I drove to a petrol pump that had no signs of closure or out of order and these two useless rude employees were just watching, ignoring and laughing with each other instead of saying the pumps were out of order. So so bad behavior from both of them and if they were employees under my management I would fire them straight away for being so lazy and not doing the job

Usually has good fuel prices and it's part of the Clubcard loyalty program, however as others have mentioned the opening hours are not clear at all - it's advertised as a 24 hour fuel station when it isn't. Also, during early mornings or later in evenings, you can only pay at the pump with a debit/credit card.

Petrol fine but the Mark's and Spencer inside really poor selection. Empty shelves wanted to get tea couldn't so went up to local Asda.

Now close at 9pm, with no signage to advise on change of hours, yet still had 24hr Fuel on station signage, close car wash options at 7pm on a Saturday, so the staff can stand round by air machine chatting with mates.

Don’t bother to come early mornings or later in the evenings as 99.9% it will be closed including pay at pumps, opening times varies depending on their mood I guess. Tesco customer support don’t know anything and assuring that opening times are correct and I’m lying 😂

I don't normally review all establishments, but what happened not long ago I'll never forget. I had come a long way from London, bussed out to Gloucester and got off way too late in the middle of the night. I walked for kilometers with no service to my Sim, until I realized I needed help. When I walked into BP, it was Hus that greeted me and helped get me a cab. He saw my stress and trusted me to use his phone for a taxi, since I couldn't on mine. I would've been sleeping outside if it weren't for him and I'm grateful BP was open for my rescue. Thank you Hus

The disabled toilet seat is broken in 2 and still open, and i mean broken in 2 pieces. toilet roll was in the floor all wet, mens toilet has 1 cubicle and it closed off in yellow tape, hands down the worst service station ever!!!

Good convenience store with quality M&S products. Fuel much dearer than other local fuel stations usually

Asker for 2 iced chocolate frappes. Was vile. Didn't taste nothing like them. All hot chocolate powder in bottom. She said I don't know how to make them the other worker wasnt helpful either. If you can't make them don't sell them.

Stood waiting at the pump today waiting for it to be turned on for way too long, no acknowledgment from the staff. Another pump covered me in petrol as soon as I picked it up.

Some of the staff are really helpful and friendly, my first negative experience here.

A large petrol station which is constantly understaffed. The past 4/5 times I’ve gone to fuel it’s been “pay at pump” only as there’s only one person manning the kiosk. To be told by the staff that they can’t do pay at kiosk (even via the evening window)

05/12 I visited at 8:02pm which I wouldn’t exactly call late to be fuelling considering I work normal hours. At the time of arriving there were 5 other cars fuelling. Including myself, half of the customers at the station at this point were not able to get fuel due to being pay at the pump only.

Unless this issue is sorted, I will start using another company to fuel and for convenience I’ll probably do my shopping elsewhere as it becomes inconvenient visiting one place to shop and another to fuel.

Choose the food here over the McDonald’s and your future self will thank you.

Just been in to buy a few items. The one guy I usually chat to very nice as always! The assistant on the checkout didn't acknowledge me and his only words to me was £6.25....no please and no thank you! Most staff are very pleasant but why do I bother spending my own money in there when I can't even get courteous staff!!!!

Conveniently located and set out in am easy to drive through manner. Prices are always very reasonable for fuel and there's the added advantage of two ways of washing your car as well as the hand wash in the same tesco premises.

Whilst this is just a petrol station it probably would rank as one of the better ones with loads of pumps, good access via the hoses and the price of petrol is very competitive. Staff are friendly and you pay both at the pump as well as in the kiosk. This being a tesco pump you can easily buy some everyday essentials at Tesco prices which makes this an ideal place to splash and dash.
