They tried to charge me for a UPS drop-off (a free UPS service), then said “this is America” when I questioned it. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and lacking in common decency. I will walk 4 more blocks and go to the UPS store.
Would give 0 if I could. I just went to print photos and not only were the two employees (man and women working at 5:50pm) dismissive they were also sarcastic when I asked them to reprint pictures because the quality was so poor. I asked if their printer was messed up because my photos were coming out with green / pink blotches and lines that were not in the original photos and the guy said “yeah probably”. Well fix it! Don’t come here to print photos.

I went into the shop with an unusual request to print an image on thicker paper than what printers usually handle. They were willing to give it a try and produced just what I needed for my project. Excellent service.
Signs are not true, the prices are much higher than indicated. Says to print photos it’s 69-99¢, and when I asked the guy to print he said it would be $2.50 per photo. I told him that’s not what the signage indicated and the employee was very condescending about it.

I normally don’t write reviews but I was pretty disappointed about the lack of communication. They have a really great turnaround time which is why I gave them the 2 stars but after I submitted my payment I got no confirmation or order status. I also mentioned that I needed it asap and they didn’t communicate their hours and they ended up being closed on the days I could have picked it up. I requested a refund via email and had to call them in order to get a response and even when I did they were not apologetic and rushed me off the phone. Hopefully I get the refund in the next couple of days.
Great service! I called to check if my parcel was still there & was told I’d get a call back. To my surprise - I received call back confirming parcel was ready for pick up- Now, who does that anymore 💁🏼♀️. Great experience!

A good handful of rolls I’ve sent in over the past year came back with huge puncture marks on the last frame, basically ruining the photo (see examples).
When I eventually asked the person at the front desk about them, she insisted that the damage is unavoidable in the loading process and that I should turn on some (nonexistent) setting on my camera to leave some space at the end of the roll. Not only does this setting not exist, but the fact that this damage only happens sometimes despite me using the same camera and film stock should indicate that the problem is likely in the way they’ve handled my film.
It was disappointing that they couldn’t take responsibility for the damage and offer reassurance that it wouldn’t happen again. If I had an especially important roll I needed for personal or professional purposes, I definitely wouldn’t take the chance with Griffin again.

The worst thing that you can experience with business is that it says they close at 11:00 pm arrived there at 9:30pm on a Monday they are closed please update your page do not waste people's time

HIGHLY recommend, I was able to email them my files and 20+ page script before walking over to their shop, they quickly printed it all very affordably, and I was in and out within minutes. The whole thing took maybe 15-20 minutes from sending the email to picking up the prints? I couldn't believe the speed. Will def be back, so so kind and helpful too!

A hidden gem in the neighborhood. I needed a rush print of a poster two days before my wedding, and they got it done in 5 minutes while I waited. The quality was superb. Five stars all around.

One of the best passport photo shops there is. Tony the photographer runs a good operation. Came in to grab some passport photos as well as a stylish passport cover. Took a couple photos for passport and tony helped me choose the best photo. Great help very spacious and most importantly make me feel very welcome. Happy service happy customer. I’d like to thank Milton and his team for an amazing help and service throughout the years I’ve lived in the area. The returns they provide, the printing and the quality of paper is excellent! It’s been a pleasure coming in there, where you are always welcomed with the smile and simple “how are you?”. You know, sometimes it’s just makes your day, seeing how sincere and kind people are.

Went here to take passport pictures. They do the job; however, their stamp on the back is done with some green ink that never dry out. When we came back asking to fix the problem, an employee just stamped another photo with the same ink claiming that it suppose to be green, blaming the photo paper, asking do not rub it even slightly (imagine what should I say to officials).

Went in for a basic ~100 page b&w copy of a pdf. Was in and out in about 5 mins: fast, efficient, and helpful staff, very affordable prices (and likely the best in the area), highly recommended
Needed an emergency print job (about 300pages). I walked in to Remsen at around 8:30am with a just a usb and he had all my documents printed and bound in under 25 minutes. Absolute lifesaver. Prices were extremely fair too (black and white copies). I will definitely be using this place again. Very highly recommend.
I was walking down in williamsburg and stumbled across this spot. I've always wanted to stop in, and I had the time to. I asked if they were able to print postcards, glossy front and matte back to write on. He said no problem, email us the pdf. Went home and did it right away, got a response in legit 5 minutes and did the job in 20!

This place is simply the best place for prints, copies and all kinds of work, what makes it more special is a young man named Serg, he has the best attentions, he is always attentive that you do not miss anything, he receives you with courtesy and knows everything you need to know in the area, I recommend him 100%.

I would highly recommend this business because I reached out to a gentlemen called David at the shop literally three days before my daughters college graduation function and we explained to him what we were looking to have done and once we submitted the required materials he got back to us asap along with his suggestions to make sure that my daughters accomplishments and they were many along with her photo was added onto the banner and I must say and I say it with the deepest appreciation it was the most beautiful banner I saw along with capturing my daughters beauty and everything she did onto the banner. I myself will be using Print On Broadway again because of their service as well as the professionalism and the promise to have it ready for said date. Amazing. This is actually the only copy place that I use. And not even just for the convenient location. The staff is amazing in assisting me with the sizes and best ways to get the most for my money. Their patience with my son when I come in for lengthier projects has turned into a super cool relationship. He loves it there as much as I do! Social distancing is respected which I appreciate as well. There are times I’m in a rush & I just email them and I’m in and out! Really helpful place. As and event planner & art teacher I’m always in there for something and I truly wouldn’t rather give my business to anyone else !
Brooklyn Archival has done several prints and scans for me now as well as for my family. Their work is beautiful, carefully done, and they are always professional. They will work with you to help you pick the best paper and pricing. I use them now for all my printing both for fine art and family photos.
Brooklyn Archival is amazing. I needed a number of certificates scanned because they were starting to show their age. They were able to do this effortlessly and help to touch up those that had noticeable deterioration from the originals. I was so happy with their work that I also enlisted them to reconfigure an article to fit on one page so that I can frame it. High quality work with fast turnaround and always responsive. I definitely highly recommend them!
All around meh. Yes, it is conveniently located, and no, it isn't a ripoff, but it is also annoyingly slow to print double sided documents, and the system of submitting and paying via email is slow and clunky. Also, you have to buy "credit" in fixed amounts instead of just paying for the sheets you print, so you almost always end up overpaying.
i went in to pick printing that i had ordered online. NONE of the employees inside were wearing masks despite signs on the door telling customers to wear a mask. i expressed discomfort at the employee at the counter not wearing a mask. three days later, i am feeling sick and i am afraid i contracted COVID at this print shop.
i would not have ordered from this print shop if i knew there were no masks being worn here. shame on this business for not enforcing masks.

Brooklyn Archival was professional, fast, and the quality was amazing. I am so very happy with my art prints! It was my fist time printing my digital work and they were knowledgable- walking me through the process, showing me samples, and flexible- working within my schedule and needs. I highly recommend them and will be working with them in the future!
The quality is all around top. I had a large batch of prints done with BA and not only did they all come out fantastic, but Rob was very flexible, responsive, and accommodating when issues with my files came about. Really pleased with the service and prints. Would recommend to anyone!

I have been printing with Brooklyn Archival for several years and have always been impressed with their service. Rob and his team are super knowledgeable and the quality of prints is always exceptional for very fair and reasonable prices. I prefer them over Adorama or B&H — much better customer service and prints are better too.

I called you, I told you what recordings, you were able to locate them online with the information I provided, and you literally completed the job in less than 10 minutes efficiently. The second time I used them it didn’t work, my document didn’t print and the service knew it but they still charged me $4 for “credits”. When I emailed and said it didn’t print and asked them to refund the charge they didn’t seem to think there was anything wrong with charging me for credits even though I didn’t get my printout. So weird, makes this a less attractive service in my opinion.
**2022 Edit: Even through COVID Graphic Color continued to provided excellent, timely service! Owner is super friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Always go here for all my business printing needs, and to support the small businesses in the neighborhood.

Remarkable how easy it was! I was nervous it would just print the front email page and not the attachments. However, it new to print the attachments only. Was really impressed by how seamless it was. Email to web address, enter credit card info and your documents print.
Super easy to print. You just have to email a pdf to the provided email address and then you pay from your phone and your pages print right there. I looked for a different option to print because I hate that the UPS store charges $3 plus 17 cents for every page! that adds up when you just need to print a couple things. I will definitely use PrintWithMe again I am really glad I discovered it!

Pretty good experience. I realized I needed to print something while visiting a friend in Brooklyn, so it was convenient that this was in the area, and the price was reasonable. My only issue was that somebody else printed something right before me, and the printer took a very long time to print the other person's document (it was only about 20 pages), so I had to wait about 10 minutes before my document printed.
Very convenient place to have a print kiosk as The Bean is open all days of the week, most other places aren't as accessible. I went for a visit on Saturday afternoon, and the cafe was super busy, but as the kiosk is all the way in the back I could actually stand there for a bit without being bothered by all the other customers. It was my first experience with printwithme, and it worked really well and fast. I do think that the print costs are pretty expensive, as I paid 1,08 dollar for just 1 page B&W, but maybe that's ridiculous NY prices..
Printed my stuff out immediately. I had a little issue with my file and they helped me out. I didn't know the name of the kind of paper that i wanted either and my file to print was 500MB large but they worked with it fine. Got a little crowded in there at some point but they had enough workers there so it was fine. Didn't expect it to be entirely hasidic Jews working there though so that was a little of a surprise but they were really nice and knew what they were doing. I would come back.
The staff at the bean were so helpful. Even with technical difficulties on the system side the print with me manager worked to help me get my printed and scanned items done quickly.

This crew is great.. They treat everyone with personal attention -whether it's a single copy or a $300 dollar print job. They've even screwed up a few small print jobs and corrected them without any argument or hesitation whatsoever. I've used them for over 2 1/2 years and the quality of service has not diminished.... This is a family owned business and it shows!
They are simply the best copy shop in NYC. I've been using them as my main copy shop since 1991, and they produce all of my briefs and court pleadings. Their service, speed and accuracy are unsurpassed. They are friendly, low-key and attitude-free. Their shop is clean, well lit and organized. They take impeccable care of their machines. Their employees stay there for years. They are very accommodating and treat all their customers very well. They are miles above everyone else. A few times when they have made mistakes, they've re-done them at no charge. If you have an important job and want it done right, this is the place to go.
