Reviews

Hi, I went to this spa yesterday, and I availed their signature spa which is a combination of thai and deep tissue. Rachel, who attended me is well trained and was able to apply right pressure and technique, which helped me to relax and rejuvenate. I was also interested in their membership, but found that it was expensive and impractical for me. Will be happy to consider their membership provided they restructure. Overall, I had a great experience and shall considering going back again.

TL;DR: For a great therapeutic massage, this spa works. But if you've got sensitive skin and/or care about what products are applied to it (especially for the price!) this isn't your spot.
Space: Clean and inviting. Some minor issues... random guys with laundry sacks traipsed in and out of the reception area and treatment room corridor while I was there. Didn't bother me, but not what you would expect. Treatment room was pleasant, but lacked the smaller touches (eg, no rolling cart for easy access of supplies; sounds outside the room were fairly audible; bone-dry reed diffuser.) Steam room and shower were on point.
Staff: Super helpful and sweet. Did their best to make me comfortable.
Massage: Ari gave a fantastic massage. No rush, top-notch stuff. Left me feeling super content. Bear in mind that this is a therapeutic (not superficial) massage and you might be in pain for a while thereafter.
Scrub: They were out of almost everything listed on their menu and website, so suggested another product... but no info on what it's made of. Some guy named Amit Singh (said he was a director) called me and tried to convince me to settle for the one (!) product they happened to have in stock, suggesting that I try it because he had "received great feedback from others." Seemed oblivious and resistant to the idea that his customers have unique skin concerns, and was unwilling and/or unable to tell me what the product was made of... just kept using the word "organic" (whatever that means!) Ok, but what is the base cream made of? No clue. Brand? "We keep changing our vendors, so we don't disclose the brand." No brand, no details, no clue. Skipped it for my sensitive skin.
Facial: Considering scrub episode, facial was a bad idea. The products used on my face didn't align with Mr. Singh's claims of natural ingredients (assuming that is what he meant by organic.) Everything from the cleanser to the mask reeked of strong chemical fragrances. Burned my skin. When I asked to see the product containers to check the ingredients, I was informed that they didn't have any packaged bottles and that the "boss" only brought small quantities of unlabelled products to the spa. Yikes!
Summary: I visit spas reasonably often - at this price point, most are discerning and knowledgeable about the products they use. Not so in this case. Service is more than adequate if you don't really care about anything else. For a legit spa experience (as opposed to a mid-range salon) look elsewhere. They're clueless about products - you might be disappointed if you want the real deal spa experience.

Visited the spa today, masseuse used the amazing techniques. Quality of the massage was top notch with proper pressure. Ends with nutty chocolate and tea.Good one.

Found this place on Google maps and decided to bring my friend to give it a try. The deep tissue massage was the best I've ever received. They also have bathrooms attached to each massage room. Came back a few weeks later with two more friends. Highly recommend!

The spa is beautiful and clean. It was a deep tissue massage which was intense, the masseuse was very understanding and polite and the steam at the end was fabulous. I had a great time and have opted for a membership, excellent value.

Such a relaxing place with top notch massage beds, steam shower, fresh clean towels, complimentary green tea and salted chocolate.
Highly trained therapist. And a knowledgeable Amit to help you with any queries.
Got their membership which I think is a steal if you can manage to come before 430pm.

One of the best spa experience that I've had in Bangalore. Actually I went here as my regular spa was closed for Christmas. And it was a pleasant discovery. They've got everything right. The ambiance, the amenities, the therapist are all top class. I had opted for the Fika Signature massage 90 mins. First have to compliment the expert who designed this massage and Regina the therapist for executing it so well. Her petite size is an advantage actually. So overall a very rewarding experience. Looking forward for my next visit...

I had a great experience at Fika. The ambience is beautiful and so peaceful. It's quiet and relaxing. The oils are perfectly warm, the steam and sauna is great! Massage was exceptional too.
Oh and complimentary surprise element with hot tea just made my day. Absolutely worth every penny
