takes her time, perfectionists, gentle if there is such thing getting waxed… I highly recommend her!

First I want to say I have never had a wax before so I was extremely nervous. Having the thought of someone being down there other than my spouse is a little different for me. But Chanel made the experience well worth it. She was fun bubbly very patient and she talked to me throughout the whole way. Oh and how can I forget about the front desk employee I didn’t catch her name but she was super cool also. The room does look like a hospital setting but they do try their best to make it comfortable. I will be booking again. Thank you Chanel.

Carmen is intuitive and talented, and she has created a lovely environment. I found her on Google Maps and the five star reviews are all true! I had a myofascial massage without really knowing what that meant. I don’t have any injuries or pain, just carry around a lot of stress and have sore muscles from strength training. Carmen’s myofascial massage was just what I needed. It was incredible during the session and I feel amazing, limber, light and happy afterwards.

Carmen is a gem! She is full of great insight and a pleasure to chat with. Her attention to detail during the massage was superb. I’ll be back, and highly recommend!

Carmen takes special care of her practice. Listens closely during consultation and pay attention to detail on the specifics for focus areas. The environment is relaxing and the massage is top quality. After one visit I’ve come back again and plan to have regular visits because of the quality and care. Highly recommend!

Best massages I ever had in NYC! Got a Swedish massage with my husband. Masseuses Michelle and Jody knew exactly what pressure to apply, the ambiance was amazing, quiet, clean space. The whole experience was amazing. Will definitely be coming back here!

Finally made it to The Spa Club! It was just what I needed.

TLDR: Pros: clean, great service, nicely kept uniforms.
Cons: some services must be scheduled a day in advance and are pricey.

You take an elevator up to the spa and enter the lobby. From there you can purchase admission (or do so online a day before). They hold on to your ID and give you a bracelet that acts as a key and “charge” card.

Next the men and women go into their separate locker rooms.

The uniform I was given was in great shape, looked new. You use your bracelet key to open a small locker for your shoes, then enter the locker room.

There’s a larger locker with hangers for your belongings.

Next you can enter the spa room where there are showers, a warm tub and a steam room. The steam room is not included in regular admission for some reason.

I opted for the body scrub for an additional charge. The woman did a wonderful job and my skin feels so soft!

Next I went to the cafeteria and had the bulgogi over rice. It was freshly prepared and delicious.

There are three saunas. In one of them you can hear the karaoke or restaurant below, so it’s not all that peaceful, but still relaxing.

There’s an additional sleeping / resting area and a place to do massages, which I didn’t select. It wasn’t too busy, which I was unexpected for a Friday night.

Overall this is a great Korean spa experience.

Had a great time at the Spa Club. I’ve been to quite a few Korean spas and this one was smaller than many I’ve been to but it’s in the city and they utilized the best of the space they had. The spa is on the 4th floor and I was greeted immediately from exiting the elevator. With the standard spa uniform I also got a free face mask which I used while at the spa. The facilities were clean. I did take a dip in the jacuzzi and luxuriated in their saunas. There aren’t that many saunas and if you go when it’s busy they fill up very quickly. I had to wait a few times for some groups to exit. The food was decent, I wouldnt say the best ..I had the bulgogi. My favorite room out of them all was the sleep room. I did not do any body scrubs or massages I was there about 3.5 hours to relax before heading out to broadway. I came in the afternoon. I did enjoy the special nook for charging your phone or device and the section of books for those who like to read hard copy books. There was also a vending machine of toys that looked interesting but I didn’t get anything. Checking out was very easy I didn’t have much of a wait my only charge was a drink and some food. Overall great relaxing time.

Exceeded my expectations by far. I went in for a body scrub (60 minutes) on a Monday around noon and pretty much had the place to myself - which was great because I'm pretty shy and you have to be nude for the service. Mr. Kim did my body scrub and was super thorough and professional. I had some pain in my back from an injury and he was able to help alleviate some of the tightness. Francisco was running the men's locker room during my visit. The space was super clean, well stocked and he was very polite and attentive.

The cafeteria and dry saunas are co-ed, overall everyone kept their voices pretty low so the entire space was pretty serene. I tried the food as well, it was good, a bit heavy on the sauce but super well cooked and decent portions. The dry saunas were also super nice and relaxing.

Overall I had a great experience. I would recommend this place and I will definitely be returning.

My first time and won’t be my last . Has lots to do. I got the aroma massage 60 mins with lavender oil and general admission. They give you clothes to change into and have to take off shoes before going to general admission. They have a cafeteria if you’re hungry. I got combo A if you’re into spicy. Overall great experience! The staff were really nice

I have been a client of Marina at Le Salon Day Spa for more than 30 years. Marina is professional and expert at medical pedicures.. she saved my toenails from many problems and my pedicure looks and feels beautiful. The manicure is carefully done, immaculate and neat... and lasts a long time. I would never go to " factory" type nail salon. Le Salon Day Spa is private, personal and relaxing. The best in NYC !!!

My friend gave me a Groupon gift for swedish massage..I upgraded to deep tissue (+$20) and then added 20 mins (+$20) and there was a $10 fee (not sure why maybe Groupon) and $20 tips..does it worth it ? Absolutely not ..just go somewhere in lower side..it's much cheaper guys

I rarely write reviews but I need to tell the world about Aisha. I just got home from my appointment and I can't stop looking at my brows after my first lamination, threading and tint with her. Aisha is a true artist and master at her craft. She communicates everything clearly and advises you with the best intentions to take care of your brows in the long term. I'm so happy to have found my brow artist in New York.

Aisha is a brow expert, her place is clean. And she really knows brows. I love how full she makes my brows look! She is also a wonderful person, I always enjoy talking with her as she works her magic.

Check in was quick before 11am. To check out was over 30min, not sure if people were skipping but process should’ve been much faster if they had two different lines and made it clear. They do have complimentary water and food you can buy. The sauna rooms were nice and calm. My mom enjoyed the massage/wet scrub very different.

I’m a big eyebrow girlie and I only let Aisha touch my brows. She is truly an artist and a gem of a person. I can’t recommend her enough. Appointments fill up quickly but she always tries to accommodate.

I’m not really a review person, but Aisha is truly so, so amazing and I really just can’t say it enough!! I’ve been going to her around a year now, and she NEVER disappointed, or I can say she totally changed how I look with my brows. I’m Asian with really thin and light brows, and I usually have to spend lots of time doing them myself which can be so time consuming, let alone making them look full & healthy in a natural way. but when I met Aisha, she literally made me FALL IN LOVE with my brows which had never happened before, as I always thought my brows were annoying to deal with!! the lamination is amazing alongside the perfect tinting and shaping! the most skillful brows tech I’ve ever met with a kind and beautiful soul!! 💗💗

Love this place! Extremely affordable. I did the Jacuzzi and full body scrub package. Came here on Christmas as a treat to myself. They have a cafeteria area and a seating area where you can play chess. Great experience! Hoping they have a membership. I plan to be a regular here!

Aisha is the best at what she does. I had a brow transplant 8 months ago after a medical condition & I was super nervous to touch my new brows. Aisha educated me and I left in tears because they looked SO amazing. She is a true artist, I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

A dreamy step back in time. Nothing artificial or over the top here. Just a meticulous pedicure by a skilled and experienced lady who knows exactly what she is doing. Highly recommend.

It is a small salon, with one nail station. It was a pleasant experience, emotionally. I had the medical pedicure (washed in a foot spa, calluses cut, skin smoothed). This used to be what I got for a "spa pedicure" (but in the big chair) back in the early 1990s. As a nurse, I didn't see the "medical" portion, except maybe she has a certificate (hers were on a side wall) for using a razor? I have runners toes from years ago and my toe nail needed repair. The previous repair (done elsewhere) held on for several months. This repair lasted a week and a half. I almost snagged the nail off on a sock. The rest of the toes looked good for most of the next two weeks. Not at those prices but good.
I had a basic manicure (table side, on natural nails). Now, that was something to talk about. I thought that she'd cut my finger and toe nails too short but it worked out great. She applied the polish in layers, letting each layer dry a bit. I tried to wear gloves for a few days around the house but I'm REALLY bad about that. This manicure held up for almost two weeks. My natural finger nail manicure NEVER hangs on for this long. I'd go back for the manicure!
The cost was medical pedicure ($140), nail repair ($25), and manicure ($40).

I have been getting my brows done by Aisha for almost 2 years, and there’s no one I have ever trusted more with my brows. I had always gotten my eyebrows waxed, but Aisha’s threading skills are unmatched and I am always 100% satisfied after I get a threading. I’ve also had many Brazilian waxes with Aisha and she always makes me feel so comfortable. The studio is immaculately clean and sanitary. All the products she sells are amazing, she has cultivated an amazing small business. If you’re looking for a new brow person, go to Aisha you won’t regret it.

Aisha is the best of the best. Her knowledge and guidance on getting your brows where they need to be is unmatched!!! She is super open minded and makes you feel comfortable enough to have ongoing conversations. My friend introduced me to her years ago and she’s been stuck with me ever since!!! Someone really screwed me over and made my brows super thin. Aisha helped me bring them back to life! So grateful for her and her services. My girlfriend doesn’t let many touch her brows, and she LOVES the way Aisha did them! Would definitely recommend 10/10.

I have terrible nails and my toes are gnarled and calloused and altogether yucky. Marina has for decades nevertheless kept my hands looking more than respectable and my feet as pain-free as they can be. (She is also personally a sweetheart.) It would be hard for me to recommend her too highly.

I absolutely love the work done on my Mom . My mother is 82 years and was very apprehensive about going for a medical pedicure, she even wanted me to cancel. Mom thought her toes would be sore afterwards. But not so at all !! Mom said her toes, her feet feels Great !! Mom was so glad we kept our appointment with the LeSalon Day Spa.. It has the Personal and Professiional touch she needed !! LeSalon Day Spa is clean and has a beautiful peaceful ambiance.

The BEST facial and products. Irina has saved my skin. She tailors my facials each time depending on my needs and sends me home with top of the line products that I now use religiously. They are true experts. I also get my waxing and eyebrow tinting done here. Even the shaping of my eyebrows was done perfectly. Can’t say more amazing things about this place. LED light therapy, reflexology, relaxation, everything is top knotch.

Very RUDE! This started by me emailing and inquiring about their price and services. The lady calls me and she was very aggressive on the phone to get me to set up an appointment. I asked if she had any before and after pictures and her response " I been doing this for over 30 years I don't need before amid after pictures and don't have time if you like my pedicures you like them." mind you medical pedicure nyc has before and after pictures. As a first time customer you would think they would be nicer. I cancelled the appointment and decided to keep my appointment with medical pedicure instead since they already asked me to send a picture of my feet and are friendly. When I asked for the confirmation of canceling her response was "you don't need a confirmation your appointment is cancelled " she then hung up on me. I sent them an email about it being no excuse of why they didn't provide me the confirmation and also to have s trail for my record. Shaddy from the start and I didn't even have a chance to try them out. Customer service is horrible!
