Signage is limited getting to the suite, but it is easy enough to find.

I visited Spa Jamison previously before (once) and had an ok experience, as my standards for Spas are typically on the caliber of The 4 Seasons, The Ritz Carlton, etc. The convenience of the distance from my home and the business location itself is what prompted me to book again. I realized that I wouldn't be able to attend the new spa appointment I booked and attempted to cancel it on my own. After further investigation, I figured out that I would have to contact the business via phone to cancel. I called the number that's listed on their website and Jamison answered the phone. I let him know that I would like to cancel my appointment (well in advance, a month prior) and he immediately began questioning me about the reason I wanted to cancel. Instead of him obliging my request, he kept insisting on me rescheduling my appointment instead (STRIKE 1). When he realized that I was firm in cancelling my appointment he stated "let me check and see what my cancelation policy is and get back to you" (STRIKE 2). I let him that he could contact me on the number I called him from and told him what his policy stated which was to "contact the number listed on the business website to reschedule or cancel appointments prior to the start of appointment times". As a business owner, him not knowing his business policy made my antennas go up and I immediately went back to his website to screenshot the policy. I'm glad I did because instead of him calling me back to update me on the policy and to confirm that my spa appointment would be canceled. He sent a text instead, SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! (STRIKE 3). The text had no greeting, he didn't state the reason for the text or anything (STRIKE 4). It was JUST a screenshot of the cancellation policy, which was 100% different than what I took a screenshot of (STRIKE 5). I responded to the text and asked him if he JUST updated the policy and provided screenshots of the former policy. He didn't respond right away, instead he canceled my appointment. I then sent him a screenshot of my canceled appointment and the policy, which was located at the bottom that stated " your card will not be charged for the canceled appointment". At this point, I could sense that he was in his feelings because he become REALLY unprofessional (STRIKE 6). He mentioned that I wouldn't be receiving a refund, even though his policy states otherwise, and that basically he wouldn't sneakingly update his policy for the little bit of money that appointment costs (STRIKE 7), POOR BUSINESS POSTURE. I know the reviews for this business seems favorable but for $125 you SHOULD spend your money else where. The spa room is cold, the spa beds are EXTREMELY hard, the cover are silk so they slide off your body the ENTIRE service, and the massage itself is REGULAR/BASIC, you can get a better and cheaper massage in the middle of the mall. The unprofessionalism is what I have a problem with the most. If I could give them 0 stars I would. If you come across this business keep looking, the convenience of the location is NOT worth your money unless you're cool with bottom tier massages. 10/10 would not recommend even if the service was FREE!

Hands down the best to ever do it . Mr jamison is very professional and hands work like magic the environment is quiet and cozy this is my third time going and will definitely be going back HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are looking to do something relaxing for yourself RUN DONT WALK

This was THE BEST massage with effective results. Other massage places have always left me two days with soreness. Not here! The environment was very peaceful and the customer service was very professional!

I was gifted this experience with my siblings and when I tell you this was the best massage experience I’ve ever had. Lolita was my massage therapist and she did an excellent job 10 10 10 across the board. I had a very relaxing and GREAT experience. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for making this experience such an awesome one. I can’t wait to come back.

Paid for a 90 min massage and didn’t enjoy not one single minute of it, won’t be back. Started late and the massage was horrible.

I truly enjoyed my full body massage. The massage therapist did a good job, It helped me relaxed and relieved my stress. I admire his professionalism and he was detailed oriented. Great atmosphere. I will recommend Spa Jamison. Keep up the great customer service!!

Absolutely disappointing experience at the Woodmore location. I particularly searched out and selected this location based on convenience and safety concern only to be met with a high level of cancelation, poor customer service, inflexible and rigid policies, even in the face of under delivery of services and inefficient management of the location. The supervisors are quick to remind you of the supply and demand imbalance in the massage industry and the penalty for canceling your membership before maturity. I joined in July of 2023 and to date it is almost impossible to secure a consistent appointment that accommodates a professional lifestyle. I religiously call every month on the first, which is when the books open for booking, only to be told that they are no availability on weekends, or after 5 PM on weekdays because the specialist work schedule have not yet been submitted. I’m basically paying a monthly membership fee with no access to service. I certainly will not recommend this location and only wish I was able to cancel my membership immediately without repercussion.

Sorely disappointed in the number of cancelations and the front desk staff including the Asst Supervisor Janelle who expressed no apologies for the inconvenience they caused me. She acted like she was doing me a favor but I pay for these services every month. Also the last time I went the bathrooms were dirty especially the floor and toilet. Please do better job with the bathrooms.
This is frustrating when you change your schedule make an appt and to be constantly canceled and this time no one told me. This is closer to me but the services are not good. I am waiting for a manager to call me back. I will say Monique the other Asst Supervisor was customer friendly with one if the cancelations. I see why the reviews are not good. They don't treat the people right.

Terrible experience at this location. Someone booked an appointment on my wife's behalf. It was never confirmed and my wife had no idea what time the appointment was. Once she found out, she called to cancel. They charged a $65 no show fee and charged my wife's credit card on file...even though my wife never even made the appointment! If someone else calls and has your phone number, even if you are unaware, they will charge your card so long as it is on file. When I explained the situation, all they did was repeat the no show policy and that there was nothing they could do. If I lied and said it was a medical emergency, they wouldn't have charged anything. Because I was honest and explained someone else booked the appointment without confirming a time with my wife, the manager refused to budge. Any manager who wanted to keep a customer would show some discretion and credit our card back. HORRIBLE customer experience and dishonest to use our card on file without our permission.

I was recommend massage envy by my sisters who are members with massage envy. However, my experience at this specific location was not pleasant. I arrived a few minutes late for my appointment and checked in with the staff. I was told to wait which I did for 30 mins. After waiting, I was told I would need to pay a late fee in which I paid for two sessions instead of one. I was shocked my the amount I had to pay for just a 30min session which was really only 25mins. Overall, I was super disappointed considering I always hear great things about massage envy. Personally, I will not be returning to this location as I did not appreciate the way this was handled.

I had hopes for this location but I just want out of this mess! I DO NOT RECOMMEND having a membership. They have issues with availability and now they've just raised to price. It's just messy, inconvenient and a hassle! I switched to this to be my home location and this was months ago. They're saying that it still hasn't happened and now they're just placing me on hold and avoiding me. I'm not being rude, just trying to get some answers

I haven't had a massage for a while and really needed one so for my birthday I treated myself. Love the location and privacy and the massage therapist, Mr. Jamison provided the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. Very gentle yet firm, totally respectful and worked on muscles I haven't worked on (gym is next). The music is relaxing and fireplace only adds to the ambiance. Will be going back and highly recommend.

Didn't like my massage therapist he did not acknowledge when u said I'd like more pressure besides him it was good experience... Also massage envy got me to subscribe to a plan but then told me all my credits were expired. So they took a lot of my money didn't try to help me didn't warn me that the credits would be expired. Massage envy is overpriced and they'll take your money just go to a regular massage place instead of going to these chain places.
