Used this self-service photo box for visa photo, everything is working normally except the email photo sending feature.
It keep showing "printing in progress" even I already received the printed photo.
It's an extra work for me when I need to send email to their support, only to receive the photo files.

Works, cheap. Can make quick document photos.
Impossible to print pictures from the phone
Photo were not usable because the machine was dirty. But the customer support refund me.

Sometimes it’s broken, and nobody’s there accountable for fixing it. Otherwise, it’s the best solution for fast photos.
On the screen, it said 4€ for passport size photo sent via email, but they reserved 16€ on my card without my consent. Not the most honest way of doing business.

Scam!!they charge you €16' it's a scam! Go to a store where photos are better than by saving 3 euros on the photos in the end they cost you €10 more

It’s simply not working.
Had the same issue as other people already wrote about - they charged me 16 eur instead of 6eur as was stated on the screen!

Свою работы кабинка выполнила, сдачу вернули, так что, не надо переживать.
Got charged for 16 euros , emailed the company they said it's because of my bank and it's probably just a pre authorization and I will get my money back . Been a month . Still nothing . My friend had exactly the same ( used different bank card ). Robbery . If you need to do pic I recommend to find an alternative place to do or if really needed pay in cash !
