Top Spas in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

My experience at the spa was quite relaxing. I enjoyed the massage as the massager (Yang) was quite talented.We did chat a-lot and she was nice. I would say the space is a-bit small but the massage was very comfortable and i will visit it once again

The facilities are nice and it was quiet at 1800 so it was quite relaxing to use the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. The pool is indoor …. Year round pool. I guess everyone is out for Christmas and new year shopping.

Booking was a breeze. The reception and the therapist were courteous. Winne didn’t speak English but she was caring and friendly so I was happy.

Facilities were a bit old but the harbour view was great.

I went to Butterfly SPA this week and didn't like the condition and situation of the place. It' was quite dirty , at the elevator area there were some scary people who checked me and said some aggressive words in Cantonese. Once inside shower and towels were very dirty and bad smelling, the air conditioning did not function. The girls looked sad and had signs of physical abuse on the arms and neck. Are they exploited? This is not what I wanted. the facility is abandoned without renovation, the place is just using past reputation to get new customers, as old will never return. I didn't feel good about it, and the unhappy girls make me sad. This is a very upsetting context it greatly depressed me. I recommend anyone to go somewhere else the masseuses are treated well and the facility is well maintained.

told to arrive at least an hour early to enjoy the facilities but when I arrived, I’m not allowed to get into the massage room early. you’ll be given a cup of tea then you’re asked to first get changed in the public changing room then to store your stuff in the lockers (just like the ones in public gym).

then to enjoy the “facilities” - steam room, sauna room, a jacuzzi. but then all of these are public. didn’t expect that i’ll be paying >$2500 per person just to enjoy these public facilities.

I didn’t enjoy any of these because I wanted some privacy, so I told the receptionist I’d rather sit and chill before the treatment. Then I’m being led to walk along the gym lobby to get to the lift to the 9/F (spa) from the 7/F in bath robe, while there were quite a few gym bros and male receptionists along the way. Not sure if it’s just me or this is really embarrassing and quite unacceptable for a luxury spa like this.

On the 9/F, there were more public facilities - sauna, steam and a relaxation room. I chose to sit at the relaxation room before my treatment started.

Treatment was ok - kinda below expectations though. Overall poor experience given this price range.

Would not stay here again. Hotel needs a major upgrade. Would only come back for the sauna, which wasn’t even that great.

Amazing massage with a spectacular view of Hk’s skyline in the suite

The staff was very friendly and knew right away what was the purpose of my visit. In fact the experience began pleasantly before I even stepped foot into the hotel. I’m laying over from Singapore to Toronto so I had my luggage with me. They were able to accommodate me for my luggage storage. And they were able to answer every single one of my questions. I can see how it is rated one of Hong Kong’s top spas!

Great place, good value for money. If you’re out in Tsim Sha Tsui and really need a break, this is the place! You can also use the sauna/steam room, really made my weekend.

The therapist was also very professional and nice, exactly what I needed.

I was nervous about this at first, but, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Jojo did such an amazing job and I will return eventually to have another massage. Highly recommend!

Nice,clean,good smiling girls

Had my first spa appointment here last week, I was assigned a therapist who wasn’t from HK, spa rooms are not that big but comfy, air temperature could be lowered down. I shall surely re visit soon

We reached 30min before our appointment and luckily the reception offered for us to wait inside at the lounge as the reception is right next to the pool and was quite noisy. The relaxation lounge had really comfy water beds and I almost dozed off while waiting for my therapist. The 90min Himalayan Salt Stone massage was really relaxing and I felt all the knots in my body smoothed out!

love the Jazucci but it didn't open due to covid19. Tried 2 massage and was good. Today is my first try of facial therapy and was great. Will come again.
If Jazucci opened, i will give it 5 stars.

Does 8/F mean 8th floor?

Butterfly Spa came up first on the list and so I went to check it out. I pointed out that my back was aching and 小月 (Xiao Yue) magically cure the ache from my back. She knew where to target and if there was too much pressure, she knew how to soften the area with a mix of both light and heavy touches. A very pleasant girl, 小月 could ease the tension in the air (since it's my first time in HK) with light-hearted chats and at the same time focus well on the massage. Definitely recommend if you happen to pass by HK for a holiday! Will come back again in the future when I visit HK again:) 10/10 and thank you for the wonderful memories!

We came here at 7am cos we landed too early and couldn’t check into our hotel across the road. Took the day pass at HKD500 Per pax which gave us access to jacuzzi, pool, sauna, steam room, shower and floating water bed room! Super worth the price. Private, clean and very comfortable space.

The Spa is located at B3 level of Mira Hotel, it’s funny you can hear the MTR trains approaching at every corner of the spa. Luckily the massage was good and I snoozed. The pool is nice and very deep (1.5m and 2.2m) but small, maybe only 18m long. I have to deduct 1 star because of the noise from the trains.

Coming from oversea, it is pretty challenging and difficult to find a good and relaxing massage. After a couple of bad experience, chance upon butterfly spa. The contact person was prompt in the appointment reply through whatsapp and after service, and the masseuse lady i was assigned with is skilful and all the staff are polite. Highly recommend to those seeking a gpod and relaxing time.

Definitely the most luxurious spa and service I've ever experienced. Staff is very professional, treatments are done on the top level. Amazing views from the pool, saunas and from private treatment rooms. Feel relaxed from the greetings at the reception till the end of the day.
