I have been to this spa many times, you could even say over 20. I’ve purchased a complete variety of packages including a half day spa and over night spa. This is hands down my most favourite spa. The facilities are lovely and staff and super helpful. The spa and all facilities are clean and give a real Luxury feel. I always recommend to family and friends.
Food was very nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful. All spa areas were clean and in good working order. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Really enjoyed the chilling rooms and the outdoor pool. Would love to go again and would recommend.
Brilliant staff who went out of their way to help. The hotel was clean, but the room was fairly basic and the TV pixelated so badly it wasn't watchable. The spa was nice, but still a bit basic. No indoor jacuzzi which we would ave liked. The restaurant looked like a school cafeteria, rather than a high quality restaurant. The food was really well cooked and presented, but it was limited.

On the whole, nice but nothing special.
Just home from a perfect day at a perfect spa. From the atmosphere, facilities and the friendliest attentive staff. Everything about this place is perfect. Izzy is amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly. Must give a shout out to the chef as he made me a homemade soup.(which isn't on the menu) I had a tooth out and still cannot eat solid food. Without hesitation Izzy went and said let me see what we can do. Nicole in the bestro was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Every member of staff we encountered were happy to help and nothing was a bother. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!
We enjoyed a thoroughly excellent spa morning here and added a back/neck/shoulder massage. This is my second visit and we will certainly be back! Beautifully maintained and lovely staff. We especially loved the chill out room for a rest and quick doze, and the meze platter for lunch. A perfect venue for couples and friends looking for a day of quality time together.
Great Spa Day

We went here for a birthday treat, a very relaxing day, exactly what was needed. And not too busy on a Saturday, we will definitely be coming back.
Lovely place and service. Friendly and helpful staff always happy to assist. We've visited a few times for a Spa Day, had a wonderful time each time and will definitely be going back. No comparison with other spas (like Bannatyne for example). Highest level of service, great treatments (aqua massage, hot stone massage and face massage), and tasty lunch (mezze platter). Beautiful atmosphere, great for relaxation.
I've never done a Spa day before so it was all a new experience for me. I decided for my 50th I'd go for it. Well what can I say other than why have I not done this before !!! I LOVED IT!!!!!
Spa was fantastic. Staff friendly. Had a meal in restaurant. Food was excellent. Just a shame about the service. Very slow. Ordered dessert. Took 25mins just for ice cream. There were plenty of staff and it wasn't busy as it was early. Will return.
Best back massage! I’ve had a lot of back massages in the past due to tense shoulders and this was by far the best massage (better than some high end hotels in central London). Kayleigh was a true master of her craft - she applied the perfect amount of pressure and worked really hard to get all the tension out. Thank you! The whole experience was wonderful. I’ve also had a facial and mini pedi at the spa and all were fab. I would thoroughly recommend.
The atmosphere is lovely, and really nicely decorated. The hot stone massage was really relaxing. I just went for the one treatment, but I'd love to come for a full day next time.
Wife and I had a full day at Y Spa in Wyboston today, and I added a full body massage, the wife had a facial.
Thoroughly relaxing, the staff couldn't be more helpful. Two saunas, two steam rooms, hydrotherapy pool, chill out rooms, great lunch. Worth a visit!
Lovely Wellness Wednesday afternoon beautiful venue relaxed comfortable great service & welcome from staff, remember your flip flops the poolside floor is very hot in the sun. Lots of different rooms to choose from. Complimentary mocktails fruit teas water. Clean comfortable changing rooms with good facilities.
I spent a very relaxing morning at Y Spa, including a treatment and lunch. This is not a very large spa but in many ways that's a good thing. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the location is clean and well maintained. Most importantly for me, the spa was gentleman-friendly, with about 25% of the guests during my visit being men. Highly recommended.
Our favourite home from home, an annual pilgrimage in August for us (when going Twinwood Festival in Bedford) and so lovely with the lake and its pastoral setting around the golf course. Do opt for the deluxe rooms in Oceania building, they are superlative and much better than the rooms in the Atlantis building.
These rooms have all the mod cons, Bluetooth and screen mirroring with a stocked mini bar replenished daily (beer, wine, water, crisps, chocolate). The top floor in the Oceania building is best.
We love seeing the lovely server Anna at breakfast every year, and on our last visit Hayley and Imogen at the front desk made our 6 night stay extra special. Well done ladies!
Lovely customer service overall across all outlets, dinner offerings worthwhile and do not forget to book your YSpa visit well in advance. One of the nicest spa spaces to visit and recharge in.
