Nice environment and good vibes, so anytime I go there with my wife we feel safe. Great staff well educated, and with my black card even make it better.

The place is understaffed compared to the amount people coming in and needing to get to the other amenities in a timely fashion. Music is personal so i cant really get on that. they have a lot of the Hydro beds/ chairs and Vibra Shake but the Kool off gets you a little cold but not as cold as the shower at the end with no communication so 8 could choose a different location still and all its ok but needs some adults running it

I enjoy working out at this location however my concern is the womens bathroom ,I had an incident involving the lead Staff member Stephanie and the morning cleaning staff at that time which I don't know if I was given her first name correctly since it was writing so I could not understand it ,when I asked for it to be written again I was told by Stephanie that it was policy that she did no t have to give me her full name.What started this is because I wanted to use the shower and t asked the cleaning staff lady who might dd was sitting down on her phone on the lockerroom may I have the disinfect to clean the shower ,she walk Ed out and brought Stephanie back to tell me I am unpleasant tone that I. Could get the disinfect myself instead of asking the cleaning staff, that's why the spray bottles are placed at stations throughout the gym. Stephani also continued to defend the behavior of the cleaning staff as if I was in the wrong not a pleasant experience and has a result I stayed away. I recently decided to give The facility another try, this time speaking with Andre about the incident he was very attentive and assisted me with the matter. Thank you

Stopped in for a quick tan during our vacation in Florida (from Indiana). LOVE LOVE LOVE that Planet Fitness is accessible across the country like this. Obviously we hadn't been to this one before, but it was easy to find and the staff was very helpful letting us know where rest rooms and tanning beds were. No issues at all, and I'd highly recommend this location. It was perfect.

This is a good gym, as long as you know when to avoid busy times.
Equipment is fairly clean, front desk staff is pleasant, and the aqua massage is really good!

Too many treadmills not enough weight equipment.People sitting on pieces of equipment for hrs at a time. 15 minutes in between each set and staff does nothing about it. Other than that gym is clean.

Adrian and Luis are absolutely fantastic! They set me up with a membership, showed me around the gym, explained how the massage and tanning beds work and while there are not as many weight machines as I’d like compared to cardio equipment, the customer service has been too notch. For the price, it’s worth it.

Edit:: There is more! I forgot to mention that the same woman's hair weave piece has been in the total body enhancement machine as well as another clump of hair in a tanning bed for over a month. Shows how often they are cleaned. When they do clean the vacuum makes the most horrible screeching noise on the floor. They need to replace the felt on the head that makes it slide on the floor. The new girl doesn't greet customers and sits around the gym on her cell phone. Now the owners respond to this review and tell me to email this review somewhere else? Why would I waste my time doing that when they are already aware of the problems now? **** Edit complete. Precious review from recently : This gym used to be amazing when they first remodeled it... other than the fact they never painted the white utility stairs to the roof that many people use to stretch on. The owners had a grand reopening party and seemed to really care. Wow has it gone down hill since then. First though the good... the morning staff is fantastic! Also the layout of the gym and spa area are better than any PF location I've been to and I've been to many. Ok now the bad... and yes I've messaged PF about these and nothing has been done. Many machines have ripped or loose pads. The water fountains were both broken for over a month which I feel is an unacceptable time frame to have fresh water available for people working out. Although the cleaning people seem to pick up the weights and people's paper towels left all over at night they do a bad job of cleaning the bathrooms, locker room and floor. I will see the same pieces of debris on the floor for weeks. There has been fecal matter sprayed on the wall by the toilet for over a month, one or more of the toilets in the women's locker room that has three toilets is always out of order, there was so much dust on the back of a toilet that so was able to carve the words " wash me " into it which I attached a photo of and this shows they don't clean the toilets. I'll see the same gym wrapper or debris in the water fountains for over a week which shows they don't clean those. They should stop giving out candy at the front desk as people leave wrappers all over. I see the same wrappers on machines for a week . The only people I see cleaning machines and looking around for trash are the morning guys. They need to hire a cleaning person or two to come at night that just does a good overall cleaning. How clean a gym is means a lot. Machines have been out of order for over a month. Chest press, bicep curl, ab press out, abductor all have issues or are out of order still. Many signs and letters are falling off the wall and major wall damage from hanging mats that they never fixed. One to two of the hydromassage beds is always down or bad pressure. The spa area always smells musty and not fresh. They could go for a couple air purifiers and some automatic air freshener sprays . The parking lot lights go out at 6:20am which makes the parking lot pitch dark and dangerous. . It stays dark out until around 7:15am and will be 7:30am soon. My boyfriend, sister and I stopped coming to this gym because of all these issues. Hopefully the owners will finally make some changes and being this gym back to what it used to be.
