Customer service a disgrace in here & there are some incredibly rude staff. Deli counter has also went massively down hill recently.

For a company owned store Musgrave Centra should be ashamed of it & it needs attention badly.

The store in general has awful mobile service and forces you onto their WiFi network to be able to do anything with your mobile phone.

I have also encountered numerous occasions where older staff in this store seem to do things that other younger staff would be reprimanded for. For example, an older self-service checkout attendant physically sitting on a self-service bagging area while customers were waiting for a checkout to become free. The self-service checkout being occupied by this staff member was in working order. I have also had an interaction with an assistant at a manned checkout who demanded that I physically hand them my mobile phone to scan my Clubcard, otherwise they would not scan it. I have never encountered an employee at any store demanding I hand them my property like that.

I was also refused a product when attempting to purchase alcohol because my younger sibling was in attendance, accusing me of conducing what is called a proxy sale. The company e-learning portal policy on proxy sales states to continue the sale as normal if they do not have any evidence of a "proxy sale" taking place.

Unfortunately this store sells some products that are not sold in other nearby stores, otherwise I would not continue to shop here.
I absolutely do not recommend I don't know what they did there but the internet doesn't work inside. They're sick people because they're blocking the signal.
Mouldy Wensleydale cheese on display - no cottage cheese (we only get that in occasionally, I was told) and no toilet duck brush refills (we’ve stopped doing that).
Come on Tesco you should be doing better than this!

Went to look at mobile phones on Tuesday or Wednesday around 5pm? There was a lovely woman who helped me, couldn't have been more helpful. Never had service quite like like it, told her I'd leave a review. Sorry I can't remember your name, but thank you so much for your great service!

Typical Eurospar in layout and products. Very busy with all staff working hard. Short staffed at the Post Office and again long queues at the tills.

Went in for a s/b/e soda and asked the lady if it had been sitting long as it goes hard after a while. She assured me it was fine. Got to the car and it was like a brick. Egg was like hard rubber. I won’t be back.
The milk is off when you buy it at night. They keep a few bottles unrefrigerated beside the counter to make it easier to operate night service window.
Michelle at deli counter is an example of excellent customer service, smiling, helpful and carries out her role perfectly

Much as this store has some very good staff the management need to address problems regarding self checkouts especially when making cash payments more so if buying alcohol as it is more often than not only one working terminal able to do this which to me is annoying especially when there are 4-5 other terminals not being used frustrating at best even more when there is a long queue waiting.

Another visit to my local Tesco store 26/6/24 and only this time a staffed checkout wasn't accepting cash.

WELL now I'm looking forward to the new ASDA store as I sometimes wonder if Tesco thinks because they've no major competition in the area with the exception of Lidl and a few smaller spar stores and Iceland and got a bit full of themselves.

Much as I respect that having less cash on the premises reduces the risk of crime and can simplify the process at the end of a person's shift but I do think that Tescos as an organisation in reality they should give customers what they really want instead of the customers making your job easier. As of today I will not be using a self checkout even if it means standing in a queue for longer as at best there wouldn't really be big difference in how long I queue for anyway.

Not forgetting the idiotic customer who awnsered my question without actually hearing the question properly subsequently getting annoyed and an aggressive attitude

(for that customer. I asked if you were waiting to use the cash machine/terminal to which you replied "No Card" maybe a wee visit to your GP or Specsavers for a hearing test would be in order.) updated 20-6-24

Good selection of produce although somethings are sparse but I suppose that's not really tescos fault as I'm sure they are doing their best, downside self checkouts tend to be slow more so on less busy periods 5+ staff walked past my checkout while waiting for an age approval, much as I like the convenience of self service it ends up being impeded by slow response from customer service staff. As Tesco would prefer to have more customers using self service checkouts it would make more sense to staff these appropriately,to reinforce my criticism maybe Tesco's should check the in-store CCTV and the onboard cameras attached to every single self service checkouts to find why it's going wrong and maybe come up with some sort of new initiative to fix such problems

I don't blame the shop staff for these problems but Tesco's management sadly for some the messenger usually gets shot first.

Shame on you.

It almost seems you want to push your customers away by monopolising and giving them no choice but then again monopolising seems to be your strongest quality.

Maybe that Asda store that Tesco attempted to block might just wind your neck in. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a bit of friendly competition more so for your customers. Oh if only there was a Sainsbury's as well.

Happy days.

Given the choice. I know which one I would choose.

Just saying( (may the best shop win) and if it's any help I'm a pig headed obstinate **** when it comes to my principles.

Now here's a strange thought imagine if you lose customers to another major supermarket but worse still if the staff you have decide to jump ship and go elsewhere a thought that makes me smile as it's one thing losing customers on the other hand that new Asda store are going to need staff. No customers no shop but then again no staff? You've always got your self checkouts.😂

OMG unexpected item in the bagging area requires ages approval. 😂😂 PLEASE WAIT....

I called to the post office this week to send a letter by registered post. I found the woman with short blondish hair very dry and lacking any sort of customer care, but, she is certainly not on her own, as iv had the same experience from other staff members in the post office.

Very friendly staff
Good shop for anything you need.
Arrogant and rude staff, older woman had a very standoffish attitude.
Just arrived northern ireland from Liverpool and first Irish person I meet is at this Tesco. She was at self survive at 8:40am on 15 Feb 2022. She was extremely friendly and chatting and made me feel very welcome. 5* for customer service. Also a good range of products and the shop was bright and spotless.

Great wee local shop, staff are brilliant
This goes to young lady who helped me to get myself to Carnmoney hill SPAR as i had to collect a parcel from there. Google maps showed location on Antrim rd for Carnmoney hill SPAR as well. This needs sorted ASAP.
Thank you for such attitude towards customers lady. It is much appreciated 😊
Great that it's a go fuels as it saves me from travelling to Carrick for the cheapest fuel and a fuel station that I trust

Couldn't be more disappointed. Ordered off just eat. They had forgotten the gravy dip, so I quickly made instant gravy (which takes all of 90 seconds) and pour it over my chips. Sorted right? WRONG. Bite into the chips to find they're not only stone cold, but half cooked. They were literally hard inside. Hash browns were still warm but not particularly good.npotato bread was wet. The bacon had some mysterious brown/green substance on it that definatly wasn't grease, didn't even try it bcos I wasn't risking it..
Bought cake Saturday and it was out of date
Complained but manager must have been too busy

Petrol price no cheaper than anywhere else. Cant pay at pump anymore as they pre-authorise £100. (Last time i was down £100 for a couple of days). Wont let you pay at pump if you have less than £100 in your account. Poor selection of items in the actual shop as well.

We got our sunday dinner last week for my mum my partner who btw loves his grub and nyself. It was absolutely gorgeous the roast beef was to die for plenty of spuds and veg cant wait until tomorrow to get it again well done folks xx
Our local GO garage and shop great we place nice ladies
All fine. The petrol station has been upgraded to "Go", there is a reasonable stock collection available inside, does the lotto and has coffee and plenty of snacks. Does not have a great range of fresh food - but I can imagine there is not a major demand for it. It is a bit confusing over the 24 hours and the 24 hour pumps - the times seem to change every now and then. But all in all - all good. Does what it says on the tin. In fairness the petrol/diesel tends to be the cheapest in the area - hence I always get mine here :-) That can't be bad! Only 4 star as it does not have a massive range -but for what it is, it is spot on!
Publish that they are open. Walked 30 mins in an emergency and they're closed. Cannot be trusted.
Situated on the Antrim road it is handy to fill up with petrol and as there is a shop there as well you could also find drinks and snacks. This garage also has a paypoint for gas and electricity.

Brilliant shop staff very friendly and helpful has good deals and just round the corner from me
This service station has recently been refurbished and now supply's fuel from "GO" consequently the price per litre is the most competitive in this area. The service is good and while the range of goods sold in the shop has reduced a little it's now much more spacious. Good place to shop.

Very friendly and helpful staff at this Vivo store. There are some amazing deals for a convenience store, really good to know. Well done to Vivo please keep the deals coming!
Great shop, petrol, gas and electric too ups. It has deli, post office etc and many bargains. It can be busy but there is ample parking.
This week filling station is grand it's got a good selection of drinks and snacks if wanting to grab something while getting petrol, and there is also the option to pay for fuel at pump.

Fine. As you would expect - all fine, lotto, hot food, general grocery, petrol and car wash facilities. Plenty of parking - it's in a decent location.
