An amazing store that my and my family have frequented for nearly two decades. I’ve recently brought them my 35mm and 120 film for development/scans and have been thrilled with the results.
Good quality and for some things I would give them a 4 or 5 star review but over priced on certain things. Charged $21 to get photos from a CD put on to a thumb drive… that’s just stealing money. It literally costs them nothing to do that.
Wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Outstanding quality passport photos and top notch customer service. Will definitely return.
I write to express my great thanks for the competent and warm guidance I received from Zulema Morin as I organized an 80th birthday photo present of and for my husband.
Without her expertise and willingness to help me understand what was possible, not possible, possible but not a good idea, it would not have turned out well. I picked up the photo today and its feeling and essence went way beyond my expectations. It was fabulous.
That was due to her professionalism. Her responses were always on point and came speedily. She is just a gem and I can’t wait for the next project we can do together.

Kudos to Liz at Pro Image on Manhattan's Upper West Side! She worked with me to do several iterations of a poster that I needed for an event. She was consistently helpful and creative and a real pleasure to work with!
One of the more expensive photo lab in the city. I wouldn’t recommend. Given that the stores develop films as their core business, they incorrectly developed my film and what I got back was so trash. They didn’t even think to send me an apology and probably hoped that I would overlook their mistake. You get 1 shot for your films to get developed and for mine to come out underdeveloped was not a good experience for me.

I visited for the first time today to get quite a few pictures to make a collage for my daughter’s school homework. Erin helped me a ton with the math for the picture size. I told Erin that we just moved to Manhattan from London, and Erin left a warm welcome to NY note with some dum-dums :). You are a rockstar, Erin. Made mine and my daughter’s day!
The price is reasonable.

I had needed a passport size photos for business reason and this establishment definitely came through professionally. Hidden deep in Chinatown. I found this spot by simply Googling. Everyone in this local business definitely was busy assistant customers literally walking in and out in a timely manner. I whole heartedly believe everyone in this business deserves a raise something from the city; because not only is the prices for their photos service is fair and of high quality. It’s just simply professional! My photos came out amazing. I walked in I was immediately greeted by an employee friendly and professionally! I walked out satisfied with my purchase and now a regular for this business. Thank you to everyone.

A lady, part of staff, was especially helpful! She suggested I take the flicfilm elektra 100 film for my upcomming trip in Utah, Monument valley...where I'd be shooting loads of red tones...and the photos turned up amazing!!! came in on a late sunday afternoon with 1 roll to get developed, the service was fast and kind! cash only, 1 roll was $20! the turnaround was quick, i got these back today :). usually it takes 2-3 days and the quality is always amazing!! my go-to spot to get any film developed in new york!
I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now for film development and scanning and I’m obsessed with everything about Pro Image!! They have given me my film back as quick as an hour, the longest I’ve ever waited was 6 hours. The scan quality is pretty HQ even if you don’t pay extra for high-res. I’m not a professional photographer, but have taken over 2k film pictures, been to countless places for film development and Pro Image is really best of the best!!

I had some rare artwork that I had retouched that I brought to Duggal for an enlargement. They gave me several options including ones that I hadn't considered along with finishings on the print itself and how that would work in conjunction with the frame that I plan to use with it. The information and service they provided was above and beyond. Duggal representative Zee was most helpful and showed interest in how I was using the print as well as the wall it would be displayed on and all the details you can imagine regarding all of that. So glad I wanted to Duggal and had Zee as my representative. She is an obvious asset to the company. Should I ever need another enlargement again it will be the only company I would consider.
Best photo store that I have ever been to. Employees are kind and knowledgeable. My photos were given in a timely manner and it was not a long wait. This place is also affordable compared to other places I have called. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
Poor service. I was printing a simple passport photo and the attendant didn't direct me to the more affordable self-service kiosk at the other section of the shop. He charged me full price and printed the photos at the same kiosk machine.
He printed 8 copies because of the minimum size of the photo paper and only give me 2 because the price packages only include 2. When asked politely if I can get the rest of the pictures rather than them being thrown away. He threw the photos to the trash and said "business is business". Clearly doesn't understand business

First I went to Fedex. After many attempts they couldn't reduce a colored image from 8.5 x 11 to half that size. In desparation I went down Broadway to Pro Image. I encounter Eliana and Grace. Could not have been more helpful and charming. Every time I encountered a glitch, they were there in a nanosecond. The end product was fabulous. I told them they should put out a sign "We specialize in helping Seniors and computer novices at no extra charge". They said weren't allowed to and have to rely on word of mouth and GOOGLE REVIEWS. thank you, thank you, thank you Eliana and Grace.
The place is spacious and their photographic services cater to everything you can think of for the working professional. I started coming here when labs started screwing up my work orders. These guys do the job without any fuss. Prices are clearly advertised online as well as printed. The place is really clean. Whether it's a display case , large format prints, to making inter negatives for platinum printing, they do it all.
I’ve been coming here for around a year and I’ve always been super happy with their work. The staff is all very chill, patient, and helpful as I’ve been learning more about film photography, and I’m always very happy with the scans/prints. And they have a great selection of film, some cameras, frames, and accessories! Here’s a few shots they’ve developed for me just to show their nice work unedited, all shot on 35mm film either full or half-frame.
Been coming here ever since I was little from my grandpa who loved film, and I also got hooked. Highly recommend!! $16 for HD prints and I think $11 for standard.

Duggal has done excellent work for me for many years. Zulema Morin, who has always helped me, has been a joy to deal with at every point. She has helped and advised me in the restoration of an entire archive of historical family photos. The results of her work and advice have been excellent, and the restored photos, all framed in our home, bring me and my family great joy and satisfaction.
Over the last many years, I've brought a lot of my photography work to Duggal, and been unfailingly pleased. In large measure, this is because Duggal tries so hard to please me. And they do! For me, the face of the organization has been wonderful Zee Morin, a superior professional who is especially responsive, meticulous, and caring. I can't help feeling that she treats the works as if it is her own. I hope that she and Duggal are a part of the New York scene for many eons to come.

I just did a photoshoot with Michael - he does incredible work! He's a professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. You can tell he's committed to getting the best lighting/angle for each shot and offers a lot of encouragement. The rates are reasonable for such high quality work & instruction - HIGHLY recommend!!!
Isaac our Driver was super courteous and professional! We booked a 5 hour tour that was so informative about Manhattan! We did an Newark Airport drop-off! Highly recommended!

Beautiful professional printing and personal customer care.
Damaged my film. Scans were subpar and required a lot of touching up to be useable. Even more disappointing is the staff. Across the board each staff made me feel as they were doing me a favor at every turn and I left each time with an icky feeling. Safe to say I won't be returning.
Took some photos here for my friends birthday. The owner was very helpful in setting up the camera and lighting. Helped everyone feel comfortable. Very professional. Would definitely come back again!

The absolute best. Best quality, price, and turnaround time for developing and scanning. I’ve had many rolls developed and scanned here and have never been disappointed. Very professional and impressively faster than any other option in NYC or really just anywhere.
Honestly the best experience ever, I’m so glad I did this and chose michael to be the photographer. Everything has been seamless since I contacted him for an inquiry and booking a date. He is such a professional guiding people on posing especially someone like me who rarely takes selfies or photos in general unless with a group. He taught me how to gaze how to place myself and most importantly how to seduce the lens. I just received my proofs and even though I was a bit unsure of the process and tense in the beginning with the posing he made it like second nature to me as the session went on. I cannot ask for anyone better for this type of job.

Michael is a professional and talented photographer! He has an incredible eye and was patient and kind as he walked me through different poses and angles. He is organized and efficient - he provided extensive resources before our shoot & sent me photo proofs so quickly, only a few hours after our shoot. Overall, I had an incredible experience - would absolutely recommend!

Ibrahima was knowledgeable and personable, he took us on a 3 hour walking and subway tour of Brooklyn and his love of the area shone through. He actually spent over his time with us and gave us a excellent restaurant recommendation, gong so far as to make the reservations for us at this very popular restaurant-Le Crocodile, we highly recommend his services which can apparently be customized to your taste

Got a large painting printed here to hang on my wall. Had to order from the stock sizes, but they were kind enough to cut it to the frame size for me. Perfect fit for the frame, and the colors look great! Would definitely recommend for large and high-quality jobs like this.
I really enjoyed myself. Especially for my first time abs being from out of state. Really spacious and friendly environment. I shot with Marcus and really enjoyed myself. I will definitely recommend it here.
What an amazing shop. My girlfriend has used this place for years and I had the pleasure of dropping off our film from Puerto Rico here & we got the scans back the same evening. Amazing turnaround and amazing quality. Cash only though, just a heads up!

David was extremely nice to talk to. We ended up realizing that our needs were completely different from what David offered and went elsewhere, but David took all the time to help us figure this out and sent us to the right place. Really appreciated that!
Michael is a consummate professional. He is incredibly organized, responsive, and efficient. He has put together comprehensive resources that help prepare you for the shoot in ways that help you not only relax but also make the most of the time you have with him. He just makes the whole thing feel very normal and easy. He really listens to your preferences and priorities. I am camera shy and a bit awkward but he coaxed some legitimately great photos out of me with clear and specific directions. He provided proofs right away and there were so many great options to choose from. I can't recommend him highly enough.

This tour was at the end of an exhausting week on a cruise. It was everything though. He sparked enthusiasm with us through photography and stories. It was super fun and I highly recommend!!

Michael is a gifted photographer. He took several photographs of me ( portraits, some posed, a few candid); the photographs showcased his talents at not simply capturing his subjects ( as this case me) but also his keen sense of angles, framing, lighting and that extra knack for taking the shot at just the right moment when all these elements are present thereby showing his subjects at their very best. Highly recommended!

I had the most amazing experience shooting a boudoir photo session with Michael. He is professional and at the same time fun, friendly, and relaxed. He makes you feel at ease while handling every aspect of the process skillfully, constantly being inspired by the vibe of the shoot, so you end up with a set of images that look effortless yet polished and beautiful. Not sure what I loved more: the experience itself or the images that came out of it. :) I think everyone should increase their confidence and sense of their own beauty by doing a boudoir shoot... and Michael is the most wonderful person to do it with. 10 stars ;)
Using Images by Michael Mansfield has been a key component in our success in the startup world. With absolutely stunning, high resolution images, Michael has captured our events in a manner simply unmatched by the typical 'fresh out of Film School' contractors we have used in the past (lazy, tardy, expensive!). Michael was different, he brought these images to life and captured such a plethora of emotions in every photo. He has a rare gift in this industry, and we are grateful to have him in our corner. Hands down the best studio I have used. Its the first option I think of when I need a place to shoot. Great service , easy to get to and a calm friendly working environment. And as for price you can't beat it. Highly recommend to any photographer / model.

We took a tour with Alex as our driver and Ibrahim as our tour guide. Alex picked us up exactly on time at the cruise terminal after a 7 day cruise. There were 13 of us, we then proceeded to pick up the tour guide in downtown New York. Ibrahim with Alex navigating the unbelievable traffic gave us a wonderful overview of New York. some of our party has never been, while Some have been many times ~ this was the very best way to end our vacation.Thank you Ibrahim and Alex. One of the greatest Harlem studios I've shot in. Very comfy and prepared with everything I needed to complete my shoot!! Hair station and makeup station had perfect lighting, Alien Bee lights, and so many backgrounds to choose from! Also the block it's located on is so nice and quiet. Love the area!!
Keston is extremely knowledgeable. His direction and instruction on lighting setup enhanced my images tremendously. I feel like I went from hobbyist to professional! I'm excited and even more passionate about photography!
