This place don't deserve a single star. Worst of the worst SPA I've ever been to. Therapist with her lame skills was asking me to go to a physiotherapist when I asked her to do it the right way instead of just rubbing oil. I would strongly recommend this spa if you want to buy additional body pains.
Irony is that the massuese started cribbing about how her hands and fingers are in pain already, just after 10mins of rubbing oil.

A very premium and luxurious hotel. I felt very comfortable staying there for 4 Days. The bedroom even the toilet bathroom felt very luxurious.The food was very nice and delicious. The staff were very humble and helpful. Probably the best experience in The Leela Palaco . I will surely come back here.

I was on a short visit to Bangalore in May 2023. I chose Leela to stay for a night. They took more than an hour to check me in. I was so thirsty and when I asked for water it took forever for someone to get it. As for the room. The toilet flush wouldn’t work we had to call maintenance couple to times. In the balcony there were cigarette stubs. I paid so much hoping to experience grandeur. Alas it was the opposite. At least now know what to expect.

I went here for breakfast and lunch and had a flight to catch thereafter. The hotel management made the whole process very convenient and took care of my luggage. The food was also amazing and the staffs are polite as well. Overall had a great experience.
I recently stay at Leela for a day to celebrate my husband's birthday and was impressed by their service and hospitality. Before check-in they followed up with me multiple times to make sure about my requests and arrange all.
Ms. Sujata and Ms. Sita arranged everything , right from cake , room decor, bouquet and took care of kid's needs too.
Room was very spacious and clean and the view was awesome.
Food was delicious 😋

I had read mixed reviews about this place so I wanted to try them out. The place is good. The room ambience was dim lit and perfect for a good massage experience. Masseuse Amrita was experienced and knowledgeable. Had a good message experience.
But I'm rating them 3 star because of the room I was assigned The room didn't had a latch and was open at all times while i was taking the service. That was a big concern as it was right beside the reception. This issue was reported by someone else as well in the reviews few months back but I hoped it would have been fixed which was disappointing.

One of the best place in Koramangala area you ,you can select your own therapist and had a good relaxation massage ' beautiful staff and reasonable price.

I had the pleasure of staying for a week at The Leela Bhartiya City and I must say, it was an exquisite experience. The Royal Club staff went above and beyond to provide a truly regal treatment throughout my stay. The opulent decor, impeccable service, and attention to every detail were remarkable. The culinary journey was exceptional, offering a range of delectable dishes. Undoubtedly.

Amazing service and very helpful staff. Helped with knowing my hair type and what style suits my face type. Definitely gonna recommend it to others.
The rooms were nice, breakfast is good, welcome staff at the entrance were good, but the service and the basic needs were missing. The rooms didn’t have hot water, the management says lukewarm water is hot water. The manager understood the issue kept assuring me that it will be resolved we waited for 2 nights and had to cancel the rest of the nights and leave. Issue resolution is very bad at this hotel.
Ambience of the hotel is good, and the rooms are spacious too and well maintained. Food was good, and surprisingly was very reasonably priced, similar to any regular restaurant and not a hotel. Only reason for the 4 Star review is the power cut management. They did not have an online generator, and power cuts resulted in 30 sec to a min of darkness everytime. Also, showers were not having pressure motors, or having very low pressure.
The hotel has some very beautiful and amazing sites. The rooms are very big and luxurious and the linens and towels were sparkling white. The spa and pool was also breathtaking. I loved the way the food was served. The house staff was also very good. It was really a relaxing experience. A must visit hotel in Bengaluru.

There is AC leak in the room despite switching off the air conditioning control switches.
Smoke smell is coming inside the room at times.
Useless switches that controls the air conditioning except on off. Temp change control switches don't even work. It's there for namesake.
Overall air conditioning unit is screwed up.
The room is too cold despite switching off the air conditioning due to leak. If you don't believe me go there for few hours and sit.
Rusted water pipes in room.
Maintain it.
Shamelessly bellhop is waiting for tips.

2. Great spread in the buffet but was looking for flavours...Even the mutton rogan josh that we ordered for in room service was very hard. Pizza preparations were good..So food wise I would say average..Did not get to try the speciality restaurant...Next time..😊

This place lacks experience. i paid for Deep Tissue massage and what I receive was just oil application and just rubbing it accross. No massage techniques, no pain relieve and rather i had to stop the masseuse to stop as she was hurting me. Really worst experience and waste of money.
Highly recommended if you want to waste your money and end up with sore muscles. The therapist had zero knowledge and ended up hurting my back.

I'm from South Africa and stayed here for 3 weeks with my family. I must say the rooms are above standard for the price that you pay and the service from the staff has been exceptional, food was great with lots of variety from local cuisine to a more international standard (love the bacon), would recommend this Hotel for families.
The hotel is fine, staff is very polite and helpful. I really liked the simplicity of the decoration, colour choices, services that they provide to us. Rooms are ok, atleast the one that I got was fine, could be more comfortable but can't complain much. Food suggestion: please add more vegetarian dishes in your menu.

I previously worked in the hotel management industry and know what it takes to run an upscale full service hotel. Leela Palace is one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had. From the rooms and decor, to the service, amenities, restaurants, lounges, the pool, and grounds. Everything is immaculate, the service really does feel top notch, and the restaurant is amazing. On top of it all, the architecture is stunning. Much more interesting than the other luxury hotel brands out there. If your looking for a tire 5 star hotel experience where your every need is anticipated and catered to, try out the Leela Palace. Safe travels!

I’d book an appointment using the phn number given here. The address given is incorrect and they didn’t inform us earlier that they have changed the location and name of the spa. We couldn’t reach on time as we had to change our direction. Too rude & unapologetic from your side. Disappointed!

This was an amazing experience for us. We had been there for a Dinner. The Ambience was outstanding. The service was tremendous. We tried all the dishes at the Restaurant. Each one was unique and different. All the food was so good that it was not spicy. So that kids and people who don't prefer spicy food can really enjoy the food here. Must try all the dishes.
A day stay with my family. A very memorable stay. The room is spacious with all amenities like a refrigerator, oven, electric kettle and kitchen cabinet. I really liked the ambience and hospitality of the people. The pool on the terrace is very well maintained and the gym is fully equipped. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar has exotic drinks. The most memorable was my birthday cake prepared by an in-house chef and my 11 month old son relished the taste of it

Very bad experience. Will charge you for 60 mins and give only for 40 mins massage. Sheets are never changed and don’t even have water leave apart green tea which other places have to offer. Very unhygienic also they don’t have latches in spa room. Got room on ground floor without latch on it
An affordable spa with fully trained staffs who maintained extreme professionalism throughout the session. Their membership programs are even better. I visited the Koramangala branch for a few times, well maintained interiors, hygiene, and always smelled nice. The staffs are friendly and communicate well including the one at the front desk. I had nodes around my shoulder and was under constant pain. My first appointment was with Lisa and she heals well. Nearly after 4 sessions with the same therapist I felt much better, and recovered from the shoulder pain. Good job team. I highly recommend this spa.

I had a massage, scrub and facial over twp sessions. It has been a lovely experience at the spa with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. All of treatments have been very relaxing and rejuvenating. I will definitely be back!
While usually there services are good, the table in this particular branch made lots of sound throughout. When I inquired, therapist was shockingly rude and said you won’t fall down & that all tables here are shaky. When I said unable to relax, she said you could go home and relax aft the session !! Seriously?

It was great experience with Meghavi wellness spa I just done for 30mints which feels very relaxing. I would like to suggest must try once to feel relaxed. I would recommend Mawitea he s done was done very well nice customer interaction

Service and amenities are quite average. In a spa you shouldnt have to ask for lotion and towels. The massage itself is also highly average, and for the price they charge the experience is not worth it at all.

The place has no ambience. Bedrooms are divided into massage rooms and one can hear the conversation happening in the other massage room. The bathroom has no aesthetic either and they didn't even give proper towels. The massage was okay but it did not feel like a peaceful enjoyable experience overall due to the lack of right ambience and amenities.
Had a deep tissue massage here, it was definitely relaxing. Worth the price. Only thing was there was traffic so lot of noise outside, if you have airpod pro, it will do the trick to block the noise.

I love this place. I am going there every other week and felt relax every time i came out the spa. The only thing i could not give them a full 5 stars because i got my pain relieved , and the therapist are expert. If you are having body pain, i would suggest you to go with therapist "Mary" as she is well experienced and could really leave you with a relaxed and soothing massage .

My encounter with this place was not an intentional one, but I ended up taking a pitstop at this place to provide myself a shed to avoid the rain. I didn't end up taking a massage here but I must say, Millie (the receptionist) was courteous enough to offer me water and allowed me to sit there for a good couple of hours. This rating is for that courtesy and altruism :-)

The spa centre is located at first floor in Koramangala. Overall the experience is good, I can visit this spa centre again.

The place is amazing, staff are super friendly but my masseuse did a very bad job. I went for a deep tissue massage but all I felt was someone tickling me more than putting any pressure at all. I felt more angry than relax after the whole experience. I have done plenty of massages before but this time, it didn't feel right at all. Just felt like she didn't know what she's doing...

It's amazing experience visiting Earth, the Spa.... as the name states interiors are very close to nature, very well maintained with soothing music and very mild fragrance...coming to massage, therapists know exactly what they are doing and very professional..with all the pampering you can be too sure to find your inner peace...
